Lakesong Resort

This resort has a wonderful backwater feel about it, and the canal that runs through it is great for rowing boats inside the hotel. The rooms are comfortable. The cuisine is delicious. The room service is excellent. Additionally, they offer a complimentary one-hour sunset cruise. The hotel's inadequate plumbing system was one of our main problems. For hours, the water in the restrooms was not flowing.The other issue was that the employees were unwelcoming and unfriendly. Not encouraging, somewhat impolite. Otherwise, the view, swimming, and stay are all pleasant.

Resort is very nice, right on the shores of the backwaters with excellent views. The service was excellent and the hotel offers a complimentary boat ride and a whole host of activities to do when there. Rooms are nice and clean but not overly luxurious. Restaurant was reasonable quality for buffet style, but 2 - 3x the price of other local places for about the same style of food.

Wonderful location for group stay and happy family fun times. Boating was a good experience. Excellent food (Jain as well) and service! The mini hall is a good facility for intimate family gatherings. Ambience is superb. The resort is well maintained. Thank you!

Superb location on bank of backwaters It's beautifully made and gives a traditional Kerala look. Rooms are decent and sufficient for two people Complete Green around and a very peaceful place. Kind of 4 star property Regarding food, its routine spread includes a mix of South Indian and North Indian with a variety of breads and salads

We had a great time here, it felt very relaxed in beautiful surroundings. The room was great and the complimentary boat ride really nice. We also used the spa,excellent,and the Canoe,for a short paddle round the resort,great fun. You can easily walk into town from the resort.

Too good. Plenty of activties, you will never get bored. Nice views, greens, waters. Very nice food as well, Rooms are good as well. Bathroom infra can be improved a bit.

The place is beautiful. It is a real resort, not some two bit lodge which has added the word to its name. Very well landscaped and maintained. Staff are friendly and polite and service is great. The restaurant is par excellence and a delight for one’s palate (buffet only). They served new items every day for our three day stay, unlike other hotels where some items are repeated the next day. The pool is good, not too big but it’s fine. The kids pool is actually more fun 😀. We went for a boat ride which was OK (not as stellar as other experiences). What was not great was the bathroom in the rooms itself. Water flows out from the bath area to the other part of the washroom and that wasn’t great at all. This was a problem across multiple rooms. The mini hall is spacious to seat 40-50 pax.
