Lake House Restaurant

This was our first time to this restaurant, my sisters and I with our husbands like to try new places. The food was good I was not extremely impressed by it. They did have an assortment of food options for all palates. The service, and atmosphere were all very upscale. They had an amazing seasonal drink menu and though we opted for indoor seating we checked out their winter wonderland out back and it was adorable! Plus heated! I feel the vibe was better than the food personally, but it is def worth checking out!

Finally got to visit this well respected establishment. It definitely deserves the accolades. The decor is beautiful with a wide open dining area overlooking the lake. Food was delicious. We had a clam in white sauce appetizer with crab cake and blacked tuna steak entrees. Our server was very friendly!

This was only my second visit here, with a few years in between. They have updated a great amount. There’s a section for whatever kind of setting you’re looking for (classy dining room, lounge, bar, outdoor bar, lake view!) We went on a Friday evening around 530 and it was packed but not crowded. Would definitely recommend a reservation! Live piano music in the lounge, live duo outside. Drinks were good, food was good, awesome service from our server Joe and the rest of the staff we encountered. Beautifully kept, well mannered staff, beautiful view of the lake!

We had a wonderful first time experience dining here celebrating our birthdays! We ate outside under the covered patio where we had a beautiful view of the lake. Our meals were delicious, atmosphere was perfect and our server Alexa was amazing! Very attentive and very friendly.

Always wanted to go but never have. Went for my bday on Friday eve. Even though the parking looked intimidating there was plenty of space inside. Service was kinda and quick.food was great. We had a flatbread and never felt like we needed to rave about a flatbread as much as we did. The dri is were great too

We came for Mother’s Day and were really impressed with the food! Every single dish we tried was absolutely delicious. The flavors were great, portions generous, and the menu had something for everyone. The kitchen truly delivered on taste and quality. That said, the service was a mixed experience. We completely understand that holidays can be overwhelming for restaurants, but we waited an hour for our food to come out and another 30min for a missed plate. Thankfully, the staff handled it professionally and kindly, they took the item off the bill, which we truly appreciated. What made things a bit more frustrating, was having to ask multiple times (five times, to three different people) for a booster seat, and reminders about ketchup were also forgotten. I eventually just went to the bar and got some ketchup myself. Small things like that can add up when you’re trying to enjoy a special occasion. Overall, the food was outstanding, and we definitely plan to return another time when it’s less busy. I’d recommend this place for the food alone, and hopefully service is smoother on a regular day.

According to all the recent reviews in the past couple weeks I can see that there have been a few issues with the food. I can say the bourbon burger was lacking bourbon bbq however for a bacon cheeseburger it was very good. However, the cheesesteak flatbread, awesome. The crab Rangoon and bruschetta good. First time, won’t be our last.

Host was phenomenal as was service and view. The food was the issue for us. Everyone felt their food choice was either extremely bland or underwhelming unfortunately. For reference; we had arancini, bruschetta and brie cheese dip, steak marsala/mash potatoes, 2 nacho lake sandwich platters, bacon chicken parm, chicken Caesar salad, gnocchi. Very pricey forvthe quality as well. This was our 2rd time trying recently with same issue. Perhaps bar menu is better?
