Just Wow ! We had a very nice holiday. The place is very clean and well maintained. The beach keepers are very friendly. The place is ideal for kite. Space, access, beach... Several good restaurants nearby.

We enjoyed our stay at one of the rentals. The management team was great. Lissa was in touch prior to our arrival and made arrangements for airport pickup and return. Would highly recommend! We look forward to returning.

We visited Ocean Dream March 2024 and like every year (since 2010) the team of L'Agence was great. We had a few small problems and they were promptly solved. Lissa was a great host and we are happy that we can come back next year. Congratulations to Ghislaine, Pierre and the team for a great visit.

My stay at the apartment was excellent. The apartment is centrally located, minutes walk to the beach, restaurants, local stores and money exchange service store. On arrival i found the apartment to be very clean, the bed very comfortable, fresh clean linen, really good wireless internet speed. If i return to Cabarette i will definitely be staying there again.

Five stars once again for our latest visit Nov 2023. Lissa and the L'Agence team were wonderful. No hesitation to recommend for a first timer to Cabarete or someone returning to the area. Maria and L'Agence Real Estate were wonderful. Prompt responses to my inquiries and they were very helpful in offering assistance with transfers, local services, and local information. Super easy check in and check out were most appreciated. I have no hesitation to recommend. Five stars!!

Our first impression was how easy and comfortable when we arrived and checked in. Transportation was provided in no time. Taxi was clean, comfortable and driver was nice and helpful. The apartment was tastefully arranged and very clean. Outside of the apartment area - including swimming pool, gardens, library, etc - was exceptionally nice. We would like to thank all staff, especially Masha, for helping us to have a great time in our beloved Cabarete. Not to mention their help when we had to return due to circumstances. We hope to go back to Cabarete and of course we will recommend your wonderful place to all of our friends

We rented an apartment in Cabarete for the Christmas holiday. Could NOT have been more pleased with both the apartment and with the service and communication from the L'Agence Real Estate Agency. The apartment was spotless, the amenities were everything we could have wanted and Maria was terrific about responding to our every query. Planning our next trip already and will not hesitate to book through L'Agence and its fine staff again. Happy New Year! (NYE fireworks with a family dunk in the surf is the best!)

Our experience with L'Agence Real Estate was exceptional. Our rental agent (Maria D.) went above and beyond to not only find us not one but TWO fantastic rentals. We will only be using this agency from now on. The professionalism is what we've come to expect as Canadians and is a rare commodity in Dominican Republic.
