I’m a quite a regular customer and I would like to thank Vissen and his team for always making me feel welcome. They are approachable, friendly and polite towards their customers, creating a nice and calm environment on every occasion. Keep up the good work!

My friend and I came for High Tea. We were served by Emma. Her service was exceptional! She was quite solicitous. She took care of our every need and left no stone unturned. I am very happy that I came. I hope to visit again very soon. I will be sure to request her service once again.

Great place for romantic dinner or even business. We had a good time with lovely food and lovely dinner. The stuff were amazing and made the experience a bit better. They even offered us a cake very attentive throughout. We will definitely come back here.

Stayed here for nearly a week when visiting for business. Really friendly and attentive staff. Great food both in the hotel restaurant and the Thai restaurant. Gyn was ok though the pool did look small. The rooms were great with nice views and comfy beds. Lawrence, Vikash and Sanjeev definitely helped make the visit extra welcoming. The main spa is in the sister hotel a few mins walk away but they also did treatments in a room at this hotel.

The service in this beautiful hotel is exceptional. The staff in particular Tifanand, Arvind, Tricia and Vishen are wonderful and genuinely care about your experience. They are always on hand at breakfast and literally cannot do enough for you. I visit the hotel often and have never had a bad experience. Thank you Tifanand and all the restaurant staff for your kindness and attentiveness, it really is much appreciated :)

A very comfortable and unique hotel in Mauritius. Also is blessed with some efficient and friendly staff. Highly recommended for people of good taste.
