The pictures on the booking sites might be deceiving - The bedroom is okay, but the bathroom was quite shocking as it wasn't even close to what was shown in the pictures. And besides that, ants were crawling everywhere and the water was cold unless there was a strong enough sun outside to warm it up just a little, which had me shower only in the late mornings or afternoon. Moreover, the pool might look great in the photos but the chlorine there is filled to the brim and yet the it was very dirty. One thing to note is that there's a pool table which is nice (even though it's missing a few pieces). Now, I wouldn't complain at all if the pricings were lower but they're not, and you could easily find a better place at a better location at this price.

The room was just okay, but the swimming pool and location is excellent and the price very reasonable. What truly made our stay memorable was the outstanding service at the reception, thanks to a lovely young lady named Ying and a friendly young gentleman. They were incredibly helpful, always calm and smiling. Even when we requested extra items, like a kettle to boil water, they provided them without any hassle. Their warm attitude really made a difference in our experience.

The room is pretty outdated though clean. Shower has no hot water and water flow wasn’t strong. First day the hair and body shampoo not available and have to request from front desk. What is convenient are sockets next to bedside. Location, have to walk 350-400m to Loh Koh road and further 500m to bazaar. Restaurants (other than at guesthouse) not readily located nearby.Have nice big pool.

Great value. Great location. Staff are very friendly and helpful. When the laundry wasn’t working they got someone out to fix it immediately. Rooms are not flash, but clean, tidy, and have all the essentials. They offer ammenities like a pool, pool table, food (the mango smoothie was the bomb.com). Great atmosphere, there is a jazz band that plays next door most evenings.

Their open air swimming pool is stand out point to book this hotel for couples and families. They also offer drinks and breakfast so if you want comfortable place having less buzzing then this is the place for you. Rooms are bit compact with old interiors but okay for price. Rest they have no elevators so expect to go up and down by stairs. Location is okay as you can walk to nearby 7/11 shop and the pae gate.

NOT IDEAL FOR A RESTFUL STAY We booked 4 nights but left after 3 due to two room changes. First room had faulty lighting; second was noisy, with loud guests and banging above. Both rooms smelled moldy and old. We were placed in the cramped back area, while poolside rooms—though said to be full—looked mostly empty. Affordable and close to Old City, but not for light sleepers or those wanting peace.

Unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. The rooms were old and poorly maintained. One of the most uncomfortable aspects was the mattress—it was extremely hard, almost like sleeping on a wooden plank. None of us were able to get a proper night’s sleep, and we often woke up feeling sore and unrested. On top of that, we spotted bugs in the room, which added to the overall discomfort. The tap water came out cloudy and contained black particles, which made us very uneasy about using it at all. During our stay, a mirror that was already in poor condition and badly mounted fell off the wall. Only the frame broke, but the way the situation was handled felt like an attempt to scam us. They initially asked for 1,500 baht to cover the damage, then suddenly dropped the price to 200 baht. Given the clear lack of proper maintenance, we felt we shouldn’t have been charged anything. Overall, we would not recommend staying at this place.

I like the hotel but be ready that wifi doesn't work in the rooms , like many times a day its just disappeared so if you work online and you need a good connection thats a problem here . Also the romm was not super clean i found the dust everywhere. The location is perfect though its very near to the Pae Gate and a lot of places where you. can eat , the hotel is ok . To stay here for some days is totally fine .
