Super rich flavors, super creamy texture, and little cup/cones that let you take your time to savor each bite. And with slow-food approved ingredients, you can also feel good about eating it! Just beware - the gelateria is on the ground floor of the Eataly building, and directly in the middle of the chaos of Porto Antico, so on warm days the line can be nearly an hour."

Today I bought an ice cream and I accidentally broke the cone and the ice cream fell off, the girl she work there she was very nice, she gave me a new one, she was smiling, she never bothered me, the ice cream was very good. Thank you so much for making my day💕💕💕💕

Poor customer service and a bit of a tourist trap. Sold us a zabbione when the eggs where off and refused to exchange or check. Just did not care. Ie. Must be the motto of the customer service we just really dont care

Avevamo sentito parlare di questa gelateria ed essendo di passaggio abbiamo approfittato per un assaggio. Premesso che anche la zona merita tanto, perché in una giornata come quella in cui ci siamo trovati a passare non si può resistere ad un bel gelato, praticamente nel centro del porto antico, stupendo. Gelato davvero buono, magari un po’ risotto come porzione in base al prezzo, ma la qualità c’è e si nota. Quindi va bene così. Le ragazze che ci hanno servito sono state gentilissime. Non abbiamo neanche dovuto attendere molto nonostante ci fosse un bel pò di fila all’ingresso.

Posizione da urlo per questa gelateria al porto antico di Genova, accanto all’ingresso di Eataly, del quale in un certo senso ne è parte. Unico problema, i gelati e le granite. Non sono così buoni come dichiarato. Le basi sono cremose, d’accordo, ma la resa finale e di poco superiore a quella di un gelatino industriale qualsiasi. Lontana anni luce dalle gelaterie realmente artigianali. La granita fatta con pezzi anche grandi di ghiaccio, pochi tavolini un po’ sporchi a disposizione. L’idea complessiva è che si tratti di solo marketing con un prodotto appena sufficiente. Nota positiva il personale, cordiale e disponibile.
