Laksasubha Hua Hin

We had a nice time at the resort overall – the location is great and the beach is truly beautiful, even though it could be a bit cleaner. Unfortunately, the sunbeds are very old and uncomfortable, which takes away from the relaxing beach experience. The staff is very friendly and kind, but communication can be a challenge as most of them don’t speak or understand English well. Some basic English training would really make a big difference for the guest experience – and honestly, if I could help with that in any way, I would gladly do so. We tried to speak with a supervisor (Aon) in a very respectful and friendly way about our dietary needs. We don’t eat pork and kindly asked if it could be kept separate from other food, especially chicken. They did make an effort the next day, which we appreciated, but by day 5, almost everything contained pork again. It became difficult to find food we could eat, especially since the meals were more or less the same every day. Having the same breakfast and similar options for 5 days wasn’t ideal. I truly hope this feedback helps the team grow and improve, because the place has great potential. With a bit more attention to food variety, cleanliness, and guest communication, it could be a fantastic experience. Thank you to the staff for their warmth and efforts!🙏

It was two of the best days in this resort in Hua Hin, but unfortunately the last. I learned a few days before, that on June 1st, it will close forever and they will build on its ashes, a condominium. I wanted to do these two days, to test it for a possible visit in the future. None of this. However I spent two beautiful days, in a quiet resort, well structured, excellent Thai style rooms and what's more, I had a nice upgrade from Annie, excellent hostess, with her captivating smile, professionalism and kindness. Excellent breakfast, bar service too, swimming pool.. everything. I hope that all the staff will find another job soon.

Beautiful hotel in a great location.|This is a really lovely hotel with lush gardens and right on the beach. Its has an infinity pool looking onto the water and a bigger pool back in the garden area. There are bars serving food and drink at both pools. The rooms are very nice and have everything you need. Great bed. Housekeepers are really friendly and ours- Hong- was amazing, she did a brilliant job. |Food in the hotel was excellent and it also has a great happy hour from 4 til 6 - buy one get one free. |We also used the small fitness room- it’s not amazing but did the job. |The only slight negative is that there is not an abundance of sun loungers. There are only 12 at the garden pool and not much more at the beachfront pool. Of course that leads people to reserve them with towels, sometimes for hours. The Thai staff are too polite to do anything about it so it can be difficult to get a sun-bed. We had an upstairs room with a terrace that included a table and chairs and 2 sun-beds so it wasn’t a huge issue for us. Pay attention to your room choice if you want the sun lounger option. |The gardens here are beautiful and it’s a lovely tranquil place to sit outside your room and relax. I would definitely stay here again when in Hua Hin.

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly. During our trip to Thailand, it happened to be my birthday. The staff thoughtfully noticed the date of birth on my passport and surprised me with a celebration at just the right moment. It was such an unforgettable experience. I will definitely come back again!

Highly recommend this place! My second stay here. Great to see a few familiar faces amongst the staff. The staff are kind and genuine people who make this place as good as it is. I'll certainly miss them! The location is great, pools fantastic and clean and roms are spotless. Great value for money, regardless if you are a solo traveller, couple or a family.

Great location. Quaint, lush, quiet grounds. My room was big and tastefully decorated. The restaurant was mostly a miss. Had 1 good dish, Massaman Curry and 2 pretty bad, Green Curry and Chicken Tikka. The breakfast buffet was weak. Went next door to the Standard after day 1. 1 waiter spoke good English but if he wasn't there it was pretty rough.

Our room was so big, bed super comfortable and great pillows. The room was spotless and daily housekeeping were very good. Bathroom was clean and functional. Check in was easy as was checkout. Pools were really nice and service was good. The only negative is the breakfast was not great but that said we will definitely be back

We had a great two-night stay here! As other reviews state, the beds are a bit hard but not by Thai/Asian standards (pretty normal in Thailand!). The room was clean and comfortable. It was a really cool resort with gardens lining the paths. The staff are great! It's right on the beach. We had a wonderful time and would stay again!
