Laguna's Beach Bar + Grill

Nicole, James and Jason are AMAZING! The best service EVER. Helped with drink order and made sure we got to enjoy the fire pit. Personally delivered food and made us feel like we were home. Laguna’s is a must stop every time I visit Pensacola. I recommend it every opportunity I get because of them. I really can’t praise enough. Unfortunately, there isn’t a New Orleans location but they have perfected southern hospitality and the food tastes like it’s straight from the Deep South! Definitely the best place to try if you want the best experience!

So much to do! Amazing food! The fries are so so good! Crunchy yet soft on the inside. The beef brisket burger and pizza are so very flavorful. Lots of places for kids to try and and have fun at. They have an obstacle course for 5 and under to do.

Best service ever! What a team and Dylan is the coach always pumping up the crew when the place is packed. Was in the industry for 20 year in my youth and this kind of leadership and enthusiasm is what makes a great place. Not to mention Dylan makes the best margaritas I’ve ever had!

When I say this is the best top shelf Marg on Pensacola Beach, don't believe me. Just try one. Fresh juice + Casamigos with a GrandMa topper? Heaven. The man trending bar here (Dylan?) is my hero. Protip for locals with two kids: Sunday is half off for locals & 10% off food and bev so if you were going to come anyways, you basically get 6 margaritas+ childcare for 3 hours for the same price as 2 kids on regular days. The pizzas are surprisingly excellent as well. Is this my new favorite Sunday Funday spot? COYS

I would give no stars if at all possible. The management on 3/1 was disrespectful and unkind. No one was upstairs but another couple and I could see why. We are locals to the area and my 5 year old wanted to go up and have pizza and do go karts to celebrate. The server stated that a birthday cake was brought in and a $30 fee would have to be given on the food ticket. I stated I would just pay it because it was not a big deal and I wanted our son to have the best day. She asked some questions and then offered to go get the manager because “he may do something about the fee since it was our little family”. Well he came up loud and even after saying I would take it out to the vehicle was still rude. I do want to say I believe the servers were kind and just trying to be nice. Still we will not be going back. I would recommend going to Fast Eddies instead.

Good food … nice frozen drink selection … kiddo enjoyed the “night pass” on the adventure park. We got there at 7, so it would’ve been 3 hours of unlimited play but they closed at 9 pm instead of 10 pm so we kind of lost an hour of fun. It was cool to zip line in the dark with lights according to the kid however. Staff was super friendly and worked well with kids of all ages. Will be back for sure!

Carrie R. was the waitress of our family of 17. She was absolutely the best waitress I have encountered in a long time. With so many of us, she took food orders for 6 of us at a time. This totally worked for our family and I'm sure the cook was happy to have it this way. We received our hot foods and drinks quickly the way this was organized. The atmosphere was wonderful - playing great music (and not too loud), the outdoor seating and watching the gulf water. Thank you so much Carrie and her wonderfully organized cook that worked so well together for our big family. Totally a great experience!

Every drink i asked for on different days was just grapefruit juice and vodka even tho I ordered a tequila sunrise.. food is ok, just tasted like frozen pre-made .. kids loved the calamari. It's a beautiful place to eat....

Great place to bring the kids/grandkids. Buy them a 3 hour pass for all rides and set them free to have fun! All staff were extremely respectful and polite much to my surprise gives me hope for the future!! Great time had for sure!!

Pretty easy to order food, while the kiddo enjoyed zip lining. The food itself is pretty much bar food but a step up. Really enjoyed the cheesesteak, chicken wings, and dragon shrimp. Didn't try the fish tacos but they looked good. Kiddo loved the chicken strips. Nice place to visit during Blue Angels on a Friday or Saturday show. You can chill in the lagoon and drink some beers and margaritas. Service is pretty quick and easy to work with. We'll be back the next time we are in town.

This definitely hits the spot for waterside bar food and frozen drinks! We had the garlic parm wings, popcorn shrimp, and cheese steak. I took the breading of the shrimp and they were great, wings were the best. I expected them to overdue the garlic parm sauce but i couldn't taste anything which was actually perfect. Piña colada was great too cool down and not too strong. Tots, i had to hold back only eat 2 bit of course they were great. The seating is covered, staff was good and a the kid's amenities is convenient.

So I was at a end of the cheer year party and I was going to go to go carts and I never got to drive and the sign said u must be 54 inches to drive two rider ones but I never got to they said I had to be older but it was for inches.and then I went rock climbing and I was waiting in line for a spot and someone was in front of me and they told me to go on and I said ''no she was in front of me'' and I had to go then he told me I should not do that and started mock at me as an example and then started laughing.

