Lakeside Chalet, Mumbai - Marriott Executive Apartments

Nice and cozy apartment, giving a feel of home. Well maintained suites, right in the middle of Mumbai. Nice restaurant serving good breakfast. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Overall a great feeling, very different from hotel rooms. Would definitely come back to stay again!

She ensured my daughter had everything she needed to prepare for her exam the next day, and the thoughtful good-luck note was such a lovely touch.||The personal care and warmth we received—especially from the Front Desk team—was beyond what we expected. Every interaction was filled with genuine kindness and well wishes for my daughter, which meant a lot to us.||The food was absolutely delightful, with so many choices that we were truly spoiled.||All in all, I felt like royalty, surrounded by such a wonderful team. Thank you once again for making our stay so memorable!

Staying at the chalet was an unforgettable experience! It was our wedding night, and the team went above and beyond to make it special with beautiful decorations, a complimentary cake, and champagne. Their hospitality didn’t stop there—they even arranged an additional dinner for us when we arrived late and were hungry. The attention to detail and thoughtful gestures made our stay truly memorable. We had the most amazing long stay holiday at the chalet apartments . |The apartments itself was luxurious, with all the amenities of a 5 star Marriott standard . |All the staff were warm ,welcoming and always helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them . |Thanks to Dipti and rest of staff at the reception who were always to hand and very helpful indeed . |Security staff were always pleasant and helpful. |The breakfast and dinner at Crimson were exceptional and service was impeccable by all the staff. |The daily house keeping staff ,Durgesh and Poonam made sure rooms were clean and water bottles and toiletries stocked up daily. |The property is well maintained inside and outside with beautiful views of a exotic resort feel .|We celebrated our 55th wedding anniversary , and the staff surprised us with a cake and decorations which made our trip even more special .|Every Saturday we had a free high tea and outdoor cinema experience which was thoroughly enjoyable.|I highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a quiet ,luxurious peaceful stay in Mumbai next to the Westin Powai Hotel .|We were allowed to use the facilities at the Hotel.|Special Thanks to Behzad who made it possible for us to extend our stay.|We look forward to coming back very soon.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights, and while the stay itself was comfortable, we were very disappointed to discover that the car jack (used for changing tires) was missing from our vehicle after we returned home. It was securely stored in the car before our stay, so we strongly suspect it was stolen while the car was parked at the hotel. Security and guest property safety should be a top priority, and unfortunately, this experience left us feeling quite let down.

A 25 year old property still thriving is a good sign of its upkeep. The views are stunning for a start. The room is well appointed and suited for a longer stay. Why keep the hair dryer next to the EWC, can be kept next to the sink. Living room is good with a nice work table. Kitchenette is very functional and would be useful for more than 3 day stay. Bed area was designed probably designed in pre mobile phone days, considering the location of the charger point. Overall room was fresh and well equipped with kettle and coffee/tea. Breakfast area facing the garden was good. One of the local favourites, kanda poha was kept away from the Indian cuisine amidst the Danish and the pastries. On a lighter note, Why I have trust issues with the place? I almost missed eating the local delicacy because it was not amongst the Desi breakfast items. Please move it into the appropriate section. Probably just me!

We checked into the Marriott Lakeside chalet on our recent trip to India in May 2025 and we had the best experience of all times. 🥰 Lovely apartment styled hotel rooms, spacious, comfortable and fully fitted. We were travelling with our almost 20 month old baby 👶🏼 and wanted to have access to a cooktop in case we want to cook or heat baby food in a jiffy. Not only do they have cooktop, the apartment styled rooms have microwave, oven, dishwasher and access to a washing machine and dryer as well. 👏🏻 Their housekeeping is timely which means your rooms always made up and has fresh towels and linen. Their front of desk staff are friendly, professional and know how to take care of your every need. Ms. Dipti was exceptional and went above and beyond to care for our family. 👍🏻 Being a mother herself she could relate to us and provide tips on how to make this travel and stay for our baby more comfortable. Restaurant Crimson is very good and has a fabulous breakfast buffet with a variety of international and local foods to try. We also ordered through their room service menu which was really tasty too. You can also use Amenities of the nearby Westin hotel if you check into the Marriott Chalet hotel. Overall a great staycation for the Madnani family!! Will surely return with a larger group next time. 💕🥰🙏🏻
