Sweet little park right off a main road. Plenty of parking during the week - free (haven’t been on a weekend). Easy to walk around. Lots of wildlife - dozens of turtles sunning themselves or swimming around. Many ducks of multiple varieties hanging out. Multiple geese floating or walking around. Even saw several herons (I think?) this past trip. People fish here and it’s peaceful. There are restrooms, but we didn’t go in. People were walking their dogs

Google

A very clean and easily accessible spot with convenient parking—perfect for a stroll with kids.

Google
Beautiful little lake..short walk around lake,.maybe one mile. Lots of seating along the walk. Restrooms at entrance and by lake. Picnic tables bunched together at entrance and located at other side of lake. Small parking lot..always parking available during the week. Fishing but "catch and release" encouraged.

Google
Really clean, tons of ducks, turtles, fish, cranes. There are multiple trails (not wheelchair friendly unless mayyybe if you have power assist) and decent amount of parking. They stock the lake with fish

Google
If you love fishing you need to go here. I love the place big lake, free events, food trucks . Perfect for Sunday family gatherings.

Google
Beautiful atmosphere. Wonderful plant and animal life. Sounds of nature. Far enough away from most traffic to feel at peace and tranquil. The sounds of people being loud or quiet vary based on the time of day. Wonderful place to just relax in nature.

Google
Laguna Lake is an awesome spot to relax and enjoy the outdoors. The walking trail around the lake is great for a casual stroll, and it’s a super peaceful place to hang out or fish. The best part is it’s connected to some amazing mountain biking trails, so it’s perfect if you want to start or end your ride there. It’s clean, well maintained, and a great little escape in Fullerton!

Yelp
Another good hidden gem my girlfriend introduced me to. She come here all the time with her girlfriends, since they all live in the Fullerton area. Pretty far from Fountain Valley, so I only come here to workout with them once a month lol. It's a nice lake with lots of trees and nature. You will find squirrels, birds, lizards and other nature creatures here. People also bring their pets and children here. Love this park,

Yelp
One of my favorite places to jog. Weekend gets busy, best to there early in the am. Different Trails to try.
google avatar

Yelp
Our second time here. Plenty of ducks and geese to look at. Perfect for a good short walk. There are other trails to do a bit longer walk and bike riding. Clean park. We saw bathrooms but didn't use them so I can't say if they were clean or not. You can bring your dog too. We liked this park very much!

Yelp
Peaceful park- well maintained and great for everyone...including dogs! Parking is easy and accessible. Entrance to the park is great for picnics and they offer bbqs!!

Yelp
Nice little lake area. Some ducks in the lake. I didn't find it that dirt at all. You can walk around this lake few times. It's small & big enough to have a nice walk! Peaceful. There is a small bridge. There are little turtles you spot out too! If you need some time to yourself & just have a nice little walk, this is the place to do .
google avatar

Yelp
It wasn't as pretty as I thought it'd be. A lot more dirt and bikes than expected. I was constantly on the look out to avoid being run over. There were also many people fishing. We walked by a dead turtle with blood over its mouth. It probably got hooked up by the people fishing nearby and was tossed to the side....Seeing that just saddened me and ruined my day. The only nice things about this place are that parking was smooth and it's pretty clean. There's barely even duck poop around.
google avatar

Yelp
Great small intimate park.... Took my mom and had a great time so peaceful and beautiful ......

Yelp
Located in Fullerton. I didn't even realize that there was a hidden gem within this city. We were really surprised how pristine the park is. It's dog friendly and they allow fishing you have to follow the rules in fishing posted within the park area. There are a lot of ducks and turtles around the pond. We walked the whole route around casually and have enjoyed every minute of it. Next time you are in the City of Fullerton why not swing by.

Yelp
This is one of my favorite parks to bring my dog Vinny for his walks, he really likes coming here too. The park is well maintained and just a peaceful place to unwind. It almost transports you to another place where you feel far away from the city. The wild life is amazing from the ducks to the turtles, there are also some great hiking and bike trials near by. Love coming here!!

Yelp
This morning's walk at Laguna Lake was peaceful and relaxing. I saw a goose with its chicks, and they looked really cute. The chicks follow their parents and eat the foliage on the ground, so there's no need to feed the birds. In fact, signs around the lake directly tell you not to feed the wildlife because doing so poses dietary and ecological problems. I recommend walking in the morning during the spring as the weather is great. You can feel the warmth of the sun hit your back, which makes walking here very enjoyable.
google avatar

Tammy G.

Yelp
A nice place to walk. I've never seen it too busy, not too empty. Some folks like to fish. There's always some shade as well. The path around the lake is about .75 mile.

Madison D.

Yelp
Beautiful and peaceful lots of different animals to see and connected to trails. Great fishing spot as well

Yelp
This is an amazing park & we had no issues bringing our puppy for a walk. Everything is super clean & we even saw people riding horses.
google avatar

Victor E.

Yelp
Love fishing here. The bass are always biting. The service is good in the sense that they keep the place clean. Parking is never a problem. I love the trails around the place.

