Unassuming restaurant on one of the small streets in Auch. The food was 10/10. Everything from the mise en bouche, foie gras, mains and dessert were delicious. The highlight of dinner was definitely the “bûche gascogne”, wrapped in bacon, and stuffed with foie gras.
Only thing that was missing is the service, it was slow and we had to ask for water. There was also no introduction on the different types of foie gras on the platter nor the wine we were drinking.
The restaurant was full at one point on a Monday evening, so reservations highly recommended.
