La Villa Najd Hotel Apartments

Not worth the price. Every cupboard in the kitchen was broken all the surfaces were sticky the cutlery was stained. The AC needs to be cleaned it’s blowing hot air with a putrid smell coming from it. All the cupboards in the room were broken. There were cockroaches 🪳 which is absolutely disgusting the couches are stained it’s a very old place and I would not recommend it to anybody. Even though it says no smoking it’s like the smoke is stained into the walls and cupboards. The ironing board broken the shower head dirty and disgusting the machine was standing on a shoe and empty carton!!!! The curtains were also broken. I would not recommend this place it is filthy and not worth any price.

Absolutely worth to choose this hotel. Apartment was clean, a bit old and used but it is fine, nothing to worry about. Enough cutlery and crockery. Fridge and all the other kitchen equipment works well. 7 minutes away of the metro, and almost across the road to the mall of the emirates.

Mohammed who is in the reception the worst staff ever I have encountered in my life. If there is zero star i could give I would love to give zero rating. The way he spoke is too rude which made me even lose control I have never been feel like this. Please teach him what's the difference between doing his job or just speaking rude to the customers or fire him. Good luck for your future!

We stayed for 30 days, service is amazing, we took 1 hbk, it was clean, and tidy, room service is cleaning and tidying the rooms every week, it smells good, I recommend this location for families.

After two weeks staying in La Villa, we have to say that we are so happy to be here! The manager is very helpful and attentive, and the staff is always smiling and willing to help for anything you need. The room is clean and equipped with anything we need. The location perfect, walking distance from metro, shopping mall, supermarkets and restaurants.
