The Boulangerie Studio, Paris, France - Explore & Book

"It’s incredibly rare to find affordable accommodation in Paris without having to compromise on style or location. So when a cute little studio flat within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower comes along, you snap it up. This is a taste of authentic Parisian living in a friendly neighbourhood - and how quaintly French it is to be staying in a former boulangerie! The space is small but charming, located on the ground floor of a handsome 19th-century building in the 15th arrondissement. From here you can walk to the Champ de Mars in 25 minutes or join the riverside path along the Seine, while the rest of Paris’ sights are an easy Metro hop away via two nearby stations. Run by the team behind the much-loved Paris Boutique Apartments, the Boulangerie Studio adopts their iconic, fun style. Chequered floors and a red, white and blue colour scheme are a charismatic nod to Paris, while playful artwork pays tribute to the studio's roots as a bakery. You get a little kitchenette with a breakfast bar, so in the mornings you can pop out for pastries and then bring them back to your petit boulangerie to feast. If only all days began like that. Highs Rates are good value for such a convenient location This is a friendly neighbourhood with great cafes and restaurants; the Eiffel Tower is a 30-minute walk away, two Metro stations are 2 minutes' walk away The owners provide an excellent service, sharing secrets on the best restaurants and tourist-free must-sees The playful styling that hints at the studio's former life as a Parisian bakery Lows At 20m2, this is a small space - no room for kids' beds or cots The kitchenette is perfectly functional for rustling up breakfasts but there is limited cooking space and no oven, so you probably won't be dining in for other meals The studio is on street level, so you might hear some comings and goings from outside" - Handpicked by our hotel experts

I was going to focus on the food, but as a transparent Google reviewer, I need to say this: think twice before coming here. First, the lady at the counter rushes you with attitude the moment she realizes you’re not French. I had to witness an awful scene where an Asian mother and daughter—polite tourists who bought plenty of bread and an iced coffee—were treated rudely the entire time. When French customers arrived, the cashier suddenly became friendly, gave the lady a hot coffee instead, and then mocked her for “not understanding her.” Little did she know, I speak French—I heard her laughing with the bread maker about them. Awful people. Go somewhere else where customers are treated with kindness, no matter where they’re from.

Secret little gem here! We had beautiful pastries. Chocolate eclair was so soft and not too sweet. Nutella croissant was crunchy and buttery, and best mini conelle I ever had! It’s quite a small shop and most people (mostly local) were there to get their takeaway. There are only four tables of two which we were welcome to use. The guy who assisted us was very nice! We will be back for more!!

Not only the taste of their pastry, but also their services were so goood! You can enjoy pastries or cakes with coffee sitting the seats inside and outside ( they have 4 tables inside and 3 tables outside) When I claimed I payed twice by card readers fault, they apologized me and smoothly refunded me by cash! I strongly recommend you to step by this shop!

Perfect place to have a French take-out sandwich and dessert to enjoy a simple supper at the comfort of your home or hotel. We loved the 2 sandwiches (egg one and chicken), also Éclair was great too. I wish we had time to come back and try the pastries, maybe next time!

On our visit to Paris, we found this boulangerie near our hotel and made it a daily stop during our stay. On our first visit, we purchased baguettes and croissants that were perfect and came back every day for them. We also purchased different pastries each day, and were never disappointed. I especially liked the Paris-Brest Eclair. The owner made excellent recommendations and was wonderful to talk with. One cannot go wrong here.

They are incredibly kind, and the prices are very reasonable. The sandwich I had here was the best I’ve ever had in my life! It was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend everyone to visit this place.