Showed up for our son to do the ropes course. Figured we'd eat first. Wings were crispy but very small in size. It's definitely not worth 15 bucks. And lack of sauce. Additionally, did chicken tenders for our son. Came out with discoloring. The young lady at the desk paid my wife lip service and then threw it in the bin. Won't be coming back and will actively warn friends to find a better place to spend their money. Typical tourist trap that doesn't give a shit about the local community in the off season.

This is the typical beach restaurant. The food and service were good. The frozen drinks are beach.

We strictly came here for the activities and did not eat any food. My daughter is 7 and most of these activities were perfect for her. We also have a son who was younger and could only be a passenger on the go kart and play in the splash pad. It appears there are a bunch of high school or college kids working and they did pretty well with the kids. The let the kids climb or stay on their activities for a while it wasn't a one I'm done thing but as soon as you moved on to a different activity area your ticket wasn't good any more. We just did tickets because my son was smaller we didn't buy wristbands. If you have older kids be prepared to be here for a while, there was a lot to do for them. Only down fall I noticed was that there were almost zero shaded areas which made it a hot afternoon!

The fish tacos AND the fries were unbelievable!! Every bite was even better than the last!! The absolute best I've ever had! The service was ok but the food was definitely worth anything else.

Food was decent but a little pricey for what it was I would say. I wouldn't say they have a ton of choices, pretty much like bar basics. Kids enjoyed the play area as well. More of an attraction place opposed to a food spot unless you're super hungry.

Go karts are so bad if yours is slow you will never pass anyone, and if your in a blue kart you will always stay first. I hate the karts they are so slow don't come to this play if you what to have actual fun.

My daughter and I were there all day go-carting, wall climbing and enjoying the water area, and decided to just eat there so we didn't have to leave. The customer service was excellent, no complaints at all. I ordered the ceviche as an appetizer and it was TERRIBLE. They mixed in some type of pineapple juice that really didn't mix well at all. It had a bad after taste and the seafood was a bit slimy. We both ordered burgers, mine had onion rings and my daughter had a cheese burger. Nothing mind blowing, just burgers. They were good. There was a few other items on the menu that I wouldn't mind going back to try if we happened to be at the fun park again.

Fun ambiance! Busy with long wait but open bars made it an easy time. All the food was pretty good. Vibe was great, drinks flowed.

This place is awesome they have everything. You can sit and relax while the kids play the food is good and not expensive. We will be going back in a couple of weeks. That place is all the kids have talked about.

Be wary of the "manager" at the ropes course. We stood in line for 27 minutes, while the lady working let 4 people cut in front of us. That resulted in 20 minutes of time for my kids to enjoy the course. The manager was rude, disrespectful and could have cared less. $150+ wasted. edit, since I can't reply to the "owner" comment below. That is a totally bogus response. We were not served in the order, as I stated above. The refund I was offered.... Was this "manager" saying - get your kids down and I'll give you the money back. Get my kids down? You think that's good leadership? I contacted you on your website, with my email and phone number. 3+ weeks and I haven't heard from anyone. Quit trying to save face online. Scam

This is a great family place. Food was hot and was typical bar food. Service was fast. The daiquiri was not good, had an after taste. Located on the the beach. See attendant for beach seating. Overall good place to hang out with the family.

We went here late on a Sunday. Family of 7 we sat down with no wait and the food came pretty fast. The food was awesome. Everyone at the table enjoyed the meal, the televisions and all the music playing. Then after we ate we went to the zip line course. Johnny, Kendal, Casper and all the crew were all great with the kids. They were all courteous and kind to the kids. This is a place I will for sure go back.

Meh...it's basically one of only of handful of options, so food is ok and overpriced. Definitely not a place for a special trip, it's all about accessibility without having to cross bridge.

The overall hot spot on the beach with growing popularity for me. I fell in love with the burgers. If I could compare it to Whataburger, I'd say it tops Whataburger for it's grilled taste, girth, and juicy burgers. The chicken and burgers were fresh. You can work it off with the obstacle course or chill and listen to music if there's a concert. My top stop for enjoying Pensacola Beach.

My experience at Laguna's with my family was top notch! Every single employee was kind, patient, and so positive. It is run so well and my kids and I had a great experience. The activities were so much fun as well. The manager, Jason, was so involved in making sure it was run well. It was a great experience.

Waste of time! Dogs are not allowed in the Reasturaunt portions of the establishment. The Dog Friendly aspect listed on this restaurant needs to be removed from Yelp search. Also, the website is outdated on the FAQ; nothing was listed about Dogs not allowed in the Reasturaunt! Alternative across the street is a spectacular dog friendly establishment!

My husband, son, and myself came to Laguna's Wednesday for my son birthday. The go kart and zip line was so much fun. We went to the counter to order our food after sitting down I told my husband that our bill wasn't adding up. I went to the counter again to ask for a itemized bill (which she didn't give me before) I was giving a signature recipe that doesn't give the prices. Being a serving manager for a restaurant I still tipped $10 even tho the math wasn't adding up. Once she gave me the itemized bill I then realized she added a $14 gratuity. Unacceptable to charge customers a gratuity without them knowing. This employee just rang in our food and made a $24 tip off of our family. Plus a kids virgin strawberry daiquiri was $6. We will not be back.

