There is no purpose of your visit if you choose not to float on the boats, boating is the USP of the lake, especially after 6 pm as the boats and buildings are lit with beautiful lights. You see the complete stretch of the city palace Taj palace while boating. Recommended to take 10 person boating as it is less crowded and open roofed and has longer boating time than 30 person boating
