Nice comfortable stay for 4 in two bedroom apartment. It's equipped with washer, dryer, kitchen, microwave. Clean. At first upon entering we felt a little concerned about the fact that it does not have any gated entrance. But overall the town is safe and the area is upkept.

Great location, very roomy, a little bit noisy. BBQ place across the street has live music and the walls are thin. Well appointed with full kitchen, washer/dryer, big TV with all the streaming services. Was great for our family of 4. Would stay here again.

Stayed two nights here about a week ago. The place was great. Clean and homey. It is conveniently located and had all the proper amenities. We used it as a base for trips to Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend. Just as an added bonus, there's a really good Thai Food Truck parked out front.

Stayed here for one night after spending a week on a houseboat. Although a bit worn, it was certainly adequate. A huge plus was having a washer/dryer in my unit, since I was down to my final clean shirt. If you need a small apartment-like rental, this is it. It has a full kitchen, simple furnishings. The bed linens and shower linens were clean. The location is quiet. If I could make one suggestion, the pillows were stuffed to the max, and it would be nice to have something a little softer. Also you are expected to do your own dishes. I don't mind this, but it's hard to know if the person before you is as conscientious as I am about clean dishes. There is a Safeway grocery store a couple of blocks away.

Stayed for 3 nights in April. Check in was easy around 2pm and was alloted the room we had booked & identical to the pics we had seen on tripadvisor. ||Overall we had a good stay - the bath looked newly renovated, the room had a fridge, a microwave, coffee machine etc. However the room had no view :-( not that we were promised one to be fair. ||The location is fantastic with 5 mins drive to the main area and 15 mins to horseshoe bend carpark. ||Our main gripe was that there were only the cleaners at site and no other manager etc. ||Internet was stable and the room tv had plenty of free channels incl Netflix. ||Overall a nice stay but would look elsewhere the next time for the price we paid.

Spent 2 nights here in September 2024 and I had to say it is my best experience in a motel in the US. Huge 2-bedroom apartment, extremely clean, with all comodities. Higly recommend this motel, very well situtated in Page close to everything.

Google
I would have given 5 stars as the place was clean and quiet - I would definitely stay here again. My only negative comment is that when I checked in, the room wasn’t cooling and was quite stuffy. I immediately knew to check the aircon filters as I have previous experience with this type of cooling unit and it was super dirty (see pics). Since it was so late when I checked in I just cleaned them myself in the shower stall. I only post this for accountability purposes for the staff. These filters should be cleaned at least once a month.

Upon pulling up to the motel, my family all became very nervous. From the outside, Lake Powell Motel looked a bit dated and lacks curb appeal. As soon as we entered, everyone immediately gave a huge sigh of relief! The two bedroom unit we rented was comfortable, clean, and most importantly, gave us room to spread out after spending a few nights elsewhere in a hotel room. We only had one night here and all felt sad to leave it. For the same price of small chain hotel rooms, we got to stay in an apartment that had everything we could have possibly needed. If you are traveling with family, this place can't be beat! My only recommendation would be that some of the walls and trim need the paint to be touched up- but it did not take away from our enjoyment of the stay.

Yelp
We've been taking more chances on independently owned motels in lieu of big chain hotels lately, and we are so glad we found Lake Powell Motel! It was a 5 star experience start to finish. Booking was easy & friendly. Email confirmations, text, phone were all used to communicate and I appreciated their professionalism & timeliness. Check in was easy and quick (I never know why big hotels take like, 20 minutes to type on their computers and make you feel like it's their first time learning your reservation ever existed??) We got a two room suite with a fully stocked kitchen, living room and laundry set up. The place was immaculately clean and contemporary. TV had all the shows/movie options. Bathroom was pristine. It's nitpicking at this point, but my only suggestions would be two pillow options on the bed (the ones provided were overly stuffed), complimentary bottles of water in the fridge ready & waiting (hiking around the canyons all day left us parched even though we had kanteens) and perhaps some pretty landscaping out front. Which, honestly feels petty just bringing it up but we discussed at length what would have just been the icing on the cake here and that's all we could come up with. Thanks for the enjoyable stay!

Yelp
Our stay at the Lake Powell Motel recently was very nice. Easy to find, quick check-in, and a nice large "apartment" style room. We only stayed one night so basically slept there and made a pot of coffee in the morning. But if you are looking for a place that has a kitchen & washer & dryer in the room, this is the place to stay.

