Located right in the middle of Nazaré, close to the beach, this place was perfect. I arrived outside of check in times and the owner stayed up to let me in and even had a chat with me. He let me keep my bike inside. The rooms were great with lockers and I slept amazingly. Thank you!

This Hostel is yor best bet in Nazare. A block from the ocean, surrounded by wonderful shops and restaurants, you couldn't find a better location. The rooms are large and well appointed with very comfortable beds. The bathrooms are very modern and the whole place is very clean. The breakfast in the morning is substantial, and served for several hours. The refrigerator can be used to store your food or drinks which is also very nice. The owner is very helpful with suggestions of places to eat, history of the town. This is really an unbelievable find.

Lab Hostel is a new or near new compact hostel located very near the beach in Nazare. I walked from the Rede Expressos bus stop through town with a wheeled luggage to the hostel. The hostel is modern & very clean (chlorine odor in room). My double room with private bath was on the top floor built into the attic. The bathroom is compact. I'm only 5'7" & it was quite tight in the shower height wise due to the slope of the roof. There are 2 roof top type windows for ventilation, which cannot be used if it is raining; however, the room does have an air conditioner. Breakfast is basic consisting of bread & slices of cheese & ham. The kitchen area cannot be utilized by guests. Note the local restaurants do not open for dinner until 8 pm! If you need to grab some groceries be sure to checkout the Mercado Municipal de Nazare up by the bus stop. Good place to pickup fresh produce, baked items & fresh meat/fish. There are also a few small family type eateries & highly recommend Cantinho da Svetlana (VG homemade soup & bifana).

A very disappointing experience. I waited 10 minutes outside in the rain just to be let inside, uncomfortable beds, no proper kitchen, overall just creepy vibe... I was the only guest at the entire hostel... Due to the reasons that are mentioned above, I decided to check out a day earlier than my booking. When I told the owner about my experience, he started yelling at me. At least the place was pretty clean and the dorms have a bathroom inside, which is nice, but overall do not go there. It was quite disappointing and definitely wasn't worth my 20 euros per night - a price that with which I got some excellent hostels.

To be honest, this hostel looks nicer than most hotels for a fraction of the price. Stayed here a couple of nights while checking the surf in Nazare. Great WiFi, hot showers, bed were comfy and warm with extra blankets, and decent breakfast every morning with fresh bread. Only downside; if there is one, if a large group stays and decides to chop it up all night downstairs in the kitchen area you will hear every footstep, conversation regardless of you don’t. Cheers!

It's a nice hostel in the middle of the lower part of the city. Very close to the beach, not far from the bus station. Also there are a lot of cafes and restaurants around. ||The owner is very nice and friendly, the room was clean and warm, which is very impornant in winter.||We had a room at the upper floow and wi-fi was fading away in there. We had only one night in the hostel, so not a big deal.

Antonio is the owner of the hostel, He is super nice and sociable.||I have loved spent one night in his hostel and I would like having had more days. ||I slept in a female room of 6,clean and well equipped, with a private toilet. ||The breakfast is social :a big table where you can sit down next people you don't know but you are already talking after 1 min. The atmosphere is amazing.||I will come back soon my dear Antonio. ||Nazarè is in my heart. ||Ilenia
