Lagana

Absolutely loved Lagana. The whole vibe was amazing, great music, a lively atmosphere and super friendly staff. Every dish we tried was fantastic. The dips were incredible (especially the aubergine and spicy feta) and the chicken thigh was excellent. Honestly everything we ordered was delicious. The cheesecake was amazing, and the soft serve ice cream was also incredible both absolute standouts. Everyone on the team was lovely, but a special shoutout to Harris who made us feel so welcome. He was fun, friendly, and we really enjoyed chatting with him! He made the experience even better. Can’t wait to come back. Easily one of my favourite spots in London.

We had a wonderful dinner at Lagana, and it’s an ideal spot for a birthday or Valentine’s Day meal. The atmosphere is relaxed rather than stuffy, with a great buzz and friendly, attentive staff. The food was excellent , the lamb belly, tzatziki, spicy feta, and cheesecake are absolute must orders. The Lebanese wine was really nice. I was particularly impressed with how the staff handled a few rude customers who had clearly discovered the restaurant via TikTok and seemed more accustomed to places like NAC or Cipriani. They looked a little out of their depth - Mayfair is that way - but the team dealt with it professionally and gracefully. My only real criticism is the table layout. The tables are quite small and close together, and the restaurant feels slightly oversubscribed. I appreciate that it’s busy and popular, but if I’m spending around £200 on dinner, I don’t want to feel rushed. That said, the staff kindly invited us to finish our drinks at the bar, which softened the experience. Overall, a strong 10/10. This place genuinely deserves a star and, in my view, stands above similar restaurants like Agora.

I stepped in one day for lunch and had such an incredible experience, genuinely blown away! The three dishes I got were the seabass ceviche, soutzoukakia flatbread, chicken thighs, and mystery wine. Everything was fantastic. The ceviche was very bright and fresh, flatbread was kind of spicy and tasty, the chicken thighs were cooked perfectly. On top of that, the service was really great too, staff was kind and super attentive. The interior of the restaurant was also really nice, felt open, modern and yet cozy. Such a great meal, would go back!

We had an incredible dinner and evening at Lagana Shoreditch. The food and wine were both 11/10, but the service was even better! Big thanks to Harry, who elevated the experience for us. Harry's energy and attentiveness was unparalleled, and he is invited to every girl dinner. He understood the assignment (2 x cheesecakes and 1 x bottle of wine). We will be back, and would recommend! Thanks so much for having us!

Very delicious meal with attentive friendly service and perfect atmosphere. Our highlights were Picanha, red pepper dip, tuna and of course the cheese cake. The crayons given to draw on the table cloth is also a fun activities while waiting for the food. They serve everything very quickly that we had all 9 items within an hour. Fantastic! We’ll be back

We had a lovely time at Lagana! Despite having a counter seat it was still an amazing experience and ambience was great. The food was very tasty and flavoursome, loved every small plate! We had the grilled pitta with tzaitiki and spicy feta red pepper dips, padron peppers, soutzoukakia flatbread, chicken thigh, lamb belly, lamb chops between two of us. The wine menu had some great options and to finish it off we had the caramel cheesecake which was delicious! Would highly recommend!

Pretty good. Some dishes exceptional (corn, cheese flatbread, the utterly magnificent, sublime, extraordinary and huuuuge cheesecake) and some good but just good (pardon peppers, cheese with honey and oil, chicken) and some a little disappointing (lamb belly - bit flaccid and chewy). Service was good, though they don’t half bring the dishes quickly - you feel as if you’re on a conveyor belt - and they were a bit too persistent on ordering desert - it felt like the undertone was like order, eat and get out. But overall - a nice lunch with some exceptional touches and a couple of misses.

This group has honestly created some of my favourite restaurants in London and Lagana is no different! The decor is stunning, dimly lit and gorgeous for date night or even dinner with friends. I absolutely loved the spicy feta dip and the caramel cheesecake is the best thing I have ever tried . . What an absolute delight! I will be back again
