Laganini Lounge bar & Fish house

Love the over all vibe. Went there to have drinks and a small dinner - We enjoyed some ceviche and mini gnocchi w/ seafood accompanied by very delicious cocktails. The service was great, we got to enjoy a table close to the waterfront with a very nice view. The staff continually made sure we’ve been take care of. Would definitely recommend this place - especially because it’s suitable for any group of people.

Nice beach club and great lounges and furniture. But very expensive and very small food portions. If you want to sit in the nice lounges they ask for minimal consumption of 300€ or 500€ depending on the lounge. What annoyed us the most: Less committed staff. Hard to find in places. But then somewhat condescending treatment of guests.

Laganini is a wonderful beachside restaurant with unbeatable views, semi-private rooms even on a beach setting, great drinks and wine and stunning dishes. Our superb waiter, Dario, was attentive and made fine suggestions. We are not huge eaters and there was so much more we would loved to have sampled. We had a flavorful ceviche made with shrimp and sashimi fish in a sublime sauce of cucumber, lime juice and basil oil. We then went to Cannelloni au Gratin, a rich crab pasta that was a culinary highlight of our trip. We ended with the Raspberry Cannoli, with raspberry, mascarpone and ricotta cheese mixture stuffed in the cannoli and set upon white chocolate. The combination of great atmosphere and outstanding food made this a memorable night.

A table by the sea is rented out, and you can spend a great day sunbathing and taking dips in the water. The food isn't incredible, but it's good enough. It's more about having some chilled drinks.

Some people come to eat, some people come to drink and some people just come to enjoy one of the most magical swim spots on earth! Weather your spending time in one of the tree house tables, eating lunch or just being fancy in a cabana by the sea you won’t be disappointed! Yes the prices are high but what would you expect from a remote beach bar in the area of Hvar known for its luxury?! Make a reservation and set up a boat transfer directly with the bar. Don’t forget to always try the local wine!

Stopped here along our trip on Pakleni Island and the food was very solid. Ordered the Wild Boar ragu pasta and the Iberian ham and a couple of drinks. Taking off a star because the servers here are really aggressive about tips. I’m sure this is an unfortunately a common experience at other restaurants in Croatia too but when you go to pay the bill they will very aggressively say “tip is not included” as you’re paying. Service wasn’t even that great for us, it was hard flagging down a server and I ended up overtipping because they “dont have change” which is hard to believe given this place is CASH ONLY and there are atms everywhere. Server asked if he could keep the change from our bill as his tip which was more than 10%. Was taken aback and I didn’t know what to say so I just did. Super aggressive. Not a fan but I guess it works for them. For future visitors don’t get pushed into tipping more than you need to like me 😅 Also the aggressive push for tips in Croatia has left a really poor taste in my mouth. Not a fan. It’s very rude and distasteful 🥴

Unbelievable restaurant and beach lounge bar! Easy access by a taxi boat or your own personal boat within 15-20 minutesfrom hvar. The experience only becomes better once you are there. Amazing DJ and great music whether for lunch or dinner, service was top notch and let's not get started on the food. Hands down, the best fish and scampi we had in croatia. Highly recommended and make sure to book a reservation as it does get full pretty quick.
