Lakeside Lodge

Nice lodge available for small events & gatherings with great view of Sharon Woods Lake. Banquet tables & chairs inside the lodge with picnic tables outside & a grill available for use during your event. Electricity and fans available inside as well. While the lodge isn't air conditioned, there are fans mounted at the ceiling & the lakeside windows can be opened to help with air circulation. Even on a humid day like yesterday the loshe was comfortable for our event.

Beautiful scenery, friendly staff. Fantastic prices for booking! This is a wonderful spot for a wedding, family reunion, or just a get together. I would recommend booking far in advance though as it books rather quickly. Best in fall in my opinion.

It's a beautiful stone building tucked away by the lake. Peaceful lunchtime escape.

Super cute park, love the lake! It’s huge. We’ve been here a dozen of times and enjoy it very much! They have clean bathrooms- pleasant surprise, and nice seating areas all around the playground. The biggest downfall is that it’s usually overcrowded- especially on hot summer days and/or holiday, it’s to be expected but this is on a whole other level of overcrowded!

Sharon Woods is great, one of the best parks I have been to. I often come here with my family. Trail, bbq, boating, whatever you want. The rest rooms are open always. I want to give them more than 5 star!

We really loved the lakeside lodge. We rented it for 2 days, because the second day is 1/2 off which was well worth it for decorating. Every month they have an open house on the second Saturday of the month which was great for planning because we could bring decor to try out and set the tables up the way we wanted beforehand and have pictures for day of set up. We got married December 21st, so we were afraid it wouldn't be warm in the hall since every visit it was freezing, however leaving the heaters on for just a few hours warmed the place up really well. The bathrooms were "cleaned" right before we got there however they smelled worse after the cleaning and the floors were sticky so we had to reclean them when we got there and soak everything with febreeze. The oven does not stay on, it continued to shut off which was not great for our caterer. The stove top and fridge worked fine. You are not allowed to park at the bottom near the hall which sucks because of the far walk but we made it work. The staff are very kind and easy to work with too. Overall for the price and everything, it turned out really well and it was truly a fairy tail wedding.

Sharon Woods is without a doubt the best park in all of Cincinnati. The Sharon Woods Lakeside Lodge is a building right on the lake which you can rent out for events such as family reunions, a rendezvous spot after golf tournaments, etc. It is easily accessible from Kemper Road and does not require a Hamilton County Parks sticker to visit. Recommended.

One of the best natural trials in northern Cincinnati. Must visit if you like trail walking, boating and picnic. Best part is the trail takes you to multiple tunnels, ups and downs which forms excellent ambience for trail walkers
