Ordered individual turkey plates and the portions were good. It came with a good amount of Turkey meat (both white and dark), some steamed veggies, mashed potatoes and gravy, stuffing, a dinner roll, and cranberry sauce! I liked the turkey, you can easily tell it is a good turkey, the texture and the smell were good. The meat was not dry and not overly chewy either, turkey skin was good too. But I do wish they could replace the dinner roll with traditional biscuits, and the stuffing could be more moist. Overall, good turkey!

We used LA Turkey Co to cater our luncheon today and the food was delicious. It came on time for our event, well packaged and was very hot. We did the Turkey feast and had it carved. All the sides were great and all of our employees really loved it. I would recommend them and we will use them again.

Turkey and ham were amazing, the flavor was spot on and Turkey very juicy. The price was very good and when I picked it up it was nice and warm. No need to defrost and bake.

First time ordering a whole turkey. Had a friendsgiving for work and wanted to have a real thanksgiving buffet so I decided to bring turkey. Yelped whole turkey and this place was the first one that popped up. Ordering process was a little confusing. I tried the online order but it didn't allow me to place the order for the date I wanted although it was 72 hours in advance. I tried calling at 4:21pm on Thursday and nobody answered so I decided to just send them an email. They responded within 4 hours for guidance on how to order online. Glad they were able to accommodate my request and I paid online. Received only 1 confirmation email upon placing my order. The storefront is located on Garfield before Fernfield Dr by Delicious Food Corner and the liquor store. They don't have a signage but rather a small poster on the window so I had a hard time finding it at first. Plenty of parking out front although they share the lot with many other businesses and there is even street parking. There is a table set out front at the entrance which you don't enter. There's really nobody there at the front and there are signage stating they only do orders by appointment. Theres also no cash register so everything must be done online. Turkey was a good size. It came with a container of gravy which was delicious. Turkey smelled amazing and was well cooked. Meat wasn't too dry and the gravy complemented the turkey well. It was hot and perfect to just pick up and bring to your event. Definitely would love to order from here again and possibly their other side dishes as well. I don't believe this store is open year round rather as a pop up for the holidays but I could be wrong.

We got the deluxe Turkey feast and it sure is deluxe! If you are too lazy to cook on Thanksgiving (such as myself), then this is seemingly the only game in town when it comes to delivering cooked, ready to eat, hot birds. Every other place I called delivered it cold and required reheating. For our Friendsgiving extravaganza, I just didn't want to deal and ordered from here. I'm sure I could probably do it better myself, but why bother? I enjoyed the turkey--the gravy was pretty good too, as well as the mixed vegetables and the stuffing. The pies are kind of whatever and the cranberry sauce is straight out of a can, but hey--I kind of anticipated that and we made our own cranberry sauce. I'd say it can feed maybe 4-5 max? I'm very satisfied with what I got, and delivery was right on time!

First time ordering from here. Everything was AMAZING, except the gravy. Gravy taste like pure liquid smoke, is this normal? Had to throw it out. Thanksgiving day pick up.

My wife ordered a large order for her work Thanksgiving party, and she could not be more happy. The individually packaged meals were HUGE and came in microwaveable reuseable containers. This is a big deal... just to compare, Honeybaked Ham meal plates comes in aluminum containers so you cannot pop it into the microwave at work. The turkey itself was amongst the juiciest we have ever had, and the mashed potatoes were bomb as well. Overall, we were very impressed with the food. Service was great too! The order was called in a month in advance, and all plates were ready and hot at the designated pick up time. Definitely plan ahead because during pick up, the store manager said that they had to refuse orders because they were at capacity. Definitely give the LA Turkey Co a chance... they are my holiday go to now!

Hallelujah Hallelujah this place is amazing!! Just had a Roasted chicken package with Ham and Lemongrass spareribs!! Delivered exactly at 1:30pm as requested, steaming hot and super delicious. E we didn't even wait she the guests to try it all out! Thank you for an amazing meal... worth every penny and more

Thank you LA Turkey Co for a great dinner for Thanksgiving, it was delicious! We had the ham dinner for 4, it came with mashed potatoes, steam vegetables, stuffing and dinner rolls. We really enjoyed the honey glazed ham, and steamed vegetables. The mashed potatoes were average. One of us really like the stuffing, the other 3 could have passed. We also ordered the cream-corn which was very good. Additionally the pan seared turkey breast was amazing, so glad we ordered that. Thanks again!