Yelp
Super clean and comfortable 2bd 1ba apartment. Excellent value for those traveling in groups. Owner Mark was very friendly and helpful with pointing out directions and points of interest. Convenient location close to Safeway, restaurants and the touristy attractions. The full kitchen is great for families or groups traveling and trying to save on dining out. The unpaved parking lot gives the place a bit of a rustic feel but we didn't mind. Lots of nearby restaurants but we particularly liked the Texas BBQ place just one block away. Super clean and quaint town. We would definitely stay there again. Happy Traveling!!

Yelp
I am not sure how my experience was so different than the other reviewers. I chose this motel, rather than our usual Marriott, based on the reviews of awesome hospitality. I was encouraged by an email the day before arrival asking about our estimated arrival time, which I responded to promptly as the 3:00 check in time. However, when we arrived the next day the office door was closed and locked. We waited for 20 minutes or so, and then called the number on our reservation and left a voicemail. I did receive a call back 10 minutes later and someone showed up to check us in about 15 minutes after that. I can say that the one bedroom unit was spacious and clean. There was also coffee, olive oil for cooking and laundry pods for the in-room washer and dryer. All were nice touches. The outdoor space with the communal patio area and grills was also a nice touch. Wasn't expecting beer bottle, beer can, discarded mask trash in the outdoor space though. Yuck. The motel was also in a nice location for an easy walk to many places to eat. Because Antelope Canyon/ Horseshoe Bend/ Glen Canyon damn was a surprise birthday trip for my partner, this motel was chosen thinking we would get some guidance for a good fishing location. It was a disappointment that other than the gal that finally came to check us in, we had no contact with any motel personnel at all during our two night stay. Maybe if I hadn't had higher expectations it wouldn't have felt like such a let down....

Yelp
The best clean comfortable affordable I love it staff were great only stay here You'll thank me

Yelp
Mark was extremely nice, both phone during the booking process and even more so in person. We were checking in on Thanksgiving Day and he left dinner with his family to get me set up (they have door codes so he gave that to us before we were even charged for the room, just so we could start unloading the car). Granted, he was a little late (he texted he would be at the office in 5 minutes, but it was more like 20). When he did get there, he was in no rush and completely took his time, going out of his way to ask if we have activities booked, if he can offer any advice or help, and even about personal restaurant recommendations. We had a 2 bedroom apartment, 1 bath, with a full kitchen (not gas but electric coil stove, though! Not a huge deal for our trip but FYI). The wifi was very fast, and the apartment was spacious and homey. The only thing missing from the basic amenities was conditioner - there was soap, shampoo, etc, but just no conditioner!

Yelp
First off, Mark (the owner), is a really great guy. Very accommodating. Great to chat with too! The motel itself is cozy. We were in a smaller room and then upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment. Eat in Kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms and bathroom with an outdoor BBQ area. Very "homey". I totally recommend this place! Extremely close to restaurants and Lake Powell itself. Quick drive to the marina! TWO THUMBS WAY UP! Thank you, Mark!!!

Yelp
Third year staying here and we love it!!!! Always so clean, comfortable and relaxed. We love cooking on the bbq and eating on the patio. The owner Mark is so awesome- he will make sure you have everything that you need. We love having a full kitchen to cook in and a 2 bedroom apartment is cheaper than most hotel rooms. You also get to hear great live music from the BBQ joint next door on the weekends. Score! You can't beat it! Love this place!!!!

Yelp
We were lucky enough to get a room here for two nights during the crazy summer of 2020! WOW, such an awesome place and the owner was exceptionally helpful. My family loved how much space we had during our stay and the location is perfect in the heart of town (and next to a really good bar-b-que joint too!). This will now be my only go-to when I stay in Page to explore the area and enjoy the amazing outdoors nearby (Lake Powell and all the off-road trails for starters!).

Yelp
Choosing to stay at the Lake Powell Motel was the difference between what could have been a mediocre visit to Lake Powell (during a pandemic), to an extraordinary adventure all thanks to Mark, the owner. (SO much as closed and unaccessible due to Covid) He set us up in full apartment comfort. SO clean. He pointed us to locations we never would have know about. He took us on one of his INCREDIBLE off road Jeep trips. (Do it!!) The hospitality was off the charts. We had a brilliant time, and we feel we gained a friend in the process. Location is fantastic! (The smell of BBQ from the place behind us was GREAT) VERY affordable. Honestly, he could charge more for what you get. Comfortable and clean. Delightful. Loved sitting outside under the pergolas too. We will be back!!!!

