La Table de Nathalie

From the first moment that I walked through the streets of beautiful Porto Vecchio, this restaurant was the first one that I walked front of it, and my very first feeling was, that it should be a good place! But I wanted to discover more the island and their kitchen, on the day 9th we reserved a table at Mme Natalie, who is a very kind lady. I can say we had our best experience there, very delicious food ( seafood, meat, desserts) which we couldn’t find a similar to it in the whole area, the wine was special and very good, the dessert was piece of art. The whole staff were very nice and serving with love, Mme Natalie is working with passion, explaining on each table one by one with lots of details. I want also to tell about the restaurant, it’s a cozy small place, with lots of beautiful small details and memories, and one of my favorite thing is the cute teddy bear who was joining our table, to not leave an empty chair next to us, as we were 3 persons. It’s my favorite restaurant in Corsica, I recommend it highly and definitely:)

Totally worth it, a restaurant with character and personality. The food was delicious. My only complaint was there were too many options to choose from! Nathalie just kept mentioning more and more, on and off menu. The desserts were beautiful, carried to us surprisingly from another kitchen across the road. I guess some would think that was odd. The wine she recommend was fantastic and very unique, we looked in vain for the same one on the rest of our trip, unfortunately we weren't able to visit the winery which was probably our best option.

Food was delicious! They had airconditioning (pretty nice to have in the summer) and good ambiance. The prices are a bit higher bit you get what you pay for the portions are quite big. For us we didn't even have space for a dessert anymore. 10/10 would recommend. Do make a reservation because they are fully booked frequently.

Probably the best address in town if you want to eat a combination of local and creative cuisine. If the milk-fed lamb is on the menue don’t miss it. Perfect experience from A to Z. The owner is highly perfectionnist and want to make sure that each and every single customer is satisfied. 10/10. Highly recommended

5 stars and more to the whole experience. We were first seated inside and then asked for a table outside, which was absolutely no problem. The menu is handwritten and explained to every table individually. The menu had so many options and it all sounded delicious. The wine selection is also great and distinguished. At the end, the patissier came to the table and explained all the mouthwatering desserts. It was all truly perfect! Thank you to Nathalie and the whole team!!

This is another review to add to the last one just to thank Nathalie one more time for creating such a wonderful place where one can enjoy food to its maximum. It just gets better! I couldn't have chosen a better place to eat in my last night in Corsica. Nathalie takes the time to go to each table to explain the menu with all her passion for food. I chose the "bouillon de agneau." Delicious doesn't even start to explain how good this dish was. I wish this place was recommended in more places like the Michelin guide because it deserves it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Really nice and cosy small restaurant just outside the center of old city. Service is friendly and you are well taken care of. It might be hard to choose from the menu as there are so many good dishes from starters to meat and fresh local fish so don’t hesitate to ask the waiter or waitress for their suggestions. Drinks are also plenty to choose from and the list is a beautiful old fashioned leather diary! Better to make a reservation as I only got a table on the second try without a reservation.

After a week in Corsica I am only disappointed that we did not find Nathalie’s earlier in our trip. Exceptional food, lovely owner and a genuinely wonderful staff. Hope to make it back soon.
