Great experience, it was very easy to just walk in and make a reservation for a tandem kayak. The works at the dock were helpful and made it an overall painless experience. The walk from the parking garage down to the office is a bit of a hike so be prepared if it’s a busy day or you arrive later. The view was amazing and definitely worth every penny. One hour worked perfectly for us as we went pretty far on the lake but would do two on a cooler day or wanted to stop and explore more. I recommend wearing water shoes or ones that you don’t care to get wet, some water, and a phone water case. There are lockers to rent to keep your stuff in but does cost $. Will definitely be returning to do more things!

It was seamless! From booking, to signing waivers, checking in and instructions. We all had a great time. Be sure to bring a nice size cooler as there isn’t one built into the boat, speakers could use an upgrade but they work and are loud. If your driver is tall be sure to specify that, our driver was 6’t and had to straddle the wheel but he was fine with it. Overall a really fun time, great views, beautiful weather, professional and polite team.

I absolutely love kayaking & paddleboarding @ Lake Las Vegas. I purchased the membership since I’m there all the time. I love being in nature, I feel grounded, recharging my batteries, every week. Love the scenery, all the Staff are super polite, helpful & welcoming! I highly recommend it! 🪷

My husband saw lessons on riding an E-Foil board and wanted to try it out before investing in the board. Of course at first I was dragged along but afterwards I am the one pushing the purchase. Our instructor David was SUPER helpful, knowledgeable, respectful of the lake, not pushy, and super easy going. He answered all my questions about riding and purchasing the board. He was very easy to understand with instructions versus some where you are confused on what they are asking of you. David actually made the experience well worth it and I would highly suggest anyone wanting to learn how to ride or just giving it a try, hit up David! It was an amazing experience not only to learn how to ride but also to be able to do this experience with my husband.

The electric boat experience at Lake Las Vegas water sports was absolutely enjoyable! We felt we had the lake to ourselves in that Monday early afternoon. The boat was easy to maneuver. The staff members were very helpful specially Sawyer. The cost was reasonable. We will definitely do it again and encourage our friends to enjoy the electric boat also.

The staff was very friendly and courteous. The boat was clean. Easy to install music with the speakers. The boat was easy to drive. We had a great time.

The staff was extremely friendly and pleasant to interact with. The only complaint I have was this was the second time we had a boat that had a very low charge. We had to go at the lowest speed, almost drifting. Other than that, it was most pleasant and relaxing. It was also my brothers 60th birthday and the anniversary of our sister's passing. Lake Las Vegas was her last experience and most memorable.

I went kayaking with a friend this morning, and had an amazing time. The check in process was straightforward, and took less than 5 minutes. Adi was incredibly patient in explaining how to get in and out of the kayak, which I appreciated since I was a total beginner. He even reminded us to make sure our pockets were zipped and our phones were secured, which I promptly forgot about on the way back out of the kayak. My phone fell right into the lake by the dock. Adi was incredibly helpful and tried to retrieve it with a magnet, which unfortunately didn't work. He was gracious enough to dive in and get it, saving me a huge headache from having to replace it. Not only that, he dried it off and cleaned my case, too! Overall, wonderful time and looking forward to going back!

****UPDATE**** It has been a week and they have not returned my text or emails. They have not refunded my 126 dollars. _____________ Less than 18 hours before our reservation, we got a text at 5:30 in the evening saying that our reservation for the next morning has been canceled. They offered me two options. Leave my money on credit for something in the future or reschedule to a different date. They don't take phone calls, which is ridiculous. So I had to text them. I texted to say I'd like to have a refund because I don't have any other time that I can do this. I don't wanna leave $126 just on some credit somewhere. I got a text back saying sorry read refund policy no refunds. I went to the refund policy, which did indicate that if I cancel my reservation less than 24 hours I can't get a refund. That seems reasonable. It doesn't seem reasonable that the vendor can cancel the reservation within 24 hours And expect not to give me my money back. Additionally, when you review the reasons that you can or cannot get a refund it includes a short cancellation, and if they have to cancel due to weather. The text that I received stated that they were canceling because of lake maintenance. You cannot tell me that they didn't know about lake maintenance earlier this week when I made my reservation. And if they didn't know about it, that's on them. When I pointed that out to whoever is responding to my texts, they're only response was oh I'll run it by my manager. And I haven't heard anything since. They're closed of course. And I actually didn't even get a text until after their closing hours. This is not customer service in any way shape or form. And canceling my reservations is no cause for them to keep the money when it was within their ability to tell me even when I made the reservation that they were not gonna be operating this Saturday. That's on them. If I don't get a contact from the company and I don't get my money back in full. I'll be pursuing other avenues of remedy.

