Google
Cute little restaurant by the lake with a nice Parker dining area outside. Pretty extensive menu of salads and Buddha bowls. Got a mushroom risotto which came out piping hot and delicious. The Buddha bowl on the other hand was yet to be desired. I may have lacked the understanding but the quinoa came out cold and the chicken a bit stringy for my liking. Overall a pleasant experience and would come back

Google
Higly recommend this place, a huge selection of salads, for me person who love pasta, but there’s too many pasta only or pizza only places this place is really superb considering the amount of selection of salads like literally six pages of different salad options with protein or vegan options, you can find everything you want The vibe of the place is really good. I really like their outdoor at the same time close place where rain is not bothering you. Oh, I also should mention kid friendless. The waiter was so friendly. She spent a lot of time our young two year old and she was very very, very very friendly to our daughter. Our daughter enjoyed this place a lot Speaking of food: Paella was mediocre definitely was wrong choice. salad bowl was 5 of 5 and my tuna bowl was 4 of 5. I would suggest them to reconsider how they cook tuna but besides that it was really fresh and ingredients were great. The only one suggestion for this place is to change the supplier of the bread because bread was kind of cheap and not as fancy as in other places.

My husband and I had lunch here today. The atmosphere was nice and the staff were very friendly. The menu is large with a lot of options and a very large salad section. This is really the first restaurant in Italy that we’ve eaten at that had a lot of salad options. My husband got carbonara pasta and I got a salmon salad. Both were average. The salad had very good and fresh ingredients and a lot of salmon, however, it was missing flavor. My husband said his pasta was ok. The bacon pieces he thought were a bit too big. Overall it was very good service. Attentive waitstaff and a good selection of healthy options for lunch.

Google
Good location, there are tables outside with a view to the lake. The food is amazing and the portions are like really BIG, totally worth the money. The menu is rich with so many different kinds of salads, of course the pasta can’t be missed too. We take Carbonara and Lasagna both have been amazing! The staff was also really welcoming and nice!

Google
Service staff is good especially that the food come so fast I can't believe just waiting 10 minutes and seafood are fresh. The dishes are so big and I can't eat it completely so sad I want to eat it all but I'm full. Spaghetti is really tasty & fresh 😋🥰 Recommend!!!!

Google
Cosy restaurant is a very busy place! Booking ahead is recommended! If you are after salad - you will find a lot of different combinations. Even fruity ones. Food was delicious and large in variety. Staff were friendly and helpful! Not too pricey. Overall - excellent experience.

Google
We dined on a crowded Sunday afternoon. It certainly seemed like this place was a hit with the locals as we had to make reservations a day in advance. The seafood pastas here were fresh & succulent though it seemed like they were more famous for their salads - a large part of the menu were for salads - which we didn’t get. The desserts were great too.

Google
Great selection of salads etc. Nice location just off the tourist masses. I had a salad bowl unfortunately the chicken was hugely overcooked and the dressing tasteless. My wife had a seafood pasta dish which she loved

Yelp
Amazing a place so close to everything is so good. Other than the sea bass (which was shockingly bad/dry), everything was incredible. Highly recommend the tuna tartare, risotto, paella, and ravioli.

Yelp
Horrible service and food. Served us rotten food and didn't not exchange our food. Do not recommend.

Yelp
Food: 5 Value: 5 (arguably a 6/5) Service: 5 Ambiance: 3.5 The single greatest Italian cuisine meal I've eaten to date. We found this restaurant through Google Reviews and generally had high hopes, but were blown away by the experience. We ordered salads to share, drinks, and pasta before a tiramisu - I went for a seafood pasta (see pictures) and negroni. We definitely could have avoided getting the two salads; portions were massive and we ended up not finishing either salad. My main course was delicious. The pasta had a zesty, fresh flavor between the lemon, olive oil, parsley and tomato, but the welcome surprise was seeing mounds of mussels, clams and shrimp inside the dish (I'm from New York and expected maybe 10 total) that took me almost 5 minutes to deshell before I went to town on it. Cocktails were excellent - hard to see from the photos but huge and delicious. Resulted in a great midday buzz. Limoncello spritz was also good but perhaps too strong for a lunchtime drink. Other courses ordered: - Lamb ravioli - Had 1-2 bites and tasted good, but probably a 3.5-4. Not really up to my palate and compared to my own entree, hard to beat :) - Carbonara - Solid. Incredibly rich and this was an entree where the large portions actually hurt more than helped - Salads - Hard to tell bc I was full of pasta Minor ding if anything is the ambiance. It's a block or so away from the crazy shore of Como but still was getting a bit loud by the time we left. Not a real complaint and didn't affect our experience, but if you're looking for a more quiet and relaxed experience you might want to go to a less touristy area. Thank you for a lovely meal!

Yelp
We had two amazing meals here on our 4 night trip to Como. Service was wonderful. Had the sliced beef both nights which was delicious. The ravioli with wild boar was amazing. Salads were great as well!