I go to Lagunas very regularly and always have a great time! The staff is all amazing and extremely helpful! Definitely recommend to anyone and everyone of all ages!!

Great facility, with everything in good shape. However it is clearly understaffed, staff members are stressed, hot, and surly. Sometimes they were downright rude. There is very little shade for customers, and while they had fans, the fans weren't turned on.

My family and I had a great day! I only give 3 stars because the restaurant was horrible! You have to wait in line for your food. If you order drinks you then have to go over to bartender and wait in line again. When bars not busy they can't help with the long food line, drinks only. Food took forever! The pizza was 3.5 at best. Way over sauced! Thin crust, way over cooked! Fried cheese would have been good if they brought it to us as an app as order instead it got cold while waiting for our pizza. Server asked if we wanted ranch when she dropped off food but failed to bring the ranch after we said yes. The restaurant is very understaffed yet the ropes course seems very over staffed. 6 girls working on their tictok dances and then yelling to the kids that were stuck. Other places have these workers up on the poles to help! The go carts and other climbing activities were fun, yet again seemed over staffed. Especially since there was no one monitoring the rude people bumping and causing accidents. Nice to have bathrooms, yet both were disgusting! I told the girl taking orders and she laughed. I think she was just young and embarrassed when I told her there were used tampons all over the floor We paid all day for an umbrella and chairs. Yet as we watched, they don't care! So I feel like I did the right thing and was out $40! On a Sunday they never filled up. Well by 3pm they were full but again the people hadn't paid for them. Ultimately it's over priced! As a local I won't go back. Definitely a tourist trap.

Very disappointing due to the fact that after you pay a pretty hefty price for your kid to play and also pay $12 or more per alcoholic beverage for the adults, they will not even give you ice water!! Only bottled water at $2.50 a piece. This is ridiculous as tap water or a water cooler should be set up and should be free for patrons especially when it is 90 degrees and your kids are dying of heat!!!!!!! Disappointed!!

My friend went there for a mojito after we went on the ropes course. Bartender absolutely investigated her ID, which is completely fine considering she is 25 and has a 3 year old child. But upon paying almost $12 for it, we all realized there was absolutely no alcohol in her drink. We confronted him about the situation asking if he just thought she wasn't of age, but he dissed the question and said he put the standard 1.5 oz in it and left the conversation in the middle and then walked over to a co worker to talk with them. Really happy to have such good service from a tiki restaurant while on our vacation. Terrible service.

Took the kids for an afternoon of entertainment. Rashaun was working the go carts and was an absolute superstar working. He was engaging with customers and associates young and old. From my recent experience with the younger workforce in general, he was a breath of fresh air.

We had the most amazing Dolphins Jet Ski tour. It was just our tour guide Ben & my boyfriend and I. We had a dolphin swim directly under us! We saw so many dolphins and even stopped and an island. It was an amazing experience!!

The parasailing was great, the crew was great. Miscommunication about my youngest son being able to parasail, but the crew was thinking safety first. Double check rules if purchasing via third party vouchers and age restrictions.

I recently went to Lagunas with my family a few weeks ago and I had a great experience there the food was great and the go karts were loads of fun. I want to give a special shout out to the service of Tj he was able to answer any questions I needed and helped get settled in with all the attractions. He along with all his other coworkers made Lagunas a must visit whenever I go to the beach and I can't wait to go again soon.

We are locals and this was our first time going to Lagunas. We took our daughter and a couple friends for our daughter's 11th birthday. First thing we did was go on the go karts. There are signs all over stating no bumping or hitting the rail...you will get one warning & then you will be removed. This other family had 2 older sons & a daughter that went on at the same time. The entire time they were on the track the other kids were all over our girls driving them into the railing & bumping them. On the final lap the one boy caused our daughter to spin out and smash the railing. As the kid working there came out and told them it was time to come in, they all pulled in and the other family's daughter came in full throttle and nailed my daughters kart from behind causing her to fly forward and cut her shoulder blades on the seat belt giving her very bad whiplash. Scared the crap out of her and all of the karts smashed together. Had she not still been strapped in, she would've been seriously injured. The kid running the ride filled out an incident report but then proceeded to justify the fact that hd didn't remove them from the track even though he saw them bumping the other kids on the track because "they paid for the ride and had a ticket." We never asked for anyone to be removed, but how about enforcing your own rules? Poorly run & poorly handled when something goes wrong. Overall, not impressed & won't be going back.

