Lakeside

I only gave 4 stars because when I first moved here they were under different management. My move wasn’t smooth due to no maintenance staff at all .But Mrs Gloria an Javier are my favorites . They really get the job done. Mrs Gloria is a rare find for a Manager . I appreciate her . She understands the human side of things. She will work with you if you communicate your issue or situation to her. Javier had never let me down when it comes to a maintenance issues. He stays on top of request.He’s very professional ,polite.

I have lived here for 2+ years now and I don't plan on moving anytime soon. This is a very clean kept up mobile home park. And the staff in the office are awesome if you have a problem you just call and they resolve it immediately. And Magna is the best she treats her home renters/owners as if they were her own family. I would give 100 stars if I could.

Too pricey, always going up on lot rent.

Magda is dirty and low down a lair and a crook! She claims to be Christian but she's not! She told me my rent was 750.00 but on paperwork it was 650.00! This was last year where is the rest of the money!! Before I moved in she was supposed to fix this skirting around the trailer and never did, the floor in the kitchen is sinking I told her about it nothing was done and the bathroom smells like poop I told her about that also! She tricked me into buying this place and everthing was rotton! Had me paying all this money and she owes money! They all a bunch of crooks! Also in January I lost my job, so I was behind on rent so I went chapter 13 so I wouldn't lose anything, don't you know she was trying to evict me! My lawyer called her and told her if you evicts me while I'm on chapter 13 that she will be paying for me a place to stay she hung up on him! She's very unprofessional she tells so many lies that she don't know what she saying and can't remember nothing she told you! I thought she was my friend but she was never my friend! Telling people what goes on in your home it's non of her business! Also management needs overlook those books because I'm not the only one she got!! It's a lot of people over here at lakeside saying how dirty she is. She's good at about getting you telling you what want to hear and then soon as you getting you in she so quick to evict you also!! Something needs to be done Magda is a terrible person! So if your trying to move to plantation Estates or Lakeside think again!! She call herself being through with me because I told her that put lakeside on chapter 13 so know when she sees me she won't even speak so childish! Unhappy camper! 😠😠

The management team and maintenance team are awesome. I moved in a month ago and they have really taken care of me. I love my new home and the lakeside, Plantation Estates team. They are my new family.

Yea..... Big changes from a year ago since i moved here..... So my advice is: Don't do it! Find somewhere else. They are so disorganized and never communicate anything to you. When you try to call them out on their mistake they act like its not their fault. The manager Magna Smythe is a little trickster she wants to be your friend first then she flips on you. She just need to retire and go enjoy life and let the big boys handle this for real.

I only give this place on one star it really deserves zero because I need to write a review the male.u waitr hear from there lending company.lending.comlany approve me but they can't get a title to a tailer so.they tell.oh I can rent the they denied me so took money twice not far

Back in 2015 I bought a trailer there lived there for about 2 years and I enjoyed it the park was very family-oriented very nice somewhere and family can be raised safely.
