Visited the zoo recently and overall it was a pleasant and improving experience. While the number of animals is comparatively less than what one might expect from a large zoo, the management has clearly focused on improving the living conditions and enclosures of the existing animals, which is a positive sign.
The lion house has seen noticeable improvements. The enclosure looks more spacious, cleaner, and better maintained than before, allowing visitors to observe the lions comfortably while also ensuring a healthier environment for the animals. The monkey area is another highlight; it is lively, well-organized, and fun to watch, especially for kids who really enjoy observing their playful activities.
The reptile house is well maintained and informative. It has a good variety of reptiles, with proper lighting and clear display areas that make it easy to view and learn about them. The aquarium section is also impressive, showcasing different species of fish in clean tanks with good visibility. This area adds a refreshing experience, especially for families and children.
Overall, even though the zoo has fewer animals, the improvements in infrastructure, cleanliness, and animal habitats make the visit worthwhile. It shows that the zoo is moving in the right direction, focusing more on quality care and visitor experience rather than just quantity. With time and the addition of more animals, this zoo has the potential to become an even better attraction for families, students, and nature lovers.
