Thank you Lakeside Grille for making my fiancé birthday dinner so special this evening! First, our server, Shannon, was simply the best. He was on the ball all evening and calm, cool and collected despite having multiple tables. Shannon checked with the kitchen on not having pico de gallo in the Fiesta Salad since I don't like tomatoes, which I sincerely appreciated. He even gave my fiancé a birthday dessert of his choice on the house at the end of the meal, complete with a candle to blow out! Shannon, thank you for making dinner extra special tonight. For $63, we had the brussel sprouts, fiesta salad, bleu cheese and steak alfredo, and two soft drinks. The food was delicious! Brussel sprouts had a light sriracha butter that added a little heat, the pasta was tasty and steak cut with ease. The salad could have benefited from more dressing, less lettuce and more black beans, corn and Mexican rice because the filling was so good. Very reasonable prices for such a nice restaurant on the lake with excellent service. The restaurant has beautiful decor with exposed beams, industrial lighting and comfortable seating. Beautiful views! Lakeside Grille at Rocky Gap is a must-stop restaurant whether you're staying at the resort or in the area!

We waited a little bit as we had no reservations and it was well worth the wait! The food was amazing as was the service. Some reviews mention high cost but the prices actually reflect reality these days. I would eat here again!

4 Stars – Good Food, Friendly Service & Beautiful Lake Views Lakeside Grille offers a consistently enjoyable dining experience, combining good food, attentive service, and scenic views of the lake from many of the dining room’s windows. Its location, right inside the Rocky Gap Casino Resort, makes it incredibly convenient—you never need to leave the property to enjoy a satisfying meal any time of day. We’ve had breakfast, lunch, and dinner here on different occasions, and each visit has been solid across the board. The shift from a buffet-style setup to a full-service restaurant feels like a welcome upgrade, creating a more relaxed and refined atmosphere. Whether you’re stopping in after gaming or just enjoying the resort, Lakeside Grille is definitely worth a visit.

We had breakfast twice and dinner once. Service was outstanding! So friendly and food came out quickly! We got seated pretty fast. Our burgers at dinner were so delicious!

Updating my review as I had previously only had breakfast but have now had dinner. They only serve breakfast and dinner, no lunch menu but they're open during that time. Breakfast is great especially if you're staying the night. It's tasty, prices are reasonable and a good selection to choose from. It can get busy for breakfast and dinner so be patient or make reservations, have never had to wait too long. Dinner we ate early (and fortunately because when we finished we heard the host telling others a 2 hour wait for non-reservations on a Friday night). Service was good, waiter friendly, food timely, hot and accurate. It wasn't the best food I've ever had but not bad. We didn't get any dessert or drinks, but perhaps another time. All in all a solid choice, worth going to at least once especially if you're staying on premises.

This place has nothing else going for it other than the atmosphere. The view is nice and it’s clean and spacious. The service is severely lacking. We waited 5-10 for a hostess to even show up meanwhile other employees were on their phones on the waiting bench and unwilling to offer an help or get the hostess. Once seated the waitress took another few minutes to show up. She took our drink order after explaining she had no idea what beers were on tap and spent 10 minutes getting 1 beer. After we ordered, food took over 30 minutes to come out and was looked decent. However it had no seasoning whatsoever, especially the rice. Even plain white rice tastes way better. Sides for one dish were completely wrong, the crab cake was tiny (we only had one on the plate so looking at other pictures they just didn’t feel like giving us the second one) and served with 3 tiny 3 inch pieces of asparagus. The Chimichurri steak was way over cooked and chewy. This place is not worth anyone’s time or money.

Stopped in and tried Lakeside while meeting family in the area. The atmosphere is great with stunning views! The food was good and the staff was super friendly. We were the only family with kids at the time, and they gave them a free dessert for behaving so well. We will return for sure.

My husband and I are vacationing at Rocky Gap Hotel and Casino. This morning we had breakfast at the Lakeside Restaurant. The food was outstanding!! Tameka, our server, was exceptional! She was pleasant and our service was great! Stephanie, the manager seated us. She was so kind and a true pleasure to chat with! We were, however, very surprised by the wait time to be seated. My husband and I only noticed 3 servers and no employees bussing the tables. We had no idea that Stephanie was the manager until we asked someone. She was really hustling to clear and prepare the table in addition to seating customers. She and the other women who were taking care of everything; cleaning off the tables, wiping everything down, taking orders and delivering the food. They were impressive but I can only imagine how difficult it must be to handle all of those responsibilities. My husband and I can’t imagine how challenging it must be for the staff especially with the busy season approaching. Kudos to Stephanie and her team!!!