Yelp
We arrived in Page, AZ from monument valley past 6pm and without hotel reservation. So we started calling all over to get a room for the night but all of them are fully book or too expensive, we saw this lake Powell motel so we gave it a try, as soon as Jake answer the call he told me that he might have a cancellation so we went to find him and he made sure that the previous reservation is cancelled. So finally we got ourselves an apartment with 2 bedroom with 2 bath fully furnished, newly renovated, brand appliances, smells clean, toiletry, kitchen utensils and laundry supplies are available and free wifi. This placed is well worth it compare to other hotels in the area Jake is very helpful, honest and gave us tips on going to Antelope Valley. Thanks Jake.

Heidi H.

Yelp
Owner gave us a 2 bedroom apartment! Full kitchen, beautifully tiled bathroom, freshly remodeled, and even has a huge chaise lounge sectional couch and a living room! We sort of want to move in!

Yelp
This place is great. It's basically an apartment for the price of a hotel. Very friendly and clean

Yelp
We came here during Memorial weekend without a hotel reservation just to explore Horseshoe Bend and Antelope Canyon. After our hike, all hotels and motels were fully booked and we got worried that we may have to either sleep in our car or drive back to Vegas. Luckily I found Lake Powell Motel on yelp and called. They had one room left and was half the price of what everyone else was charging. I couldn't believe the value we paid and the amazing hospitality received from the owner. Checking in was a breeze, we got more information to do other tours if they are booked, and the place was amazing. I've never felt so much love in a motel. I don't consider this a motel, more like an apartment or a family house. Every inch of this place was adorable, kept clean, and had a lot of thoughtfulness. The main thing I love most about this place is that no matter what day of the year, holiday or not, they do not bump up their rate!

Joy K.

Yelp
This hotel is one of our favorites in the Page, AZ area. We stay every April and November every year. It is very neat and clean. Quite, pleasant atmosphere, nice and caring people in charge. We leave things neat and clean before we go. When we arrive everything is clean.

Lauren B.

Yelp
Cute little place for a great price! We got an entire apartment with 2 rooms, a kitchen, bath, and living room. The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. No complaints from our group! Mark was kind enough to stay 30 minutes later than usual so we could check in after normal hours. He's really friendly and has great recommendations about what to do in the area. Definitely would stay here again if I ever come back to Page.

Yelp
What a great find. We were looking for a place to stay as we explored all the wonderful sites Antelope Valley has to offer. This place was very reasonably priced and offered an apartment like setting with two bedrooms a kitchen and living room. Very clean and modern. The best part was the proprietor Mark. He new everything about the area and was happy to share. Places to go, things to see, places to eat, ways to stay safe. Thanks Mark we had a great visit.

George S.

Yelp
This place is great. Mark gave us great advice on what to do at Lake Powell since it was a last minute trip. The place is super clean and very spacious. At first I was a little worried because it didn't seem like the greatest neighborhood but it turned out to be fine. The room is stocked with everything you need and more than enough room. The beds were comfortable and clean. We will definitely be back.

Ella S.

Yelp
Clean nice apartments. Great service. You can get it for cheaper than a La Quinta and it has 2 rooms ,a kitchen ,a bathroom , and a living room with a tv and free WiFi

Kristina W.

Yelp
Clean freak type A here: Super happy with this place! Was looking for a good deal with a clean space and this was it. Mark was awesome and was easy to communicate with. Check in was flexible and easy. Spacious clean apartment style room is what we stayed in. Can't say enough positive things!

Yelp
Amazing trip to Page, AZ! Our 2 bedroom apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bonus for me was the incredible tour Mark took us on! We rode in his jeep for about 30 minutes. When we stopped, we took our shoes off and walked barefoot in a beautiful stream for a few hours. My friend and I had hiked the Grand Canyon the day before and the water and sand felt like a foot massage on our sore feet. It was so relaxing and peaceful. My only disappointment was we only stayed one night. I could easily spent a week there touring around. Thanks Mark for your hospitality! You're the best!

Richard S.

Yelp
Bang for the Buck, room was very clean, Thanks Mark (New Owner).

Jill S.

Yelp
This motel was so much better than I had even expected based upon reading previous reviews. We booked a two bedroom apartment. Very clean and spacious. Had all the amenities that we could want. It gave my two young kids room to move around. Would not hesitate to recommend this motel to anyone. We wish we were staying another night!

Beverly L.

Yelp
The owner, Mark Corimer, is a friendly and helpful person. The apartment was clean and updated. The kitchen was well stocked with everything that was needed for a four night stay. As a cat lover, I especially enjoyed the resident cat Clawdia. I will definitely recommend to my friends and I will stay there again.

Nolan H.

