We had an absolutely incredible dining experience at La Yola in Cap Cana. The food was outstanding from start to finish. The eggplant Parmesan appetizer was exceptional, rich, comforting, and perfectly balanced. For the main course, the crab and skirt steak were beautifully prepared, full of flavour, and cooked to perfection. To end the meal, the coconut flan was phenomenal, light, creamy, and the perfect finish.
What truly elevated the night was our waiter, Jean Carlos. His service was exceptional from start to finish. He was warm, attentive, knowledgeable, and made us feel genuinely welcomed. His timing, recommendations, and attention to detail were flawless and added so much to the overall experience.
The music was fantastic and set the perfect mood, complementing the stunning waterfront atmosphere. Everything came together for a memorable evening with incredible food, great energy, and world class service.
Thank you Jean Carlos and the La Yola team for such a wonderful night. We cannot wait to return.
