Labadi Beach Hotel

Waste there for a pamper day. I got there about 6pm and my requested service takes 2 hours as published in the spa menu. I kept asking if it was enough time or I come another time( another time, I wouldn't have bothered even). The lady rushed me through the entire experience. I did the package with pedicure,swedish massage and facial something. The massage was just okay,she didn't massage my head lah, ei,and the pedicure was painted well but it wasn't dried for me to have walked out of the spa; the sea sand ended up on my painted toe nails and looks like shimmer. The facial felt rushed as well. You should go during the day when their fresh as well,maybe. I later had yam and port with strawberry diaquiri. Na the diaquiri looked pale unlike the honey suckles order.

From start to finish, my visit to Labadi Beach was absolutely wonderful! The atmosphere was lively yet relaxing, with beautiful ocean views, soft sand, and great local music in the background. It’s the perfect spot to unwind, enjoy the sunset, and experience authentic Ghanaian culture.|A special thanks to Isaac Mensah, whose professionalism and warm hospitality made the experience truly memorable. Isaac went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. His friendly demeanor and attention to detail reflect the high standard of service at Labadi Beach.|I highly recommend Labadi Beach to anyone visiting Accra,and if you have the chance, ask for Isaac! He’ll make sure your time there is unforgettable.

I booked at the Labadi Beach Hotel despite bad reviews online on Booking.com because being "5 star", I didn't believe the reviews and decided to splash out a bit. Unfortunately, I should have taken the reviews a lot more seriously. While the common areas were nice / pretty, the room was very basic and grubby. The beds were clean and comfy, but that's where it ended. The floors were only cleaned in the middle and not around the edges. Likewise the bathroom. I was there for 6 nights and every day there were things that were not replenished - towels, soap , toilet paper, etc.|The food in the restaurant was usually tasty, but took an hour to arrive and then the order was often wrong. On day 3, I decided to talk to the manager, who like all the staff in the hotel, was friendly, but completely inefficient. He took copious notes of what I had to say and promised to put things right. This did not happen. I arrived back that night to once again find no toilet paper and no towels. The room was just as grubby as previously. In addition, there were parties taking place on the hotel premises and the beach with extremely loud music that went on all night, making it hard to sleep.|Probably one of, if not the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It should be noted that while the service and room were akin to a 1 to 2 star hotel, the price was not.

The hotel is nice but it's not worth the price I paid. They never had enough towels. The staff was great and the breakfast buffet was superb. Something was left in the room after check out and I called several times to inquire about it and was never called back.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like VIPs. The check in was smooth and friendly. The room was spotless, well designed and comfortable. The buffet had fresh and delicious options for a pescatarian like me. Every staff member was courteous and helpful. This hotel knows how to make guests feel special. Can't wait to come back!

Hands down, Labadi Beach Hotel is one of my favourite hotels in Accra! I love the food, the ambience, the beach and the service. Beautiful gardens too. I recently enjoyed their breakfast buffet and it did not disappoint. The latte was a hit for me. I go there fairly regularly and I must say that they have maintained their standard. Kudos to the team, from receptionists to janitors.

Very good service. Met one of the security officers who was very gentle and very good to me. I was there last year December through January. I’d say he’s one of the best security personnel I’ve ever met. If I remember correctly his name is Solace. When my card declined, he willingly helped me pay about 361 Ghanaian Cedis. He refused me reimbursing him. I wish to meet him again because I’m coming to Ghana again for Xmas

I wanted to write a review of the beach and poolside because that’s what I used. The beach itself and pool are pleasant. They have adequate seating although the beach can get full (not thaaaat many seats). The servers do alright. But for a hotel that strives to be 4 or 5 star, there’s some work to be done. My challenge is you can smell weed on the beach. I suspect some people smoke in this odd wooden structure in the corner of the beach. It doesn’t make it a family friendly space at all. There are people selling trying to get your attention on the beach. It’s a bit noisy as well not just the surrounding parts but even on the beach itself as guests bring speakers. I’ve been to 4 and. 5 star hotels around the world. You would neeeever find these things on their beaches. No one seems to be bothered by it. This is not up to scratch. Please let’s work to improve these things. There’s a lot of potential.
