They have the best macarons and coffee I’ve had so far. The staff are incredibly friendly, yet always professional, courteous, and helpful. I highly recommend them .

Just wow! One of the best cafes in Paris. They do have different kind of local pastries and coffees. My friend I had to choose our dessert from the menu and the experience was amazing. Their Americano was ok. Recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This places has a cute decoration. The staff is very kind and friendly. They’re also very helpful when having questions. The macaroons are very delicious. I wish they were available in USA.

The welcoming was great. Ordered a mocha although it is not on the menu but they did one to me and it was one of the best i ever had for a long time. Prices are fair and they have a wide choice of desserts. The macaron framboise coted with dark chocolate is a must to try. A beautiful place and must visit when around.

I visited Ladurée during a girl’s trip back in April and we had a fantastic time. The service provided was excellent, and I was impressed with the level of attentiveness and friendliness from the staff. I particularly enjoyed the Rue Linois location and would definitely visit again. Although the space is small, it work to our advantage, as it was easier to find a seat. Overall, I highly recommend Ladurée for its great service and cozy atmosphere. Don’t forget to try the hot chocolate, it is sooo rich and delicious! Actually, everything we tried was absolutely delicious!

Stunning surroundings to eat the best macarons we have ever had the pleasure of eating. Our waitress, Natalie, was attentive, polite, and efficient (as were all the staff), and I highly recommend Ladurée for an exquisite break from shopping. I'm just really disappointed that my jam got confiscated by security at CDG.

A dessert store where people line up for 2.2 euros per one macaron. But the macarons are worthy the expensive price. It's so delicious that it's wasteful to eat although I didn’t like them all. Certainly some like rose and orange blossom were not my favor.

I am deeply disappointed with my experience at Ladurée - Centre Commercial Beaugrenelle today. I went there with the intention of buying a small Christmas gift box for a loved one. After choosing one, I politely asked to switch to a larger combo when I saw it, apologizing for the inconvenience. However, as I left the store after completing my payment, I overheard a staff member saying “C’est quoi ça” in a dismissive tone oh la la. It was extremely upsetting and made me feel disrespected…. This was by far one of the most unpleasant shopping experiences I’ve had, and I hope Ladurée improves their staff’s attitude in the future.
