La Ville Hotel is truly unforgettable! The location is super strategic — especially during winter — since it’s right in City Walk. Everything you need is just steps away: restaurants, cafes, and even the cinema. I’ve stayed there in January, November, and even July — and honestly, even in the summer heat, it’s still a great spot because everything is so close and walkable. The hotel itself is beautiful and has a calm, cozy vibe. I’ve made some of my favorite memories there. I highly recommend contacting the hotel directly for bookings instead of using third-party websites — it’s always better that way!

Great location …but the hotel is missing the mark on every level. We checked in for a 2 month stay in one of the apartments. Apart from being old and needing a renovation - our mattresses were literally concave and probably worse than sleeping on the floor. They moved us rooms where we experienced leaks and doors that would continue to jam. The kitchen has a design flaw and doesn’t have lighting so you can visibly see what you are cooking. Unlike an air bnb the apartment had NOTHING to cook apart from a pot and a pan. I had request essentials - most of what the hotel did not have and had to purchase myself. The breakfast lunch restaurant is …weird. I ordered the same menu item every day for a month avocado toast with medium eggs. Every single day the eggs would come out different. Soft. Or hard. Medium if I was very lucky. Almost every day for a month one of my families order would be incorrect. The coffee here is the worst coffee I’ve had in Dubai. I purchase daily at Peet’s in the mall because it’s just too horrible to even have a free cup at the hotel. I also had to fight with them to not have people smoking with the door open right infront of the restaurant. It took them 7 days to stop allowing it despite my requesting every day. Swimming pool- kids can’t be there past 6pm. No evening swims for the family. The cabanas are old although view of the Burj is nice. Internet constantly goes out. I missed a work call because nobody bothers to inform you when they are doing updates on it here. Bathrooms on ground floor are constantly needing attention. Water on the floors, out of toilet paper… One night after one of the many issues we experienced the hotel called the room to ask if they could provide chips and popcorn for a movie night to apologize. We accepted and agreed they would send up at 7pm. My husband let them know we were starting the movie at 7. 730 I called down to see if they were coming. 8pm I called down again to tell them to bring it or don’t bother. They brought the snacks with 20 minutes left in our movie. Stale popcorn and 5 chips in a jar. Like why? Today which inspired me to leave a review finally- I told them I needed my room cleaned between 12-3. I told them it absolutely had to be done by 3. I get home with my daughter from school at 3. Cleaners are in there and tell me it will be done at 4. I tell the front desk. They don’t care. We also asked for a reduction in our rate since they are now doing renovations at the pool and because the value is not here for what we are paying. It took almost an entire week for them to come back and say no. Unless you need to be in city walk avoid this hotel. They are soooo many better options in Dubai.

As much as i want to recommend this hotel it wont do it justice, i was surprised today with an extremely nice gift. Every single person works in this hotel is a top class service example, from the managers, room service staff, the valet and the reception, the remember everything about me which is amazing and for everyone, food rooms and location, you cannot beat this hotel in Dubai. My stay at La Ville Hotel in Dubai got off to a challenging start, and I was initially quite disappointed. However, the situation was completely turned around by the exceptional efforts of one employee, Gaurav. He listened to my concerns with genuine empathy, took immediate ownership of the issues, and ensured that my experience was not just resolved, but transformed. His professionalism and dedication to guest satisfaction are a true credit to the hotel. Because of him, what began as a negative experience ended on such a high note that I would not hesitate to return. Thank you, Gaurav, for ensuring I left as a happy and loyal guest.

I’ve stayed at La Ville several times now - since it first open. The rooms are excellent, the breakfast is great and most importantly the staff are great! Mustafa remembers me and knows my favorite rooms. The lady at breakfast knows exactly what I like. The concierge service is excellent! Love the pool staff too! Very nice to work up there in the Mormon. Highly recommend staying here. Dubai summer is quite hot, the AC from nearby building can be quite loud, so stay at rooms facing inner courtyard or the main entrance.
