Lady Musgrave Island

Beautiful island. We saw turtles and all the Finding Nemo casting ! If you wanna see corals it’s not really the place because here, it’s hard coral and they’re mostly brown because of the seaweed.

High recommend the cruise tour, but it is even better from the air. All pilots please make the fly and you won't regret.

Motored our boat from Rosslyn Bay Marina to Lady Musgrave for Christmas. Absolutely beautiful place to visit, 7am Christmas Day snorkling with turtles and a huge selection of different kinds of fish.

We spent the day at Lady Musgrave today. Loved the sunshine and snorkelling! Everything was organised and very professional. The team are friendly and helpful, and the meals were really good. First we had the trip over to the island. Then on arrival, we had a tour through the island with a guide talking to us about the animals and plants on the island, and conservation. We walked around the beach, headed back to the ship for lunch. After lunch we went snorkelling and seen fish and turtles! They were swimming right next to me and touched me. It was amazing. After an easy trip back to the marina the day was over. The marina at Bundaberg is easy to locate and plenty of parking. I highly recommend this day out.

Beautiful island with great reefs, a bit disappointed with the fish life as numbers are very low. The trip out to the island can be a challenge for people that suffer from motion sickness and even on a calm sea the motion can be felt. Take motion sickness medication before attempting this two our boat ride to the island. Even when you get sick it totally worth it as the island and surrounding are beautiful and breathtaking. Going out with the Lady Musgrave Experience the staff was great and the food even better. A day of fun and snorkelling ons beatifull reefs all around you. Scuba diving try-outs with well trained instructors and full dives for qualified scuba divers. Equipment is in very good condition and we enyoyed it a lot. One of those bucket list items.

I did a tour to the island last week through Lady Musgrave Experience, it was a great day for it. The guides/staff were friendly and knowledgeable. These are some photos I took of the island tour, the photos don't do this place justice.

went with lady musgrave experience. The tour include a 30mins glass boat, a 45 mins island walk and up to 2 hours snorkeling. Super friendly and professional crew. we saw over 5 turtles during our glass-boat tour. As well as on the cruise and island. The nesting season is a great time to visit Bundaberg. Chinese speaking tour guide is available. Snorkeling was a great fun, well maintained equipments and safe guard, everyone could have a go. 😂only issue, we all had a very bad sea sick on our way to the island, coming back was good and less waves.

This small island is a gem! Took a snorkeling tour here in August and loved it. Got to see whales as we first approached the island!! The walking tour across the island wasn’t for me. Tons of birds and tons of opportunities to get pooped on :/ Thankfully it didn’t happen to me!