3rd time using Lake Las Vegas Water sports. Last couple times we rented a boat but decided do do a Kayak this time. It was nice but my back was killing me on the tandem kayaks after 30 min since they don't have a back rest. Huge thanks to Ian for offering for us to change to a a small boat for our 2nd hour. That was above and beyond what we even expected... he just wanted us to have the best time. You are awesome Ian... thanks a bunch!!

Visiting here from Cali, when my bf took me here since I've been wanting to hit the waters. Had such an amazing time. We did the tandem kayaks. Haven't felt that relaxed in awhile! Views were great and the water was nice and calm. HUGE shoutout to Ben & Austin! These guys went above & beyond for us, we'd come back here again and again just because of the level of service they provided for us. You can really tell when the guys love their jobs here and really just want you to have the best time. Would love to paddleboard next time!

I highly recommend Lake Las Vegas Water Sports! I rented a kayak for 2 hours for a very reasonable price of $60. They were professional, the kayaks were well maintained, with laid back staff who weren't time sharks and let me fully enjoy my time out on the lake. If you have your own kayak, it's only $25 to launch from their dock and you can enjoy from open to close. I definitely will be back!

Had a great time on our boat rental for two hours. Friendly staff and great equipment blue tooth would have made it even better. Located in beautiful Lake Las Vegas in the heart of the Village. Highly recommended

The people working at the dock were great in helping us get situated with bringing our own gear. It cost us $20 for the day per person and we were able to bring our own kayaks. the loading and unloading of gear from the closest parking was the hardest part. the paddling around the lake was easy and calm. I plan on a return trip soon!

My girlfriend and I had such a great time with their tandem kayak. Ben and Austin were very nice, and got us going quickly and easily. We'll definitely be coming back!

My friends and I went paddle boarding and everyone here is so friendly and helpful! It's also nice that they have the water on the dock for the hot days when the ground can be unbearable. We joke that when we're on the water, we wish there was a bar or docking area across the way that you could paddle to and grab a drink or snack. Just an idea but would be nice if it were possible and either way still a great experience!

What a beautiful lake! Just the right size for a 2 hour kayak. The attendant was helpful and friendly, even when it took me 3 tries to get my elderly self out of the kayak.

This was so fun! All the staff was super helpful. We thought maybe it was going to be a bit hot since it was 110° the day we went, but the water was refreshing and we could jump off our paddle boards easily.

I just spent the day with my family, kayaking and paddle-boarding around Lake Las Vegas. It was a such a mellow, yet awesome family experience, and the weather was just perfect. I have to thank the super friendly staff on the Water Sports team. Everyone was super cordial, and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Everything is very reasonably priced, and I'll definitely come back for more. I did originally come for the cable park, and flyboard experience, but unfortunately gusty winds prevented us from doing this, but I still give kudos to the team for immediately refunding the activities.

Rented 3 paddle boards . Guy at the dock was super helpful and informative. Water was calm. It was a great day. Would definitely return.

Fantastic experience! I brought my 6 year old son, and he had an absolute blast! We rented a 9-person electrical boat. The staff was super friendly! The boats were clean, and the ride was absolutely beautiful! Thank you, Las Vegas Water Sports! You guys rock!

A hidden Oasis is the best way to describe Lake Las Vegas. I will never stay on the strip ever again. This place is EVERYTHING ! Classy, quiet, family oriented and a breath of fresh air.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our electric boat ride! Lake Las Vegas Water Sports has an option to rent an electric boat for 2 hours. We booked the boat on their website, and the waivers for each person were emailed to us, making our booking and check in experience very easy and seamless. The staff is extremely friendly and they took their time in explaining anything we needed to know. We will not hesitate to go back on our next trip for more water fun!

My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary we bought the yacht experience . Due to debris we were told we couldn't sail which we thought okay but it should still be fun . When we went the music wasn't good and the drinks were not what we expected for the price . We were told we would get a complimentary drink due to the the situation of us not moving , but when we went that was not the case . From this experience I know for next time what not to . But I have been kayaking here and it was amazing I'll just stick to that from now on .

I had the pleasure of taking the mimosa cruise. I purchased the bottomless mimosa package at $49.95. While the cruise portion was great, the only concern I had was they ran out of champagne just short of the end time.

If I could I would give 0 stars. TotalScammmmmm!!! We booked our trip and they canceled because of "bad weather" and wouldn't give our money back. $75 down the drain! Don't fall for this scam of a business Update: they gave us our money back after we persisted

Always a great experience with this company! I've been kayaking and paddle boarding with them a few times and they've been great every time. It's been one of my favorite spring/summer activities to do in vegas - and it's an added plus that I can bring my dog along with me! Their customer service is great. I got sick and was unable to make it to my reservation one time, I reached out to them through text and they were quick to reply and very accommodating. They let me to reschedule my appt with no issue. So happy with the service and we'll definitely be back!

