Look, don’t over think this. Sure, the food is slightly more expensive than anywhere else in town. But get this pal, it’s WAY better. And if the weather’s any good, you’re sitting on the best outdoor patio in Southern Alberta, I kid you not. Even if the wind is up or the rain’s coming down, the wall of windows is pure vista, you dig? Get there in the evening and your mealtime companion is the sun glancing off Vimy Peak, and the undulating waters of Upper Waterton Lake. I could bore you with descriptions of the food, but clue in man, it doesn’t matter. And don’t get me wrong, the food IS good (and the wine is priced lower than in comparable Calgary high-end restaurants), but you didn’t come to Waterton for the food, you came for the mountains. Gaze on brother. (Awesome staff too, and I'm not talking about the deadly wizard stick I found on my hike along the Akamina Ridge).
