After two weeks staying in La Villa, we have to say that we are so happy to be here! The manager is very helpful and attentive, and the staff is always smiling and willing to help for anything you need. The room is clean and equipped with anything we need. The location perfect, walking distance from metro, shopping mall, supermarkets and restaurants.

I had a terrible experience. It ruined my trip. Rooms were so dirty . No attach baths available . Very unprofessional staff. Rooms smell so bad and washrooms are very very dirty . I am attaching pictures here. House keeping services are also poor . I won’t recommend this dirty place to anyone . No proper cleaning and not maintained .

This is a comfortable place if you are on a longer duration stay in Dubai. The location is very convenient and lots of places nearby which you can shop from; right from groceries to Mall of Emirates at 5 minutes walking distance. The rooms are a bit small though. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I did not get a chance to use the services provided as I was looking for a place only to sleep since most of my day was spent outside for work. Bathrooms were clean and beds comfortable.