We brought deluxe feast for 2020 thanksgiving night. I will only give 3 stars. We love the turkey but the side dishes are cheap and bad, not worth buying. Mash potatoes are so so so salty. We didn't eat much.

Ordered the turkey/ham combo for my office thanksgiving party and loved that the meals were served individually. Food was delicious and was delivered right on time. I would definitely recommend this to others looking to for quality food made by quality people.

This was the first year that we decided to order turkey and not bake it ourselves. LA Turkey Co was so good that we ordered it TWICE within 1 week for 2 different Thanksgiving dinners. For our Friendsgiving, we ordered the turkey feast that was supposed to feed 12 to 14 people. We received a turkey, mashed potatoes, gravy, cranberry sauce, TWO pumpkin pies, stuffing, and roasted veggies. I added an order of mac and cheese to this. We didn't order a ham because I actually like cooking the ham myself. We had about 10 people at the Friendsgiving, with some people bringing some more side dishes. Had they not brought side dishes, I'm not sure if we would've had as much leftover. Everyone said the turkey wasn't dry, which is always a concern, so we decided to order a turkey for Thanksgiving day. I placed an order for turkey, mashed potatoes, and mac and cheese Monday evening, which was accepted. Thanksgiving Day, we arrived at our pickup time, since they do not deliver on Thanksgiving. The wait was about 30 minutes to notify them of our arrival and the actual pick up. The order of turkey also came with gravy. Everyone liked the turkey! There wasn't much leftover since we had a larger gathering for Thanksgiving Day itself. It was great not having to cook all day and baste. The turkey is still good 2 days after, which is the time of the review. We will definitely be ordering again next year! The cost for the turkey was justified in the prep time and the stress free day.

I was having trouble finding a place that would have ready-to-eat turkeys (no reheating required) for my Company's Thanksgiving Potluck. My coworker found this place on Yelp (lifesaver). I was a little wary as the yelp page did not have many reviews considering this place has been around for few years. However, I was desperate and really needed to find a place ASAP as the potluck was a week away. From 1st contact via chat (AFTER their operating hours) all the way through the date of delivery, LA Turkey Co. has been patient, friendly, and accommodating to everything I needed! They answered all of my questions via chat as well as phone AND were early when delivering the turkeys! On the day of the Potluck, I only heard good things about the turkeys, from size to the taste! Suggestions: I was told via chat that the preferred way to place an order was via phone but when I called, I was told the preferred method is online. So, maybe be on the same page on that one. There were side orders that were mentioned via chat and phone that were not in the online ordering system so may be update your website too. Besides those 2 things, everything else was perfect. Thank you so much LA Turkey Co! You saved my Company's Thanksgiving Potluck! I will definitely order from LA Turkey Co. again!

Outstanding turkey and ham! Got two meals for 4 and easily fed 7 hungry people. The stuffing, cranberry and gravy were great too! I will NEVER cook on Thanksgiving again!

I really appreciated being able to pick up a complete delicious dinner, with turkey (mix of white and dark meat), vegetables, gravy, and bread. Ordering online was easy and there were plenty of pickup windows on Thanksgiving day.

Ordered the thanksgiving meal for 4 this past thanksgiving. Although the food was good, the portions were ridiculous. If you plan on feeding 4 hungry people off this meal, I suggest you place 2 orders.

I just ordered the Holiday Turkey feast for my office of 15 people yesterday and the feast was a huge hit!! First of all, the staff was incredibly helpful, personable and made a special tray for mac & cheese for me when I called and asked if it was possible. They both emailed and called me to go over the details and I felt confident that I wasn't going to be worried about a late delivery. The day of, they arrived early. The staff member making the delivery walked a little bit further with me and up some stairs to deliver and was extremely helpful. ** THE TURKEY** - this is important: the Turkey was delicious and juicy!!! It was pre-carved in a tray and it was perfectly cooked with a crispy skin, it absolutely came out like it was made it my own kitchen! Same with the stuffing (I know everyone has their own personal style) but everyone at my company agreed that it tasted just like home. The Ham, the mac & cheese, mashed potatoes and turkey gravy were all delicious. Side of veggies added that extra touch and the pies were delicious too! the only side note i would leave is that the pies are a bit smaller than the pies you'd find at the market but absolutely delicious. I would order from them again in a heart beat for a team or a family gathering! And lastly, even though I ordered a few extra trays, this was absolutely enough to feed a team of 12 - 15 ppl. We're currently enjoying the leftovers as we speak!

