My recent stay at Lago Villa was exceptional! From the warm welcome to the impeccable service, every aspect exceeded my expectations. We recently stayed here during a visit to Bhopal. The rooms are clean and spacious. The complimentary breakfast served tasted homely and delicious and consisted of adequate items. A common kitchen is provided with basic amenities. The homestay is located on Shyamla hills and the view from the backyard is amazing. All in all, had a great experience!

Lago Villa is the final word in hosting. The location is unmatched - right on the edge of the Upper Lake, near the start of the 1.5 K long lake walk, in a quiet corner, clear view of the sunset. The rooms are lovely, well furnished and serviced. The staff are very responsive, warm and efficient with great homely food . Rishi and his wife are gracious hosts and it is a pleasure to interact with them. A remarkable homestay, true to very concept of a homestay. We were two couples and retain great memories of our stay. 🪷

It's a beautiful bungalow nestled in the posh locality of Shamla Hills. The owner was very friendly and welcoming. The staff was really helpful. We booked the quadruple room for 1 night and it was really spacious.

Best in class experience, we stayed there for 2 days and it was such a lovely experience being there. Everything about Lago Villa is wonderful, the location, quality of rooms, and most importantly the owner Mr. Rishi, an awesome gentleman. He made early check-in and late check-out extremely easy for us. I would recommend everyone visiting Bhopal to stay in Lago Villa homestay, it's way better than a 3-start hotel at a reasonable and affordable price.

I stayed at Lagovilla for two weeks and had a very good experience. Location 5/5 Rooms 5/5 Cleanliness 5/5 Service 5/5 The staff is very courteous and helpful. The rooms are super spacious. The house is very artistically decorated, and has a very warm homely feel to it. The little garden in the backyard is the best spot to chill at all day since it's the hub for squirrels and a variety of bird species. With the upper lake right in front, the place is super breezy and cool through the day. Definitely recommend it to anyone travelling to Bhopal and wants to be centrally located.

Although there are many positives of this place, the best part is the location -- it's just opposite to the lake, with a personal walkway (from 19:30 to 06:00 -- other time, it's for outsiders too). The sunset view at lake, from the house lawn, with a cup of tea/coffee is amazing. We went with family -- however, this can be a great place for newly married couples -- even two/three families will be great. Inside the city, still very quiet and nature friendly. The service person, Mr. Sunil is very cordial -- and house owner Mr. Rishi is very caring about his boarders -- met us every evening to have friendly chat and at the same time. provided us ideas about tours. You can order foods through Swiggy -- you also can have home cooked foods -- Sunil is an excellent cook. Overall, great experience -- home away from home.

Fantastically quaint homestay by the lakeside. The rooms are elegantly done and cozy and the owner Mr Rishi who lives there is a friendly man. Since I had to check out early morning, he arranged for all the stuff in the kitchen so that I can prepare my breakfast myself (which I love). The evening walk on the promenade is the high point of the stay. It is quiet, green and dotted with gazebos. I had a short but great time there.