Angela L.

Yelp
Walked here from the Juanita Cooke trail and I loved it. Lots of ducks, geese and turtles. Cute little lake.
google avatar

Lisa'Marie D.

Yelp
Clean, very pretty scenery and very elderly and pet friendly grounds just a b pretty enjoyable a little windy, but just an overall great vibe place anybody should visit
google avatar

Terra O.

Yelp
It's a hidden gem! Handicap entrance with a steep slope that's difficult to push a stroller up, but doable. A little less than a mile the entire way around the park, but it's perfect for a stroller walk, bike, or even run! People also grab a bench and go fishing. There are tons of places to sit and rest. So many ducks and geese that are clearly not afraid of humans. The creek where most of the ducks rest is my favorite part of the park. It's shady and cool and the perfect place to rest with your family, picnic, or even meditate. Weekday evenings are busier than the weekend

Yelp
1st time visiting this park after continuously researching new parks to explore. Super love this park! Located in a residential area of fullerton with older large homes and equestrians setting. Free parking lots (slightly on smaller end) but there is always street parking. Parking lots located at either top or bottom of the loop pending which way coming from. No entrance fees! Kid friendly Stroller friendly Walkers Joggers Dog friendly Quite accessible for many folks looking to move around Dog bags are not provided so please prepare accordingly Well kept, various signs to learn about the habitat There is not a barrier from the lake so watch little ones who may want to explore a little to close Walking with my dog with in-between sniffs potty moments and etc, we finish under 30 mins. It was quite serene clean and for the amount of potential bird poo hardly was any seen. Plenty of trash cans, tables, and benches spread throughout. I would like to say there are 2 diff. Bathroom facilities available. Got here around 645am. Felt safe was there were a few cars and already a handful walking the paths. I would suggest bringing small cloth or something to wipe paws as my Kiddo tracked back a bit and he appreciate the wipe I think haha Definitely a place to return and explore the other pathways! Great find hidden gem indeed!

Yelp
Absolutely loved visiting this park. It's a good size, not too large and not too small, with an abundance of birds and some turtles. There were a good handful of people there on a Friday afternoon. I saw a few people fishing, and one person horseback riding through the park. Lots of people walking their dogs. A few people feeding the ducks despite the signs saying not to - especially bread. Plenty of tables and benches by the lake to relax at. Plenty of shade also. A beautiful place to walk around or simply relax and watch the wildlife.
google avatar

Mayla L.

Yelp
Beautiful little hidden gem in Fullerton. Ducks, turtles and birds all around. Brought my book and read on the bench in the shade
google avatar

Loni L.

Yelp
Super cute area to go for a walk solo, walk your dog, people or nature watch. Parking is ample and free as well as easy in this suburban neighborhood. Went during the wintertime but can really foresee a beautiful springtime ambiance as well. Will be back to visit!

Victor V.

Yelp
Nice little spot to enjoy a walk even late in the afternoon , fishing is ok or maybe it's just my fishing skills .
google avatar

Branden D.

Yelp
A fairly nice park all around. There's ducks and geese to see along with turtles. The path around the lake isn't bad and is a nice little walk to go on. I wish it was longer for how nice it is so I do recommend this park. The park also isn't too dirty which is also a plus.
google avatar

Jude W.

Yelp
This is a beautiful park and a wonderful way to spend a lazy summer afternoon. There are various activities to do and would also be a fun outing for a family. You can rent a bike or have fun renting a tandem bike. I love the fact that this place is so close yet tucked away and it's little corner of OC.
google avatar

Tee W.

Yelp
Hidden gem. This isn't the type of park with a playground, but more of a kid-friendly trail along the lake. Be aware, you share the trail with fellow walkers and bicycle riders. We spotted a few people fishing, skipping rocks, and even set up a little spot to paint. There's lots of shaded areas and benches for a breather. The trail/walkway is all dirt so keep that in mind. There's also a tiny spot that resembles a creek where kids can dip their feet in and enjoy the water flowing by. If you have kids, they'll thoroughly enjoy this. The birds and fish are used to people feeding them. As soon as I walked up to the water, they scurried over to me thinking it was feeding time.

Yelp
Bike ride. Totally relaxed. Felt like we were million miles away!! In a different state

Yelp
I have enjoyed coming here thru the years. Picnics at the end of the lake there are several tables to eat at, there's also plenty benches. You can walk around entire lake if looking to get steps in, catch and release here for fishing. Restrooms available not so clean so be prepared. There's ducks to see , I seen allot of baby turtles today . There are local little trails in area that connect to lake. Your next to the Equestrian. So being able to see horses kids love it. Wanted to update there is no catch and release my info was wrong.
google avatar

Roger A.

Yelp
Catfish was 4lbs 14oz heavy and safely released to live another day, Great Lake to fish big koi fish, sunfish, largemouth bass and catfish
google avatar

Troy H.

Yelp
One of my favorite parks. The space is beautiful and amazing as you are able to enjoy the lake and the cool breeze. You can enjoy a great hike or run and have a great workout. You can also bring your dogs or kids and they can enjoy as well. It's also a great place to meditate or read.
google avatar

Stephanie G.

