I strongly do not recommend this place. The person managing this campsite, Gorjo Girgis, is extremely spiteful and irresponsible. He showed up to our meeting clearly in no condition to drive, riding a motorcycle in a way that made me genuinely fear for my safety. I honestly thought he might cause an accident while taking me to the camp. Staying in his tent was also a nightmare. He gave me a dirty sleeping bag, which I seriously doubt had ever been cleaned. But that wasn’t even the worst part. The next day, he got offended because I found a cheaper offer for a tour to the Hadzabe tribe than the one he proposed. In response, he reported me and my guide to the local authorities with completely made-up accusations. Because of this, we had to spend over an hour and a half explaining the situation to the local police. Fortunately, I didn’t lose anything other than time and patience. I absolutely do not recommend this campsite — and especially not the person running it, Gorjo. Avoid at all costs. I’ve been living in Tanzania for several months now, and he is by far the worst person I’ve met here.

We visited this place with a rented 4x4 camper. Strange experience. Located a couple of km’s away from Lake Eyasi in the middle of nowhere in rural environment. Campsite itself is located in a garden area. Space for app six to eight campers. Water available. Showers and toilets are neither maintained nor clean. No hot water. Price level is okay for what is offered. Would we come again? No.

It Isa dry nice place. Facilities are good. There are many tres, nice vibe an greenery. I want to add Gorjo who manages the camp is an amazing person. If you are booking any cultural experience book with him. His English is perfect, he speaks Hadzabe language as well so he can take you there. And he is Soo kind and happy to help with anything. As a solo girl from Europe traveling alone I felt safe in his company. Thanks

An absolutely stunning experience that I will remember all my life. I'm intending to take my grandkids because the people are so friendly and informative.|The food is cooked by a professional chef and you won't have to eat "traditional Bushmen" food.|Don't miss the opportunity to meet the oldest living tribe in Africa

This is one of the best experiences I've ever had in many years of travel. Don't miss it. Children are very welcome. The oldest living tribe in Africa.

I camped here with my family for one night to visit Datoga and Hadzabi families. Gorjo and Papa David were excellent guides to the area and the campsite was pleasant. The food was decent and they built a campfire for us to enjoy the starry skies.

I aint satisfied with the service of the tour. The guide was rude, arrogant and proposed something that I would rather not write here. I dont recommend it.

Very peaceful safari camp, well arranged with all confortable facilities and lush vegetation. Gorjo was a very pleasant host and made me discovered local tribes with the smile! I did enjoy my stay at Ng'ula Sunset Safari Camp