The turkey and ham were both juicy. I ordered the meal for four and they forgot to include the dinner rolls and cranberry sauce. I like to enjoy my turkey with cranberry sauce so that was a little upsetting. But other than that it was delicious.

The LA Turkey Company's turkey was moist and flavorful and their stuffing was delicious, Would definitely recommend to anyone that doesn't want to hassle with cooking a turkey at home. Truly a hidden gem.

I have been smoking my turkey for over 30 years and is hard to beat in flavor and moisture, but this turkey is a close second.

We've had their turkey before which is always amazing of course. This time we had the Ham and it was delicious and juicy! Not only is the food tasty and lovely in appearance, but it is consistent over time which is an important indicator of quality and dedication. Not many places prepare and deliver COOKED meats - consider this before the next time you decide to buy a frozen or refrigerated turkey from the supermarket and spend the whole day slaving away and worrying that it won't come out right when it's time to serve. Well done LA Turkey!

Staff is nice, friendly, and helpful. I needed to order a turkey last minute and they were willing to accomodate. Delivered it hot and ready to eat at my office. It was such an easy and hassle free experience that I ordered for my family as well!

We ordered their hot and ready turkey. What's cool was we were able to pick up the day of thanksgiving! The turkey was very tasty and juicy. Usually not a fan of Turkey meat but theirs was awesome. Everything went smoothly from online ordering to pick up, so they seem to be dependable, which is so important when it comes to pre-ordering for the holidays. We might try their other items for Christmas dinner. They apparently sell other things besides turkey. Overall, I had a great experience- definitely would recommend to others.

A friend mentioned about this company. I decided to try it out and ordered the meal package. I was surprised to find that I didn't have to do any prep or heating! We picked up the food on the morning of Thanksgiving all ready to serve. Everyone thought the turkey was delicious!

I just want to start off by saying that I never leave bad reviews. But I feel like I must voice my opinion on the service that has almost ruined my Thanksgiving dinner. I placed my order way in advance too via online ordering on November 08 to be on the safe side so I would make sure I would have a turkey for Thanksgiving dinner. This year I wanted to make Thanksgiving super simple and did not want to drive to honeybaked ham to avoid the crowds especially during this pandemic crisis. So I ordered a full 12-14 lb turkey and a 9lb bone in ham totaling $178.75. I also wanted them to deliver this to my house since they offered contactless delivery for an extra $20. I put the time for 3pm. I emailed a few days before Thanksgiving to confirm that my order was received and that my order would be delivered by 3pm. They confirmed all this was correct. To my surprise, on Thanksgiving day while I was busy making all the sides I still had no turkey and ham by 5pm! I mean as I type this, it still gets me upset. A real honest company would have called and at least notified the customer that delivery would be late and I would have totally understood this since it was a busy holiday. I was worried sick and tried calling so many times, and no answer. I emailed them and no answer. I thought I got scammed since I never drove to their location or even spoke to anyone on the phone. I googled map their office, and all it showed me was a street and no physical location. This scared me and I was hyperventilating thinking I lost out on almost $200. Then I finally gave up and called sam woo to see if there was any duck available. I was off to pick up my dinner replacement, when low and behold they finally called me at 5:30 pm. The man didn't even apologize for being late! He just said there was some confusion with my order and that they were waiting for my ham to be ready. I kept my composure, but I should have just canceled the whole thing and asked for a refund. I doubt they would honor a refund though. I am not the type to argue with someone since I have worked customer service before too. I mean even though he called me at 5:30, nothing was delivered until 6:20. By that time, we were already eating our duck! They dropped off our food on the porch and said they included mashed potatoes and stuffing for the trouble. This would of been a really kind gesture if he even apologized. To top it all off the mashed potatoes was not even edible. It was way too salty. Like the other reviewer before me said. TOO MUCH SALT! The turkey was dry. And I thought I ordered a full bone in ham. All I got was a tray of sliced ham that looked like it was thrown together in the tray to reheat. I get it that during this pandemic many businesses are suffering and I would never want to leave a bad review during a time like this. But this company never apologized or even offer a partial refund. I think as a consumer, I would want other people to know how I was treated so maybe they can learn from my mistake. I do not wish ill will on this company, but please do better. Thanks for almost ruining my Thanksgiving dinner!
