Lake Elmenteita Serena Camp

After a 2-week Safari in Kenya and Tanzania, we are now safely home in Australia. The delighted 16 photographers from iPhotographMagic, have all been reflecting on the standard of accommodation through our Safari. We all agree that's the lake Elementaita Serena Lodge was of the highest standard lodges. The food was exquisite; the staff were so caring and genuinely attentive; the location was beautiful. We had a lovely photographic nearby with flamingoes, water buck and water buffalo.||Thank you all.. Your high standards are appreciated.

An excellent experience. The rooms are well designed and tastefully fitted out. Beds and furniture are comfortable. The service from check-in to check-out was flawless. The service offered by the waiting staff at the dining room and bar was excellent. Well prepared meals and a good selection at every meal. The breakfast by the lake was very enjoyable. Have been to the camp before and look forward to my next visit.

Very comfortable, calming and very clean service. Food was good, specially chef Kennedy made extra effort for kids though Indian food can be bit more better in taste. Or else all continental food and other amenities was excellent. Cleanliness was good. Room were very clean. Location is best and beautiful calming and serene.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel from start to finish. The staff were incredibly warm, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable — with all the amenities you’d expect from a top-quality hotel.

This hotel was out of this world, everything from the exceptional service to the absolutely stunning scenery, delicious food and great pool. The atmosphere was just perfect for relaxing and taking in the scenery, watching animals and sitting by the pool with a drink. I will absolutely be coming here again I couldn’t recommend this stay night.

This is our second time with Serena hotels and first time in Kenya. We stayed two nights at Lake elementatia. Our goal was to spend some time relaxing before our Mara safari. This was the perfect spot. The team at Serena took great care to make a good experience. They surprised us with sunset on the cliff with food and drinks, in addition to the breakfast in the lake. We enjoyed the spa services. There were flamingos there when we visited in July. We visited lake Naveisha and crescent island.

Excellent food, chef Kennedy, Caroline, Joshua, Getrude and entire staff very helpful and kind. They made us feel at home. Great hospitality and amazing staff. Rooms were also very comfortable and the housekeeping is very polite and helpful! There is also very excellent activities to do with an incredibly helpful staff.
