Reasonable prices. Fantastic staff. Comfortable seating. Attention to detail is top-notch. Lines are sharp, fade is seamless, and the style is on point. You can tell they take pride in their craft. Easily one of the best cuts I’ve had at this price level. Five stars every time.

I came here for my first time and got a facial by Bri & a relaxation massage by Shelbie! It was the most relaxing 2 hours I’ve had and I enjoyed every second! 10/10 recommend!

Quality of the customer service is declining rapidly. They are passing along the 3% credit card fee to customers, which is happening more regularly. I told the front desk they should remind guests of this new policy in the appointment reminder. She shrugged and said an email was sent. I just hung up after being on hold for more than 15 minutes to cancel an upcoming appointment that is a week away. After 15 minutes, I was transferred to their after hours line. At 4:39 pm on a Friday. Why was I kept in the queue if the salon closed early? Had a third issue earlier this year that another employee stepped in to make right. But customer service slipping through the cracks has become a disappointing pattern at this location.

My son has autism and we typically struggle to find a place to get his haircut. We absolutely loved the kids room at Ladies and Gentlemen, and our stylist Emily did an outstanding job! The absolute best part was having a room dedicated just to kids away from the hustle and bustle of the rest of the salon. I would highly, highly recommend Ladies and Gentlemen and their kids room area to anyone looking for a calm, quiet, colorful environment for their kids to get their haircut. Emily went the extra mile- took her time, listened well and had the skills required to give my little man his best haircut yet!

I’ve been a loyal and happy client of Rachel Hall for going on 7 years with standing appointments every 5 weeks. She is a master at her craft and I have never had a stylist that made me feel so confident with my hair. I was in recently for an appointment and was very disappointed to learn that the salon now tags on a 3% fee when you pay with a credit card. This is just ridiculous to me as it’s obvious the salon is very profitable as it is. You are already paying a premium cost for services and now there is an additional fee added on? I’ll never stop being a client of Rachel’s and this is not her fault - the owners really need to rethink this decision. It’s unfair to those of us who can’t always pay $150+ in cash each visit.

We bring our son here everytime he needs a haircut. And hands down the best place we have taken him to for a haircut. They have a dedicated childrens haircut room with cool seats for the kids! They are so good with kids here. Atmosphere inside is amazing too!

Love Ladies and Gentlemen! I have seen Stacy over the years and she is fabulous with cuts and foil. My daughter is now 15 and has been coming here since birth. Her blonde, thick hair is a challenge, but each time we leave, she’s in love 😍 Thank you Alyssa!

We recently took our toddler here for his first haircut and had SUCH a wonderful experience! We had Carina & she made sure our son was comfortable :) the kids room was so so cute & welcoming!