Yelp
Jake (the owner) was super nice, and extremely helpful. He gave us the best advice on where to eat and what to do. I suggest if you plan on visiting page that you book your stay here and talk to him before you reserve any tours or activities. He knows page. And the room was awesomely priced and had everything I could need. It was like being in an apartment, not just a hotel. Coffee maker and coffee, fridge, kitchenette, and super clean.

E N.

Yelp
Great place to stay. We had two bedrooms a kitchen, huge living room, free Wi-Fi and full bath for much less money than we have paid anywhere else recently. The place was clean and the owner was very, very helpful. He had us look at the place to make sure we were happy before he did any paperwork. From the outside the place needs more work but it is happening. There are full landscaping plans and it should look a bit more inviting from the outside soon. Do not let the outside deter you. The place was clean, spacious, close to lots of restaurants, and very reasonably priced. Jake also gave us great information about the area and told us about Horseshoe Bend. That was a great morning walk.

Charles C.

Yelp
Because the Lake Powell Motel was full, Mark, the owner, invited us to stay in his own home. He calls it The Hopi House B&B. At first we were a bit wary about staying in the innkeeper's home, but Mark very quickly put us fully and completely at ease. Before we met Mark, I was a bit nervous that we would be causing him inconvenience, or that staying in his private residence might inconvenience us. Neither was true. He met us when we arrived, even though his "day job" is at his Lake Powell Motel. He was immediately personable, extremely kind, and immeasurably knowledgeable about the vicinity. We occupied the upstairs, and Mark came and went as he chose from his downstairs residence. I could go on at length about the excellent breakfasts, and about how solicitously he catered to our preferences. He met all our needs as though doing so were no big deal for him. We were completely at ease. Because Mark was relaxed about our being there, we felt as though we could be equally relaxed. The room was homey, very clean and totally comfortable. The price was extremely competitive. Since my purpose in Page was to photograph Antelope Canyon, I had a hundred questions for Mark. His firsthand knowledge of the procedures on the Navajo Reservation, and of many photographers who had been guests, gave me a considerable advantage over other photographers who arrived at the site without prior preparation. He offered recommendations for restaurants and other services that were spot-on. He made his computer available to us, and met every need we had. Either the Lake Powell Motel or the Hopi House B&B would be an excellent choice if you need lodging near Page, Arizona.

Scott G.

Yelp
GREAT place to stay. Love the service. Really welcoming and friendly ownership. Will stay here again.

Jessica B.

Yelp
Saw this place on trip advisor and was very dubious, but with so many positive reviews I decided to contact him. Speaking to Jake, I was impressed by how friendly he was, as well as how willing he was to give recommendations for tours/activities, etc. I booked a room through airbnb and he was very quick to respond to any questions I had and was exceedingly accommodating. He was really pleasant to talk to and so willing to share about the area, I think we ended up chatting for about an hour. The place I booked was a 2 bedroom apartment and was in immaculate shape, very beautifully remodeled, comfortable and clean. If I'm ever in Page again, this is the only place I will consider staying.

Elise C.

Yelp
If you're looking for a place near Antelope Canyon or between Monument Valley and Bryce Canyon to stay for a couple of nights, you better choose Page and the Lake Powell Motel. We called just two days before our arrival and Justin was able to find us a very clean little room with TV / refrigerator for a great price. Plus, Justin was super nice and funny, which is so cool when you've just drove for 2359 billions miles. He even called several restaurants to make sure I could eat the mac'n cheese I was craving for. Definitely one of the best places we stayed during our road trip in Arizona / Utah this spring.

Tyler E.

Yelp
This was a fantastic place. Justin, the owner, was very accommodating and nice and made sure that we had everything we needed. I visited antelope canyon to propose to my girlfriend, and I couldn't have asked for a better place to have stayed during my visit. Justin bought a bunch of old apartments and turned them into a motel. So inside each room there is plenty of space; there's a kitchen, a large living room, a good-sized bathroom and great bed. It may appear a little weird at first from the outside, I even asked my fiancé if she wanted to go somewhere else when I first pulled up; but we were both extremely happy to have just gone in anyways to give it a try. The Motel is also within walking distance of a couple of nice restaurants as well. Best part is you probably won't find a better deal in the area either. It was very affordable and I feel like we got the best bang for the buck. Justin is awesome, and very friendly. He helped me plan and organize the next days events for my special day. If you are going to visit Page, stay here! You won't regret it. If you don't believe this one review, check out the reviews on trip advisor. They will all say the same thing, and he is the highest rated place in the area, which is why I initially chose the place.