Yelp
Love this park. Nice walk with a little view of the lake and ducks. In the spring time you even get to see the baby duckies. The only bad thing is that people actually take home the baby duckies with them which is not cool at all. I seen it happen. The trail takes you in a big circle around the lake. You see a lot of people passing by on their bikes too. My baby loves it here. It's pretty safe area too for the whole family or if your alone. I came here on a daily when I was pregnant. It's my favorite place for a walk. People are also fishing there.
google avatar

Chris C.

Yelp
ive came here for many years with my kids and we love fishing lot of great catches.

Tatianna D.

Yelp
My favorite lake for a relaxing and grounding walk. The trail itself is very easy and is great for a girl's date or even a regular date. The scenery and nature makes you feel like you're not in Southern California, which is absolutely incredible. Parking is easy to find as well. Would highly recommend. I've never gone at night, but if they have lampposts I would imagine it's even more serene.
google avatar

Chris C.

Yelp
Walking around this lake this afternoon was peaceful. Last time we visited we in the morning to walk around the lake there were a lot of people and dogs walking around.
google avatar

Michael W.

Yelp
I love coming here. I take my dog here at least 5 times a week and walk him around the lake. He loves looking at the duckies ! People bike here to on the trails and fish. Cool spot to bring your doggo or family. Worth checking out !
google avatar

Vincent T.

Yelp
A nice big lake to walk around. A good amount of wildlife, such as turtles and ducks. I like the walk on the horse trails as well, since there are less people. The walk around this park is also nice due to the small elevations.
google avatar

Paulo A.

Yelp
beautiful park to go for a walk or jog, or ride a bike, or be able to take your dog with you, really quiet and pretty
google avatar

Peggy F.

Yelp
Beautiful serine location with turtles, ducks and fish in the lake. Nice walking path and horseback riding lessons
google avatar

Crystal G.

Yelp
This is definitely a five-star park right off the back! Horses ducks chickens swans and fishes. Thats a lot of things off of my favorite list! Perfect place to bring your dog and your family . Don't forget to pack a picnic and bring your fishing poles. Plenty of places to sit around and just breathe it all in. Don't forget to sit under a shady tree and watch the horses Cantor around ! I love a cowgirl lifestyle/Equestrian #5StarForLagunaLakePark

Yelp
This park has some interesting looking ducks, a bit more diverse than most parks. Strangest ones I saw were Muscovy ducks. They look kind of like a turkey (or chicken). It's not a large park but big enough to take a casual stroll. It's also quite clean despite the number of ducks. I think the unpaved path does a pretty good job at hiding duck poop. The park is surrounded by houses so you will see people's backyard as you circle around the lake. There's one house in particular with an interesting backyard. It looks more like a farm and has several ponies and chickens. Best entrance is on the corner of Euclid and Lakeview Dr. Parking lot is on the corner of Clarion and Lakeview but spaces are limited. You can find more parking along residential area.
google avatar

Cathy N.

Yelp
Very nice tranquil place to walk as the sun sets with yourself, SO, kids or dog. It is a big loop with the lake in the middle with benches for seating all around. The only thing I would say is it's dirt only so keep that in mind if you're bringing your dogs, little ones or little ones in a stroller. Around the park is a very beautiful neighborhood! On the opposite end of the park there's a more straight trail for your runs or walks if you'd like. There are 2 parking lots - fairly small so parking may be hard to find if you come during a busy time. There's poop bags and trash cans if you forget some or run out
google avatar

Taycie P.

Yelp
Beautiful area. Very peaceful place to be! Brought my two dogs and had a really great time!
google avatar

Mia K.

Yelp
Lovely neighborhood park with a wide trail around a long thin lake. Took about 25 minutes to leisurely complete. May see walkers, joggers, bikers, fishermen & even a horse on the trail. Apparently can fish for catfish here. Can see many different types of birds as well in the colored water. Picnic Tables many scattered around. Bathrooms 1. One just before entering the park on the south end 2. Another inside the park on the south west end Located between Euclid St & N Harbor Blvd. with parking lots and entrances at the south end and the north end
google avatar

Lily A.

Yelp
Very beautiful lake to go on a walk! Went with an friend and we spotted ducks with baby chicks, a turtle and a lot more.
google avatar

Sandra M.

Yelp
Fun 2.5 mile dirt trail with lots of trees and flowers. Behind beautiful homes. We come regularly.
google avatar

Misikga F.

Yelp
Enjoyed the breathtaking sunset on this glistening lake. The view out over the lake is nice, and sometimes I need to remember to look as well. Watch as the sky turns every magical color during the last minutes of the day. All is quiet.

Yelp
My daughter and I come to the lake Monday-Thursday after school to see all our duck friends :) friendliest ducks ever! We also participate in a Facebook group called "Rockin Round Fullerton" where we paint rocks and hide them for others to find. We joined in 2020 when the quarantine first happened and it's been such a joy ever since!
