This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. From the moment we entered, there was a strong, overwhelming smell of dampness and humidity. Even though I had specified my room preferences during the reservation, they told us that standard rooms were non-smoking and gave us a room on the ground floor, where we had to spend the night in unbearable damp conditions. We couldn’t sleep at all. When we entered the room, we found long black strands of a woman’s hair on what was supposed to be a freshly cleaned towel. The room was extremely stuffy, the air conditioner was old, and it made a loud noise while working.
The only positive thing I can say about this place is its central location. Despite paying for two nights, we realized after the first night that we couldn’t stay any longer and decided to leave. No one even asked why we were checking out early.
As someone who has stayed in many hotels around the world, I find it completely unacceptable to pay this price and receive absolutely no service—let alone being denied even basic cleanliness. There is no refund policy. The only service provided was a water dispenser in the lobby, which they stopped refilling after a certain hour. There’s also a coffee machine, but only the first cup is free; any additional cups come at a cost.
