On one hand, this experience is very unique, and how often is the everyday person given the opportunity to do an Olympic activity?? BUT it was quite expensive per person, for a 30 minute wait before hand (with very few seats) and a ride that is over in less than a minute. It’s as authentic as it can be for a tourist attraction, and lots and lots of people participate, so they’ve got a system and know what they’re doing getting groups up to the start and safely back down. The guys running the bobsleds, were very friendly and funny! It helped that there was a bonfire with s’mores while you wait.
The T-Shirt included is nothing special, and if you do the Skelton experience as well, you get practically the same one. Our group enjoyed these experiences but wouldn’t rush to do them again anytime soon.