We took our group of 12 kids ranging in age from 16 to 5 during the evening hours and purchased the unlimited pass good from 5pm-10pm. Each of the kids found the activity they loved best and were able to do everything multiple times. Our youngest kid was not tall enough to do the ziplines or clip n climb but enjoyed the go karts and splash pad. Going in the evening added to the experience as the lights and music increased the excitement and parents were able to grab drinks at the Tiki bar while watching kids climb etc. It was one of the more expensive things we did while on vacation but was a highlight for all of the kids.

Lagunas is my favorite hang out spot! Nothing beats the fun atmosphere, delicious food and fantastic staff! I will continue to come back time and time again!

Food is gross drinks are great ambiance is nice and they have fun activities so it's a question of if you're willing to have crap food for a fun time.

Ok this is like the coolest place in Pensacola beach. They have literally any activity you could think of, and their bar/restaurant area is huge. You can even sit on the beach and get served.

The go carts were fun but we had to wait 1 1/2 hours because they only had two working double go carts. They didn't offer refunds and prices seemed really high, $15 per ride. Overall I probably wouldn't spend the time in line again.

We had a great time! Came for dinner and then enjoyed the 5-10pm $20 offer: all you can ropes course, climbing wall, splash pad, and GoKarts. It was a great evening... the found was terrific!!! Loved this place!

Great place to go and hang with the family. Kids can get a wristband and go on rides or cool off in the harbor while you get a drink and catch some rays. It get super busy during lunch. The Margherita pizza was perfect. Large slices on thin pizza pair it witha cold PBR and you're all set.

Came here around 8 o'clock after being undecided on where to go for dinner. The place was not crowded which initially concerned me. We ordered our food and found a seat and was served in under 10 minutes. The loaded fries were a good size order and they were tasty. The fish tacos were pretty good but the corn tortilla was a bit soggy. The salads were a good size and fairly priced. The pizza was slightly above average but served its purpose. Shiloh was very friendly and efficient. Rest of staff was friendly and could've used just a bit more hustle. Overall, after being to many other places that were understaffed this week, this place did very very well.

Food was unseasoned and somewhere between bland and bad. Got the pepperoni pizza and the steak Philly. At least it was hot and fresh and the service was nice.

Awesome local business with excellent customer service. This place recently got new cars and they are FAST. This is the only local go kart place open until 10pm so it's a good late night activity. They also have a ropes course next door and great deals for annual passes. $79 for the whole year (which includes unlimited ropes course and go karts)! This place was closed for quite a while but now they are back and better than ever. Be sure to check them out. Support your local business! Kelsey is awesome by the way!

Very odd service, walked up and no one greeted me and a worker was eating at the bar and told us someone will be with me soon. Very odd menu. "Brick oven pizza" more like Walmart frozen pizza. Very advertised pizza aspect of the restaurant, very disappointing experience. Pizza crust was very rough and hard and dry, crust itself was not even edible. Pizza sauce was literal trash, from experience I know it was out of a jar you get at a grocery store. Don't recommend. A bottled water for $1 and every other bottled soft drink was $4. 4 dollars for a no refill drink. Ridiculous.

Bought 4 2 hour passes for $150, very expensive. Not everything is included in the two hour pass which was VERY upsetting. The jet ski workers, go kart workers and rope course workers were all very rude to me and my siblings. I expected much more since i paid almost over $200. i've lived here my whole life, before lagunas was even built and i wouldn't recommend going here unless you have NOTHING to do and money to spend aimlessly. This was my first time here and I will NOT be returning. I will be telling friends and family to never come here because of how DISAPPOINTED i was in their service. I've worked on pensacola beach for four years now and I would NEVER treat a paying customer like that. I expected so much more because i have friends who work here, but i guess the management has LOW expectations for their workers.

We came for our boys spring break. Everything was great from parking to purchasing tickets. Our first stop was the go carts, as soon as the the guy who was over the go carts staring talking I know he was not in a pleasant mood. It was only 11am. He made smart comments that were not appropriate to customers. Please find better employees. When I read the comments about the employees prior to going, I wanted to give them a chance to prove me wrong. That was not the case. They need to hire people who has better attitudes and who will enjoy their job.

May be last time was just a bad day . But yesterday appetizers was great. Great spot to hang out with family. Thank you!

One word to describe our experience. WOW!! We ventured to Langunas as a 7 person bachelorette party and the staff was amazing!! Our waitress did everything she could to make our experience one to remember! (Including doing a photo shoot for us lol) The owner and manager came to check on us several times and were super friendly! The restaurant has a great view of the sound, and the bar downstairs was perfect with comfortable beach chairs and a live band. The drink were a GREAT price (I mean like $5-6 cheaper than all the other restaurants on the island!) And don't get my started on the food! large portions with a variety of options, perfect for a date night! Would 100% recommend to anyone. (I've lived here 3 years and it is in my top 3 favorite places now!)