We rented a boat for 2 hours, it was so much fun! We were able to bring our own cooler and it's located right near the Seasons Grocery Market so we were also able to grab a few more items! The boat was clean and we had blue tooth capability so that was nice too! The length of time is perfect for cruising the entire lake back and forth TWICE, including a quick bathroom break haha. I will be back again, thanks for a great time :)

Title: Yacht needs to be updated and poor customer service from manager Linda. I booked the Mimosa Yacht Cruise for the end of July. Upon arriving the Yacht didn't look nothing like the pics posted on the website. The air upstairs wasn't working so they had a fan that didn't do anything. The speakers upstairs were broke, you couldn't hardly hear the music! Two of my guests needed medical attention because they got so hot ( ice packs were provided). I was told to contact the manager Linda, do you think she replied to my email, no! I was very disappointed with the Yacht to the point I just wanted to get off. I feel that the website is fraud/lies. For what I paid I expected more. Just be careful or go in person to see for yourself.

I can't express how COOL the Lake Las Vegas Water Sports team was... we're a family of 5 and we had to switch off with our little 1.5 year old... so we rented a canoe for 2 hours... the first my husband and our daughter went and the last hour our middle son and I went out on the water... they were so nice with us switching off and they were so helpful... even gave us extra time on the house... We will def be doing this AGAIN! We all bonded!

I enjoyed my birthday at the haunted Halloween yacht party. The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was because it was to short. It's only 90 minutes and when you're having as much fun as we all did it went by way too fast!!!

Amazing experience , super chill! Boat is slow so gives you enough time to enjoy food and drinks and look around beautiful estates

No outdoor seating unless you pay 500/300 for couch with bottle Not enough indoor seating for even half of the passengers, be prepared to stand No view unless you stand in the small area around the stairwell, there may have been additional outdoor space but we couldn't get to it due to the crowd. Indoor space has no view outside,had DJ music and two bars, find the male bartender the female one is worthless (I'm in the business) slow motion (we waited 25 mins )worried about her hair. Simple order, two drinks(absolute 7, crown 7)she got them both wrong. Watched her grab the Sky. Bottom line this is a event you need to book with friends get a couple tables/couch with bottles then take all the fantastic Facebook/Instagram/Social Media shots pretend it's great and go to the Mexican restaurant walking back to your car. Sit outside enjoy a great meal.

Regardless of all the summer activities this place has, the boats are completely rundown, the maintenance doesn't seem up to par, the water and surrounding environment is disgusting - the water is extremely murky and can't see past 2 inches of the top of the water. Y'all leaving 5-star reviews are looking at this place at face value and are leaving the employees to have to deal w bullshit conditions, and not being able to provide a solid answer as to why certain amenities aren't provided in 110°F+ weather. Spending and wasting time, gas, and energy to go out here was a bummer. Tourists, start looking deeper into this city. It ain't all that lol

12 of us Diva sisters went out in a two hour boat cruise around the lake. We had a great time, and we may be back. The boat ride was actually cool, but the sun off the boat was too hot. The price was decent and the staff is friendly and helpful.

SCAM ALERT! Do not book with this business. Read all the reviews online and only book at your own risk. They will cancel your reservation and never refund your money. Very disappointed in Lake Las Vegas Water Sports. My husband and I traveled to Vegas for our Anniversary. A couple hours after booking a kayak activity we were sent a text message saying that our reservation had been cancelled due to weather. We were not allowed a refund of our money even after explaining that we lived out of State and would not be able to use the credit they were so-called offering. After asking to speak with a manager, they never responded. So we lost our money and never got a response from management. Poorly run company scamming people out of money!

AS others have said DO NOT BOOK HERE IF YOU ARE NOT FROM TOWN. or in my opinion even local, these people canceled within 1 hour of us having a cable park session....claiming "Due to thunderstorms earlier this morning". NOT so much LOL, thunderstorms happened at approximately 6am this morning and our session was a 2 and 3 pm... I will provide a picture in the future of the beautiful sunny day. I CALL BS on this business as they probably didn't have enough bookings and were losing money on staff so they canceled. As others have said stay away from this business if you expect to get a refund...don't they CANCELED NOT US and then lied to us in text messages. I CHARGED MY booking back on my credit card and would suggest you do the same if you are in the same position.

80s night was a blast the pic is the boat was a fun night to sing dance and this is a definite must do they have different themes very affordable and an amazing view definitely will do again next time i am in vegas

My sister and my 9 year old daughters experience here is amazing!!! They did wake boarding -- tubing and kayaking, and Austin and Macy did really a good job for helping and teaching them before their activities, such a good customer service! We will be back soon!

Amazing!!!! Everyone was so helpful and kind. We had a blast. The entire experience from beginning to end was easy from parking, to reservations, to help on the dock, to coming back, everything was just so great. Thank you for being so awesome and giving my family and I a great day of memories.
