Fantastic location, across the street from Mannekin Pis and about a 2 block walk to the main square. Easy commute from at least two train stations.||Numerous waffle, fries, and chocolate shops in spitting distance. Although on a main pedestrian street, everything quieted down before 10pm and so I had no problems sleeping.||You do need to climb stairs to reach your room, so if you have mobility issues or extra large bags, this might not be for you. I travel with a backpack so a non-issue. Staff was very friendly and check-in was easy. I arrived early and they held my bag until the room was ready. ||Room included hair dryer, soap, and shampoo. (No conditioner, common in Europe.) Room had a safe. Room was clean, if slightly dated.

Excellent family run hotel in the best possible location for tourists. Very friendly and helpful staff/ owner, highly recommended.

The hotel has the best location in the city if you want to be in the center all the time. You can walk and explore the city. The train station is close too. |The stuff was very helpful that they even helped me to carry my luggage to the third floor. The room was clean. But don’t expect a silent room because the hotel is near the Manneken Pis and it is always crowded outside.

Situated on the 3 floors above a shop.|There is only 6 rooms - 2 on each floor.||This is right next to the Mannequin Pis landmark and a 3 minute walk from Grand Place so a great central location.||Room is clean and tidy - has a fair size toilet / shower room. Wardrobe with a safe. Small fridge. Fan and TV.||Great views of the mannequin pis from the window. ||There is a key code door to get in once the shop is closed.||Can order breakfast the day before to be served in your room but we didn’t bother as thought it was quite pricey. ||Only downside - if you have mobility problems, this probably isn’t the best place for you - there isn’t a lift. We were on the top floor which entails 3 lots of marble spiral staircase - they are quite tight and 16 stairs in each (yes, I counted several times!) ||Other than that, would recommend. We would stay again.

Rooms are small but comfy and the location cant get any better. The Host was a sweet lady who did everything to make us feel comfortable. We thought it would be noisy because of the proximity to the street but once the windows were closed, it was alright

Was lucky enough to have a two night stay at this quaint hotel. It’s location is superb and all staff were friendly. The hotel is situated above a souvenir shop but has it’s own entrance next door. It is right opposite the Mannequin Pis and the surrounding streets can be very busy but this added to its charm for us. We were allocated room 1 on the first floor the room was on the small side yet spotlessly clean and the beds very comfortable. Furniture is not modern and is a mixture of styles but was quite sufficient our needs. The shower was good and the water always hot. Tea and coffee making facilities are available in the foyer which is a nice touch but there wasn’t always milk available for drinks. If you want or are expecting 5* luxury this is not the place however if you want a fabulously situated clean friendly small hotel go for it.

The hotel has only a few rooms but they are beautiful decorated and are very comfortable. ||The team is super nice and helping. Because of the pandemic, breakfast was not being served but we had access to coffee and tea free of charge. ||||The location is just superb: only 7 minutes away of all important sightseeings and the central station.

All the staff are so friendly, the room is clean, clean towels everyday, nice big windows that open up looking out at manekin pee. Think I spelt it wrong. Will definitely be coming back. The owners are lovely. Speak clear English. For next year I will speak French 😁 so close to the grand place. What a vibrant and courfull city. I'm in love. 💕 There's tea bags and cream and cold water container just at bottom of stairs. What more could you want. I felt safe and happy.

Yelp
We stumbled upon this hotel, in fact, you can't even tell it's a hotel from the outside, but as you walk down the street, there's a small sign that says "hotel". We went in to check if they had any vacancy and the lady spoke only french, so I had to communicate with her. My husband was completely clueless. There's a little souvenir shop downstairs and so the lady was explaining to us how to get in when their shop closes for the day. She showed us the code to get into the front door and gave us the key to our room. The stairs are steep, so we left our stroller downstairs with her. The room is nice, perfect size, free wifi and a view of the mannequin pis (the peeing boy) right outside our room. The windows are decorated with flower boxes and it brought a fresh scent into the room. All hours of the day, we would see people standing in line to take photos with the peeing boy statue, it was funny. We were in a great area because the city hall, the great restaurants, all the wonderful belgian waffle places, and chocolate places were a walk away, some were right across the street! We were able to see Godiva from our room! The price was very good for such a great area and breakfast is continental with tea and baked goods, very fresh though! There's a bar right downstairs and we were able to sit outside, enjoy a few Belgium beers (my husband also smoked his cuban) and people watch. It was such a great location, we'll stay here again the next time we're in town!
