The stay here was nice and quiet. The room fit our family well. The breakfast was good, but kind of expensive for what it was. The staff were very helpful. It cost 100ntd use a self service laundry downstairs. Personally I’d just use the laundromat on the corner down the road for the same price and they will do it for you. All in all, a solid place to stay.

After spending so much for the room, to find out that the isn't working well. Even with 2 fans still feeling humid. Requested to switch room unsuccessful. According to the staff, all the room is fully occupied. Trying to compensate us with mere sparkling water.

The room is very clean and quiet. The bathroom, however, is a bit dated and has limited space for "ladies' toiletries and makeup." The sink area is small, so you may need to place your items outside the bathroom. They use an old-fashioned shower curtain to prevent water from splashing around the bathroom, which I haven't seen in a while. Aside from the bathroom, I have no complaints about the overall experience.

Always appreciate to stay in this Hotel since the bed and also pillow quality is excellent. The breakfast selection is great, also the quality is good. The only dish I am a bit missing, is a noodle soup. The Hotel is surrounded by various food stalls and shops, everything you may need is in a Wallung distance. Staff is ver friendly and kind. I would appreciate if there would be a seating possibilty at the Smoking corner, the rest is awesome for the Price. I will come back

This hotel is a gem for business travelers. The staff's exceptional service shone brightest during my first earthquake experience in Taiwan. Despite the late hour, they patiently explained the situation and comforted me. The rooms were impeccably clean, adding to the overall memorable experience. Located in downtown, it's surrounded by diverse food options and is conveniently near a large shopping mall. Bonus: the receptionists are fluent in Japanese, making communication a breeze. Highly recommended for a comfortable and convenient stay in Taiwan.

This is the third time we are staying at this hotel on our visit of family in Hsinchu. We love the location and its close proximity to restaurants, convenience stores, and the shopping mall Big City. The service has always been great and this time, we arrived earlier than the allotted check-in hours but were not only given a room but also upgraded to a family room without promoting. The breakfast offered at the restaurant is superb, with lots of Asian and Western options. We made the mistake of not adding the breakfast option to our hotel reservation so have been paying onsite and it's pricy. The room has been kept well and clean though the bathroom is a bit dated. Overall, it's a great hotel in terms of value.

Mixed Experience: Great Staff, Good Food, but NO Airconditioned in Premier Room I recently stayed at this hotel with my family during CHRISTMAS, and while the overall experience had its positive aspects, a significant issue left us with a less-than-ideal stay. One of the highlights of our visit was the morning reception staff who were incredibly kind, accommodating, and proficient in English. Their warm welcome set a positive tone for the day, and we appreciated their efforts to make our stay enjoyable. The culinary offerings at the hotel were another positive aspect. The food was not only delicious but also exceeded our expectations. The dining experience was definitely a highlight of our stay. However, the major downside was the absence of air conditioning in our Premier Room. Despite paying for a more upscale accommodation suitable for families, the lack of AC proved to be a significant inconvenience. The room became excessively hot, making it uncomfortable for both us and our baby. Consequently, our little one was restless, and our attempts at a good night's sleep were thwarted by the stifling heat. In an attempt to address the issue, I contacted the night receptionist early in the evening, around 6 pm. I requested a room change, as I suspected a malfunction in our room's air conditioning. To my surprise, the receptionist informed me that the entire building was without air conditioning. Skeptical, I randomly asked guests on other rooms, and they confirmed having functioning AC in their rooms. This inconsistency left me perplexed, as it seemed that the hotel's policy or procedure for addressing malfunctioning room amenities was unclear. In other hotels, it is common practice to relocate guests when essential facilities like air conditioning are not working properly. While the exceptional service from the morning receptionists and the delectable food were positive aspects, the discomfort caused by the lack of air conditioning in our Premier Room overshadowed our overall experience. For a hotel, ensuring a comfortable stay for guests ismost important, and we hope that the management addresses this issue to enhance the quality of future stays.

One of the best hotel I ever stayed. Even though it stated that it is 3 star hotel, I felt that it should be a 4 star hotel. The room issued to us come with a bathtub, the toilet bowl comes with auto bidet seat. The room size was big, clean and the bed was comfortable. The view from the room was nice and we could see the city of Hsinchu. Super plus point, the drinks at the fringe were free for us as guests. What a nice gesture by the hotel. The staff is very nice and friendly. The customer service staff will take time to explain the facilities available in the hotel. timing for buffet breakfast, where to go for breakfast, how to scan your card to take lift and reach your room. Especially when returning hotel late in the night, the staff at the counter will watch and ensure only guests are taking the lift. Feeling safe staying in this hotel. Even the chambermaid will leave her name card and advise guest to call her if we need any assistance regarding the room. The breaskfast served was super great. Taste delicious and nice . Plus A lot of variety available to choose. Another great thing, it is located next to a mega shopping centre, Big C. Plus, it take less than 5min of travelling time via bus to HsinChu TRA station. Will visit this hotel again when next time I visit HsinChu City again
