La Superba Rooms & Breakfast

Lovely place for a quick stop in Genova. The room’s spacious and the view from the terrace is breathtaking. A common kitchen (shared with 1 other room) with a fridge (juice, yoghurt, snacks inclusive), dishwasher, and a private bathroom. The location is very good & central (10min walk from Principe Station). Due to a very busy road nearby, it was rather noisy (not for light sleepers). The breakfast was simple but good to start a day efficiently, especially before catching an early train. Rather difficult to find (upon entering the building, one must take a lift and go up to 7th floor).

Room was amazing and in a great location. Franco was very helpful and gave us very good recommendations. Breakfast was very good and delivered to our door. We had everything we could need and felt very at home. Overall very impressed! Only fault was that it is a little noisy being next to the main road.

You arrive at this B&B and ring at their bell. You tell your name and the Service Madam Marta says: Sorry we are overbooked. But we send you a email today, didn‘t you see it? NO MARTA, the email did not even arrive. When we asked to come in to look for alternative rooms - thanks for DENYING us and leaving us on the busy streets with ALL our valuable Luggage. If you want to sleep on the streets, book this Hotel! The worst experience I ever made in over 50 bookings!

Superb is a good adjective to describe this small B&B, perfectly located in the heart of Genova (in front of the renowned Acquario, 10 min walking distance from the centre and close to the train stations). Giovanni, the owner, is a perfect host. Nice rooms (tv, wifi, a/c; some have the sea view) and spacious bathroom.

Easy check in. Beautiful, clean comfortable beds. Breakfast was brought to us I the morning ...perfect assortment if breadsand protein. The view from rooftop and windows is breathtaking

Breakfast was really under my expectation. If you serve your room as a BandB you need to put variety of things on breakfast to satistfy your customer. Room was freezing almost so I became sick. Whole night I heard the sound of window because of windy weather and I couldnt sleep as well. I hate from Genoa because of this UNSUFFICENT hotel(ish) thing even if view was good. Never ever!

Nice people clean flat in a good location but suite also had an office that was being intermittently used during the day. So best not to wander about half dressed.

Cosy, modern room with a great view over Genova. Nice and helpfully owner.
