We must admit that we have never visited this location, physically. However, we have visited with our taste buds on several occasions and they are prompting, no pushing us, insistently, very very insistently, to give our opinions. --- So, 😋 a thousand times. This is what salami should taste like. This is how it tasted in the past. This is the alchemy that calls to you across the kilometers. These are cold cuts at their purest and their best.

Già il nome "laboratorio" rende l'idea di come viene gestita questa attività dove passione, scelta delle materie prime, competenza e amore per il proprio lavoro si fondono in un prodotto finale inimitabile.

il top di tutto, igiene cibo e cordialità del titolare... salsicce senza conservanti da tenere fuori dal frigo che diventano come salamini...
