Lake Biograd

We found this park to be a bit underwhelming. Expected a lot more of it. Entrance fee is 4 euro a person, kids under 15 go in free. The annual pass of 13,50 per person, valid for the remainder of the calendar year for all five national parks within Montenegro was temporarily not sold through the official website. When asking about it at the barrier when entering the park they said they also didn't sell it, while it was literally listed on the price sheet right in front of the face of the salesman. Weird. Card payments accepted. They radio in from the sales point at the beginning of the road how many people have been paid for in the car so the rangers at the parking lot validate if not more people will get out of the car than you've paid for. Boat rental quite expensive at 10 euro per hour. Water level was low, water temperature freezing cold. On the photos this place looks nice. With only the best poses. In reality it looks a lot less charming. There are so many more beautiful places in Montenegro that you can visit entirely for free. Personally would not say this is worth the 4 euro per person.

A beautiful lake with a well marked trail around it, a nice restaurant nearby and some informative signs as you walk. Takes around 1.5 hours to complete walking leisurely. The best part is the wooden platform above a marshy terrain un the middle of the walk. Easy to park at the start.

A beautiful area for walks. We purchased the yearly pass online for €13.50 which works out best if you're visiting any of the national parks in Montenegro for more than 2 visits. Many of the paths up to the lake view points are within forest so there's not much in the way of views as you go. But it does keep you a little bit cooler. Where there are view points it's nice to stop and have a bite to eat. The paths are hard going as it's upwards all the way.. and some paths are quite narrow and slanted so it's tough on your ankles. The lake itself is easily accessible by the car park. We found it more beautiful later in the day with the reflections giving great photos.

Stunning lake, a lovely circular walk in the shaded forest all the way around. Cost is €4 per person to enter the Biogradske national Park.

Nice place to stop by. We enjoyed kayaking. Wooden boat up to 4 people cost 10€, double kayak cost 5€, single kayak cost 3 € per hour

Amazing lake. Can we reached by car, kids friends walking trail around the lake. Must see if you are in the area.

a beautiful lake on the mountain of Biograd, a nice place for a walk, there is a public toilet, as well as a restaurant where you can have lunch, but there are also plenty of tables and benches that can be used for picnics

Not so interesting as the Black Lake in Durmitor, but have a nice forest around it. Sadly, the parking is too small and you need to left your car on the side of the road.
