La Torretta

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights. We had room number 3, over reception and it was fabulous. We had a partial sea view room, the room and bathroom was flawless, bed super comfortable, very quiet room and the team were wonderful. It’s perfectly located, has a private hot tub you can book into, and we got a lovely welcome drink and snack. I highly recommend this hotel in the quiet location of Manorola which makes a perfect base away from the hustle and bustle, yet near enough to move around and explore. Thank you Barbara and team.

We had a wonderful suite with an amazing view from the large terrace. The room was clean and comfortable and the sheets were great. The welcome from Barbara was perfect. We left our car in the parking area and were collected with the hotel golf cart. It all worked very smoothly. Yummy generous breakfast. And Barbara gave us great restaurant recommendations.

We loved our accommodations at La Torreta. Room # 9 had the perfect terrace with the most magical view of the town and the sea!! The room was also perfect and the amenities as well. We truly felt at home for our 4 nights! The owner and staff were professional, courteous and helpful. Breakfast was a delight. Gabrielle, Barbara, Paola, Francisco, Mattias and Valentina, Grazie Mille for being part of a memorable stay!

Outstanding location, beautiful views, helpful and accommodating staff. We loved our stay there. Paola and Barbara made us feel like special guests. The breakfast is bountiful, everything from baked goods to eggs served in a variety of ways. Barbara and Paola are fluent in English and helped us with reservations and recommendations. The wait staff was very attentive and patient. The room service was excellent. Imagine being greeted to your room with fresh fruit and a bottle of wine! Our balcony overlooked the village and surrounding hills. At night, our balcony room was gently lit by the hillside “PAX” sign and peace indeed was the way we felt as we enjoyed the evening.

Wonderful stay at La Torretta ! Everything worked out great. The room was very clean, very comfortable, with nice amenities and a fabulous view of the sea. The staff were welcoming, fully engaged, helpful with local knowledge and reservations, and always smiling and happy. Breakfast each morning was terrific. So glad we stayed here.

Loved my stay here! The view was incredible. The bed was comfortable and the room well appointed. The private balcony attached to the room was a great place to sit and enjoy the view. The staff were incredibly helpful. They were only too happy to make reservations and assist with your stay. The hotel also had a hot tub available with a view.

We really liked the hotel and had a very nice visit. The room was large with a comfortable bed, nice living room, good WiFi, clean bathroom and good water pressure in the shower (less so in the bathtub). The stairs up and down to the bathroom and to the bedroom were quite steep and shallow. The two issues we had with the room were 1) there were a lot of mosquitos - got really bit up at night and 2) the patio sitting area was not right off the room but outside down about 10 steep steps - from the website pictures I did not get that impression. The service was very good starting with the porter who helped us with our bags and parking as well as helping with breakfast. The breakfast was quite good - loved the eggs and the almond croissant. And the location is fabulous - great views, easy to access the hikes, train station without a lot of noise. If they would ensure the rooms had no mosquitos I would have given it five stars.

We finally made it to the top with our bags, and yes it was well worth it. The staff was incredible, very helpful with hiking info, dinner reservations, etc. we had a fabulous room even with a bathtub o. Our deck overlooking the sea. Each morning we enjoyed breakfast!
