The location, the staff, management and everyone was incredible. I checked in for one night because I had a meeting the next day and wanted to spoil myself but accidentally booked a twin room. |Nagy and Abil in reception were super thoughtful and upgraded me for one night so that I can relax before my meetings the next day. I even met the manager and we all had a pleasant conversation! Bish the bellman was also very engaging. The room was beautiful and had an amazing view and I was super relaxed and felt relieved that I had chosen such an amazing property!|Will definitely be back again !!

Dubai hotels in general never faild me, but this hotel is something else everything is just perfect, friendly staff, great food,amazing rooms, it was my birthday when i was there and the entire hotel was celebrating me anywhere i go i just find a staff member who tells me happy birthday. Amal the marketing director Mostafa the receptionist and Mo the waiter were my top favourite people there, thank you so much for this experience , its never the last time i stay at le ville.

As much as i want to recommend this hotel it wont do it justice, i was surprised today with an extremely nice gift. Every single person works in this hotel is a top class service example, from the managers, room service staff, the valet and the reception, the remember everything about me which is amazing and for everyone, food rooms and location, you cannot beat this hotel in Dubai. La Ville Hotel is truly unforgettable! The location is super strategic — especially during winter — since it’s right in City Walk. Everything you need is just steps away: restaurants, cafes, and even the cinema. I’ve stayed there in January, November, and even July — and honestly, even in the summer heat, it’s still a great spot because everything is so close and walkable. The hotel itself is beautiful and has a calm, cozy vibe. I’ve made some of my favorite memories there. I highly recommend contacting the hotel directly for bookings instead of using third-party websites — it’s always better that way!

Excellent attention ! Staff is very friendly and helpful. Property is lovely with views of the Burj Khalifa, roof top infinity pool. Location is 15 min from the Dubai mall by car.

Moustafa from the reception is amazing. Everyone is so attentive and so nice in the hotel, the breakfast is fantastic. My fav place to stay in Dubai!
