Lalco Residency

Stayed here for 2 nights with family. They have all 2.5 bhk flats offered to stay. Being close to Bombay exhibition center this is preferred accommodation. We paid around 12 k per night for the flat. The flat has 2 star facilities. Furnicher is ordinary and getting old. Rooms are tiny. Cleanliness is good however can be improved. Breakfast is worst. No variety, tasteless and they dont offer even masala tea for Breakfast. Tried just for one day. |No mineral water provided in room.|Iron and kettle need to be asked for|Considering price we paid I think it was not worth the facilities and service. Above all average propery. Good if you have family with kids. It is very far from other attractions in Mumbai like bandra, marine drive etc.

We selected Lalco for our family trip after a very long time. It was a recommendation from my relative and it was the best decision we made. We stayed here for four nights in 2 bed apartment. The manager Joseph communicated in advance and made sure that everything was ready on our arrival. During our stay Joseph also checked with us several times to make sure we are comfortable. The entire team including reception, hotel staff and house cleaning is very courteous and make sure that our stay was comfortable. This will be our home when ever we come to Mumbai. I highly recommend this place for short or long stay. Thank you Joseph and Lalco team to mark or stay very comfortable.

Recently we had book a stay at Lalco Residency - a guy named Mr. Joseph helped us with the booking and gave us a good deal - as we were 4-5 members checked in. But it was a very disappointing experience when we wanted to access the Pool Area - which is located on a different nearby residential society & is a shared pool - they didn't allow us to click any pictures or videos in an around the pool area. When we booked the stay I had clearly asked him access for the pool & for the pictures also they didn’t even let us sit beside the pool. This important information was not communicated by Mr. Joseph while making the booking. A lot of restrictions using the pool, hence it just spoiled our mood & entire stay experience. So if you are booking this property be careful of the pool area as it is not very convenient. Overall not a good experience. Rooms very decent.

My stay at lalco Residency Apartment, specifically in room 24 on the 2nd floor, was thoroughly enjoyable. The service was consistently excellent, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. What truly stood out was the fantastic service provided by the manager. Their attentiveness and dedication to ensuring a comfortable stay were truly appreciated. I highly recommend lalco Residency for anyone seeking a pleasant and well-serviced accommodation.

Flat themed Hotel Rooms. Fully furnished with all necessary facilities. Has geysers, refrigerators, Microwave, Electric Induction Cookstove, Has TV in every room and hall. Has dining tables. Has special area for drying clothes. Has Washing machine. In room service is available 24x7. Staff is professional and well behaved. Has good security. All rooms are air conditioned.

My 2 weeks stay was fantastic with the helpful staffs including Joseph. I booked for just 1 BR but on 10th day of my stay, the AC was leaking so Joseph helped us by opening another Bedroom. I only want to advice is to give Hair Dryer as a service

One of the worst hotel stayed. Other than the location, nothing works well. Dirty rooms. Terrible toilets. You don't even find a tooth paste there. Flush doesn't work. TV is for name sake never work. Please do not choose this damn hotel.
