As a return guest, and somewhat regular (albeit we used to go alot more often prior to birth of our son), I expected nothing less than the best. Unfortunately, there was a conference taking place simultaneously and that crowded out the place. I stayed in the executive suite, and both my phone, and the safe were not operational. Reported both and only the safe was fixed. The crayfish, which i usually travel there for was unavailable on day 1, and didnt taste fresh when they got it from day 2. Besides that, as always facilities are there, but the staff seemed abit lethargic, maybe overwhelmed after back to back long weekends, and its always more noticeable when the owner (Mr Townsend) isnt on site. Ill still come back though as in my personal opinion, its the best resort out in Siavonga.
