We made a small detour to check out the lake on our way back to Kansas. Absolutely stunning lake and the landscape is beautiful and fun to drive. We will be bringing the motorcycle back to enjoy the roads again soon.

It’s really amazing place to spend your vacation. You can do lots of activities there like boating, swimming etc with your own or rental equipments. Very beautiful place for sunset. You can take some food with you also. I saw many people came with RV and camps to spend days with their family. There are lots of hotel nearby. You can stay there too. For me it was quite good because we were only two. Recommended. Note: make sure this place is not in google map You have to go for state park. Very confusing roads.

Nothing compares to a beautiful sunset on the lake. Party places to quaint spaces, there is something for everyone. Sometimes, though, you just need to sit back and absorb the quiet beauty.

The area we were in had just been hit by a tornado so the water was very murky and they were pieces of House in it, however the lake is very large and very beautiful. There are so many options for play and fishing and eating tons of just pull your boat in and rest and eat and chill places.

I love the lake. There are so many things to do and see, beautiful scenes, and I love nature. I see so many animals and reptiles every single day. Its also peaceful and relaxing around my neck of the woods.

Great Lake for skiing tubing and things like that. Not the best for fishing. Very busy lake with lots of restaurants and activities. Awesome place to bring your family on the weekends.
