Lake Elmenteita Serena Camp

Our stay was nothing short of extraordinary! From the moment we arrived, we were struck by how incredibly gorgeous and authentic our room felt. It was beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and wonderfully comfortable. Waking up to the stunning view of the lake was an experience we won't soon forget. Every single staff member we encountered was outstanding. Their warmth, kindness, and genuine hospitality made us feel so welcome and cared for. The level of service is truly exceptional. The food was fantastic as well. It was fresh, delicious and beautifully presented. We were only able to stay for one night, but we so wished we could have stayed longer. Out of all the beautiful places we visited on our safari, this was our absolute favorite. Lake Elementaita Serena Camp gave us a truly happy and memorable experience and we can't recommend it highly enough. Thank You for sharing such a wonderful place with your guests. It is a blessing to be able to tour Africa!

Following a very long day we arrived at The Lake Elmenteita Serena Camp. It was breathtaking. The 'tented' accommodation was outstanding and cleanliness was second to none. The breakfasts, lunch and evening meals were of excellent quality and the portions were plentiful. Our safari around the park was excellent though I think it would be prudent to say that the flamingos are definitely in decline due to the rising water levels. Our hike with our guide Eric, and rangers, Ken and Moses up The Sleeping Warrior was a real highlight. The pool was lovely and relaxing. We stayed two nights and I only wish it had been three, so that we could have enjoyed the camp itself. Beautiful views from the gardens looking over to the lake and Sleeping Warrior. All of the staff were kind, courteous and helpful.

Beautuful setting! Food was very disappointing. Several of us ordered rib eye and is was so tough none of us ate it. Terrible waste to throw all that food away. Staff was gracious. We had very good massages. Oh, their price on a bottle of wine was $115, it is about $25 in the US

Absolute gem quietly hidden off. If you are looking for serenity, tranquility and excellent service, don't think twice. We loved it and we look forward to going back. Our family recently spent 2 nights at Serena Camp.||This place is breathtaking, the views across the lake are beautiful. The staff could not be more helpful and accommodating.||The restaurant was excellent with great choices and variety.||Our boys loved the swimming pool and enjoyed an afternoon relaxing in the pool after our game drive to Lake Nakuru. ||Would highly recommend staying at Serena Camp

Exceptional stay at Serena Elementaita! Warm welcome from Dorothy at reception, excellent staff, stunning rooms with breathtaking views, and delicious food. The scenery was serene, with wildlife roaming freely. Highly recommended!

Had an amazing time here, very friendly staff, beautiful location by the lake, lots of activities to do especially for kids as well.To top it up they had a heated pool at night. Definitely coming back again.

The tented accommodation is very luxurious with comfortable beds and furnishings, with full electricity and all plumbing |The restaurant overlooks the lake with sightings of wildlife|The food was excellent and the staff are very attentive and welcoming.
