Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores

This place was just sad!! For being in an area SO close to WDW gate, the stores here were quite bare and unappealing. Was this ever a nice out center? Very few legitimate brands. The second to last Friday before Christmas and the video shows how empty it was.

Great location off of 535 and convenient to many Disney hotels and resorts. Many stores for clothes, shoes, etc.. Prices are very good and facility has a lot of parking. No food court that i could find. Looking forward to returning on my next visit to Orlando.

Nice place is an open mall, today the weather was fantastic so we really enjoy this place is big and they keep it very clean. Food court was totally renovated looks wonderful and food is great. restrooms are always clean

This outlet mall seems to have lost some of its popularity, it’s noticeably quiet, with very few visitors, and you’ll see several empty storefronts where brands have likely left due to the lack of foot traffic. That said, the stores that are still open tend to offer better prices than those in other outlet malls. I assume they’re trying to attract more customers with bigger promotions, given the low volume of visitors. So while the atmosphere might not be as lively, it could actually work in your favor if you’re looking for good deals. It’s definitely worth stopping by to see if you can score some bargains.

Nice experience, lively food court with great variety of not so well-known brands, or at least not by me. Great tasty, crisp pizzas (Patroni). Fried hotdog was too salty, I guess they use brined hotdogs which is just salty enough, but when you fry it on top of that, it enhance the saltiness even more. But overall, great ambient atmosphere, clean place and various choice of food styles and types. Outlets are represented by a diversity of brands, prices are competitive but still pricey.

Nice setting. There are a lot of empty spaces. It's easy to walk around. Nice parking lot. Small food court. Still has some good shopping.

I love this lil gem. It has most of the same stores as the outlets, with a quarter of the traffic. I drive past the outlets to go. Would 💯 recommend

The entire center looks like it has seen better days. The "Welcome Center" does not have restrooms and is not very welcoming.
