Lakeside Chalet, Mumbai - Marriott Executive Apartments

We had never done a staycation at a serviced apartment property before. So, we decided to take a chance on Lakeside Chalet Marriot Service Apartments, Powai for my husband's birthday and we loved it. We chose the lake view option and it had a beautiful view of Powai lake. With a living room, a microwave, dishwasher, essential cutlery, a spacious bedroom, it felt like home away from home. The room service was prompt and good, housekeeping too was surprisingly fast. We used to go to Westin, which is on the same property for breakfast. Special thanks to Dipti from the front office who made us feel very welcome, gracefully allowed us to invite family over for dinner and organised a lovely cake for my husband for his birthday. After a long time (and we travel a lot), we were impressed by a front office staff member. We will definitely stay at this property again and recommend it to others,

The overall experience at the hotel was quite disappointing. The room were not well maintained, with a persistent unpleasant smell and visible stains in the toilet. Basic amenities like face towels and floor towels had to be requested repeatedly. the breakfast spread was poor, and items-especially fruits - were not refilled unless asked several times. The staff appered poorly trained and lacked attentiveness, Additionally, the air conditioning in my sisters room was not functioning. Despite multiple complains, it wasn't fixed for two full days. It was finally addressed on the third day, but only after repeated follows-ups. Given all tese issues , i would definitely not consider staying at this hotel again

Nice and cozy apartment, giving a feel of home. Well maintained suites, right in the middle of Mumbai. Nice restaurant serving good breakfast. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Overall a great feeling, very different from hotel rooms. Would definitely come back to stay again!

She ensured my daughter had everything she needed to prepare for her exam the next day, and the thoughtful good-luck note was such a lovely touch.||The personal care and warmth we received—especially from the Front Desk team—was beyond what we expected. Every interaction was filled with genuine kindness and well wishes for my daughter, which meant a lot to us.||The food was absolutely delightful, with so many choices that we were truly spoiled.||All in all, I felt like royalty, surrounded by such a wonderful team. Thank you once again for making our stay so memorable!

The property is set in a beautiful location, is very well maintained, and offers comfortable rooms. The hospitality is excellent and the food is decent, making for a pleasant and satisfying stay

My recent stay at Lakeside Chalet, Powai, was disappointing. The front desk staff treated guests like we were imposing, despite booking a 2BHK apartment at ₹30,000 per day. Their attitude was unwelcoming. Additionally, the staff expected tips for basic services—the bellboy wouldn't leave without ₹200, and housekeeping demanded ₹500 daily. When I mentioned paying the next day, they claimed to have prior commitments. Given the high price and poor service, I'd recommend exploring alternatives like the Grand Hyatt Mumbai hotel and residences, which offers better value.

Staff is very welcoming and very helpful.. everyone has smile on their face which make easy in communicating. Even the housekeeping staff were so much accommodating with all the request. I would definitely recommend for longterm stay.

I have stayed at the Marriott Apartments a no. Of times over the years and every time, the staff has gone out of their way to take care of things.|During my stay with my family, the staff took amazing care and accommodated all our requests with a smile.|Special mention to their Manager Dipti, who was an excellent support through out.