Yelp
One word: carbonara. If you find yourself in Como, do yourself a favor and order the Carbonara pasta here. During our visit, we also sampled the grilled octopus antipasti, beautifully plated like a Michelin Star dish, a Caesar salad that was both delicious and surprisingly filling, and the fish of the day--Sea Bream--which was simply outstanding. Although everything from the ambiance to the service was top-notch, it was the carbonara that had us returning two nights in a row. Unfortunately, I was not able to snap a picture of the pasta before it was absolutely demolished, but trust. Enjoy, and ciao!

Yelp
Delicious food at reasonable prices. Many choices and the seafood was so fresh. Although busy, the service was timely and friendly.

Yelp
We were looking for a place to eat lunch on our day trip to Lake Como. We are glad we stopped in. The service was wonderful and the food even better. They have a ton of different salads to choose from. I had the Greek salad and my husband had the paella. The paella was big and stuffed with a ton of seafood he said it was the best meal he has eaten. The location is perfect and sitting outside was a great experience. We would definitely recommend this place for lunch and if we ever come back would stop again.

Yelp
The reviews for this were great, so I chose it for our large group. I was worried when we arrived because it felt like a chain or something. The menu was all salads, which I didn't expect. But the other food was on a board. We ordered a mix of salads and food from the kitchen and everything was excellent. Generous portions of fresh quality food. Very tasty. And STRONG drinks! Excellent. And I would go back!

Yelp
Very good, very accommodating with our party of 8. Desserts were amazing. Next to the lake but not a scam like most of them.

Yelp
Perfect pizza after a long day on the water... although they also serve wagu beef wrapped in 24k gold. The place has its own courtyard so do you don't feel so cramped like most restaurants in town. The staff was great and they provided a table for our party of 4 without reservations - so grateful. It's also a short walk from the Hilton hotel so that was a big bonus for us.

Yelp
I had the chance to explore Como this past summer, this place was recommended by our Airbnb host and WOW! After spending a week in the Como area this is by far my favorite restaurant in the area. Their food, service and location are, well perfect is the only word I can describe this place. We got really lucky they were able to squeeze us in inbetween reservations, they are usually booked a few days out so I would highly recommend make a reservation if you know you are going to be in the area. And another tip for traveling in Italy, aperitif is a drink most people have before dinner. And Aperol spritz is probably the most well known. But my favorite is actually Hugo spritz, its a mix of St Germaine, Prosecco and mint. It's a great refreshing drink in the afternoon and before dinner, ask for it if you are ever in the region!

Yelp
Excellent salads and gnocchi! The aranci salad with fresh orange, fennel, pine nuts, feta cheese, and honey was stellar. The flavors balanced well. It was a little sweet, a little salty, and plenty crunchy. The gnocchi was soft and the ragu was light yet bursting with flavor. Wine and yummy desserts are available, too! It's definitely worth the wait!

Yelp
On our day trip to Lake Como from Milan we stopped by La Vita e Bella to get some lunch. This restaurant is located across the street from where we disembarked off the ferry arriving from Bellagio. Amazingly in Italy this restaurant isn't really known for their Italian food. It is famous for its massive amazing salads and they have more than 50 choices. We ended up ordering a salad and an entree. We ordered: -shrimp mango salad -penne pasta with red sauce The shrimp mango was huge literally the plates are like Cheesecake Factory and I think one salad was more than enough for both of us but being in Italy I had to try an Italian dish so it was penne pasta which also turned out to be really really good. The food was awesome and pricing is very decent for such a tourist destination. Como is a small town and very walkable. After lunch we strolled through the town center, checked out the cathedral and walked to the railway station to head back to Milan. 5 star place check it out if in Lake Como.

Yelp
Great place to stop by for a bite when in Como. Plentiful selection of salad with fresh ingredients and pasta/meat/seafood options. They also offer Buddha bowl which I didn't try but look heavenly and healthy. The restaurant fills up quick so be early or else there is a long wait for food. The outdoor seating is nicely decorated with faux plants on the top. The windows can be opened to get in extra breeze while half the party can have beautiful views of the lake and mountain. We tried the strawberry peach feta salad which I liked. It had a simple vinaigrette. I ordered the beef with grilled veggies which was yummy. Other items in the party included paella (the rice was too aldente for my taste but there was plenty of seafood), vongole (delicious with nice wine aroma in the pasta) and a creamy pasta.

Yelp
Reasonably tasty, health-conscious Italian food at very reasonable prices. They have over 50 different types of salads to choose from. I ordered their lasagna (which the waiter had recommended). It was a bit dry and could have used more sauce. Great location, and good value for what you pay. But if you're looking for incredible food, look elsewhere.

Yelp
Excellent: Paella, Pasta with Seafood , and Tiramisu we're all excellent. Highly recommended.

Yelp
Super slow service, but the food and wine was great. Indoor seating, paid parking out near the main road. Would come back if I lived here, but probably not while visiting.

