Lakeshore Hotel Hsinchu Metropolis

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel during my business trip. The room was spacious and very comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a long day of work. Breakfast was a real highlight: extremely varied, delicious, and always very fresh. What truly made the difference, though, was the efficiency and friendliness of the staff — always helpful, professional, and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to return.

The hotel is very clean and has a convenient location, making it easy to get around.We would especially like to commend Cathy Lin for her excellent service. We encountered an unfortunate situation with another hotel guest, and she handled the matter with great professionalism and care. She resolved the issue promptly and even upgraded our room, which we truly appreciated.Cathy is also very attentive and proactive—always quick to respond and ready to step forward to assist whenever needed. Her service made a big difference to our stay. Highly recommended.

Great stay overall! The hotel is a bit far from the train station, but it’s next to Big City mall which has a shuttle bus to and from the station, so it’s very convenient. Staff were super friendly and helpful — we checked in late around 10 p.m. and they even offered a late checkout. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable with USB and Type-C charging. Breakfast was delicious with lots of variety, though a bit crowded. Highly recommend!

Good location, short walk to Big City mall. Room was clean and big. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast spread. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely pick this hotel if I'm back to Hsinchu again.

Room was so so like 3.5 stars hotel. But the breakfast was good as it provided many options for Taiwanese cuisines.

Hotel feels new. Room is modern and spacious. Near city area and convenient store.

The stay here was nice and quiet. The room fit our family well. The breakfast was good, but kind of expensive for what it was. The staff were very helpful. It cost 100ntd use a self service laundry downstairs. Personally I’d just use the laundromat on the corner down the road for the same price and they will do it for you. All in all, a solid place to stay.
