Each course was a delight, showcasing the chef’s passion and expertise. The wine selection perfectly complemented the meal, elevating the entire experience. Adding to the magical atmosphere was the live piano music, which made the night even more special. It was a perfect blend of elegance, romance, and world-class cuisine. If you’re visiting Bora Bora, La Villa Mahana is a must-visit. Be sure to make a reservation well in advance, as this exclusive gem is highly sought after. An absolutely magical and sensory delight. During a recent visit to the Westin Bora Bora, hubby and I ventured off campus to experience this highly recommended restaurant and it didn’t d not disappoint. La Villa Mahana was most certainly the culinary highlight of our Tahitian holiday. Everything was perfection; the ambiance - romantic, food - divine and generous, service - timely & friendly but not intrusive, and the value was tremendous. We were hosted like family one actually likes. Logistically, the concierge at our hotel made reservations and arranged return water taxi and shuttle service for &35 per person. The restaurant timed our dinner perfectly to allow for transportation curfews. Do not skip this when on Bora Bora. We can’t wait to come back.

We loved our dining experience. We were seated upstairs in a e parlor and treated like VIPs. Every course was divine. We were even sent home with gifts ~~ Two beautiful signature saurongs. Make reservations early. There are only 8 tables and one seating per night.

We went here for our big honeymoon dinner and it was incredible. The food was phenomenal! They had a pre fixed menu for vegetarians as well. The vibe was sophisticated, yet relaxed, and filled with interesting art. Such a cool unique restaurant and will definitely go back the next time we come to Bora Bora.

Definitely my best meal in French Polynesia! So delicious. And they were SO kind and accommodating — my husband has allergies but wanted one of the pre-fixe menus… they let him sub 2 of the dishes so it could work for him! Lovely vibe as well :)

My husband and I came to Villa Mahana on our last night in Bora Bora. I had the pleasure of speaking with Vaihere, Damien’s wife to make our reservation. She made it really easy. The restaurant offered pick up/drop off service from our hotel which made our decision to dine here a no brainer. Upon arrival, we were greeted and led to our table. The restaurant itself is so romantic and beautiful. With only about 9 tables, it’s a very intimate experience. Now let’s move on to the food. We had the seared tuna salad for appetizer (best seared tuna I’ve ever had), it came with 2 types of bread, a French type of small loaf and then another bread wrapped in what I believe was banana leaves, it looked like a tamale. Both breads were insanely delicious. We were also served cheese and olives. For our main entree, I had the lobster and shrimp risotto and my husband had the beef tenderloin. This was by far our favorite meal in Bora Bora. From the food, to the service, the ambiance, it left nothing to be desired. Highly recommended if you’re in Bora Bora. Reservations are a must!

Highly recommend dining at this little gem when visiting Bora Bora. We both ordered the "exotic" tasting menu and truly enjoyed every bite of it. We were stuffed by the end of the meal - portions are very generous. Service is attentive and friendly as well. It's a very unique dining experience and so worth it. The atmosphere and decoration are just one of a kind.

This restaurant is truly something special. We came here the night of our wedding for the Exotica tasting menu with the wine pairing and were so blown away that we had to make a reservation again 2 days later before we left. The Exotica menu is a must try, and the second night we had the leg of lamb and lobster/prawn risotto. Both were incredible! We will make a point to come here any time we are in Bora Bora. The staff was so kind to us and even recognized us from our first visit. Lots of lovely personal touches including a guest book at the end