Yelp
Excellent, unconventional range of salads A restaurant whose claim to fame is 50 different salads? And an Italian menu that relies on egregious English puns? I was somewhat skeptical but really enjoyed the food here. For one thing, it was a nice one time change of pace from traditional Italian food, however good that is. We had the Aloha Bowl and the My Thai salads and finished up with Tiramisu and Cheesecake (to offset the virtuous, low calorie vegetarian main course). This is a very casual place, overlooking a parking lot but very near the lake shore. Service was efficient but equally casual.

Yelp
My score should read 4.5. The service was excellent, my Seafood Linguine was flawless and had lotsof seafood, but the Milanese Cutlet was too dry and had rubbery texture and odd flavour. Our waitress was very friendly and chattyand made our stay memorable. They offer wide varieties of salad and everything is prepared fresh. Next time we will have salad for lunch and pasta for dinner.
google avatar

Gustavo M.

Yelp
Mind this: portion are NOT the same as most italian restaurants. They are BIGGER! Service was great. We had "affettati e formaggi" as appetizer (it serves 4 people), "spaghetti alle vongole" and steak alla milanese. Great food all the way! It's close to the lake and although there is a parking in front, finding a spot is a challenge. Give it a try!

Yelp
A good lunch restaurant that provides both a wide range of tasty, healthy salads and classic Italian specialty dishes. Definitely a good choice!

Yelp
A great spot to eat in Como with a HUGE variety of salads, pastas, and seafood. Be ready to wait as the place is crowded. The prices are good for the touristic place.
google avatar

Yelp
Found a caterpillar in the salat... Plus the waiters just joked about it and didn't really seem to care.. Brought another dish of gnocchi which was super over cooked..
google avatar

Yelp
The biggest menu with various salads what I've seen. Pasta with seafood was delicious too. Good restaurant. Worth visiting in Como.

Yelp
Vey nice seafood pasta. They specialize in salad. We had I had trenette mistook mare my wife had insalata ortomare.
google avatar

Yelp
Very good meal and excellent service! A little different atmosphere to dine as you eat in a glass atrium but really cool and comfortable. The seafood carpaccio was divine!

Yelp
Great restaurant located near Lake Como. The service was great, and they served me hands down the best Lasagna I've ever had!! Highly recommended!!!

Yelp
Being in Lake Como, I was eager to eat some seafood pasta. This place has over a thousand reviews on TripAdvisor, plus it was right next to our hotel, so I figured it was a must. Normally you need a reservation, but we came right when they opened (12p) so we were able to get in fine. The first thing I noticed was that the menu is so affordable! My mixed seafood pasta was only 10 euro I believe, and my boyfriend's paella was 15 euro. In LA, seafood pasta at a nice Italian restaurant will go for $20 minimum and probably won't be as good! The ambiance is also so cute. We sat in their outdoor, glass patio area which has succulents hanging along the top. I definitely recommend sitting outside if you can. The pasta and paella were loaded with seafood - they do not skimp here! They both tasted amazing. The red sauce with the seafood pasta was simple and perfect, and the saffron rice of the paella was so tasty. My only complaint would be that the seafood was a bit sandy. I definitely got some gritty bites, but the taste of the food more than made up for it.

Vivi W.

Yelp
Good service and fantastic location close to the central area and the lake. The food is pretty good, I recommend the Pan fried cheese and daily specials! The portions are huge so I ended up over ordering. Great place to unwind with a glass of vino and get away from the hustle and bustle of the touristy spots in Como

Yelp
What a fantastic find We had the paella as a shared entree and all of us were blown away The scalloppine was to die for and the girls loved the nicoise salad

Joan D.

Yelp
Excellent Salads, Blonde Italian kid working whose a waiter there could have been a little more patient and a little nicer as I didn't make a reservation but didn't know I was supposed to. But the owner was working and sat us down. Very good! Would go again. For the fact that Italy doesn't have very many salads in general this place is salad galore!
google avatar

Stacy W.

Yelp
They accommodated us even without a reservation. Food was terrific and staff were just the right amount of attentive. The four of us shared two salads and each had a pasta selection of our own. Left with three boxes of leftovers for a very reasonable cost.

Angelina D.

Yelp
Excellent lunch in Como! We were a party of 6 and we arrived 35 minutes before closing for lunch, but they happily sat us and served us quickly as we wished...but nothing in Italy is ever quick! Our lunch was completely satisfying. Large salads and quinoa or bean bowls. Lots of vegetables. Very healthy and delicious! Thank you!

Tracey H.

Yelp
Good fresh food and at an affordable price. We enjoyed a Mexicana and a mimosa salad followed by a raspberry tiramisu. Total bill came to €23

Stace J.

Yelp
Great selection of salads with lots of local produce and protein options. I had a huge seafood salad loaded with seafood, asparagus, tomatoes. It had a light vinegar/olive oil dressing. I didn't care for the mushy peas though so just pushed them aside. Awesome food and service!

Allison S.

Yelp
We had risotto and seafood pasta. It was very good. Staff was great. Overall great experience!
