Oh. The view and calmness touched our hearts while we were there. We spent more than 3 hours enjoying the beautiful mountain rains and listening to the sounds. Words can't describe how relaxed we felt during those hours. I didn't want to leave, but we had to 😊

We had such a wonderful time at Ouachita State Park! The park is very well-maintained, clean, and peaceful. The campsites are spacious, perfectly set up, and many of them have beautiful views of the lake. The lake itself is gorgeous — calm, clear, and perfect for relaxing, fishing, or just enjoying nature. The facilities were neat and easy to access, and the staff was friendly and helpful. It’s the perfect getaway if you want to be close to nature but still have a comfortable and well-organized camping experience. We’ll definitely be back!

Cell service completely dropped in spots for AT&T and it was wonderful. We all need to unplug. Get gas and snacks before you curve into these hills and mountains. Nice swimming spot down from the Three Sisters Spring. Kayaking, boating, fishing dog friendly, and such a treasure. Tons of camping spots, clean bathrooms, pristine waters, and just beautiful out there. The welcome sign is so cool and detailed. Love it out here!

My husband and I and our three kids went to Ouchita State Park for the day and rented kayaks. It was such an amazing experience. It was so easy, you walk just walk up and download an app to rent the kayaks and throw them in the water! We kayaked all over the lake near the marina and even docked up on and island to swim. My boys brought their fishing poles and fished all along the way. When we were done we sat at a picnic table and had lunch and the kids swam some more at the beach area. There are nice and clean public restrooms nearby, and tons of hiking trails to choose from. Highly recommend Ouchita State Park for a family outing!

Beautiful park with great hiking on Caddo trail, fun water activities including ranger led boat tours and snorkeling, a marina you can rent your own boat from, and nice swimming beach near 3 sisters springs. Great trip! Cabins are really nice too!

Very beautiful and breathtaking. Was expecting more crystal clear water like people hyped about but it was just clear-ish at the shore. The water is almost warm but cool enough on a hot summer day. My brother and I showed up in the morning around 8:00AM and had the swimming area all to ourselves at the first one then when we drove slightly further down the road at the three sisters spring area we shared that second swim area with another small family. Then we came back later in the day and chilled with the geese. This place is really nice to just float in the water or sit back in a chair. Some life jackets are provided at the swim area just remember to put them back. No pets allowed in these areas and no glass containers.

Great campground! Level paved pads, full hookups, beautiful trees, clean facilities, and good spacing between campsites. And on the lake, also - not far from Hot Springs .

Fun park for camping, hiking and water sports. Two swimming areas and a unique old spa area. Good access to Hot Springs area and related activities.
