Lalco Residency

Rooms are good but luxury is missing. Cleanliness is quite good but not as a luxury hotel. Mattresses, lights, bathroom fittings need upliftments and lockers to be placed in rooms. In breakfast only idli sambar was there in cooked food else breakfast spread was bread, cornflakes and fruits. In morning as i entered restaurant for breakfast the waiter without checking at reception confidently welcomed me with “sir aapka breakfast complimentary nahi hai charges lagega” finally agreed when i told him to recheck and then told me “breakfast included hai” then comes the scene At breakfast table where i had this wonderful experience for first time in my life here the same waiter said “Sir adrak wali chai ka alag charges lagega, masala chai breakfast counter pe hai ” i was more than happy to pay this extra charge for tea which consisted 10/- ka adrak.

Decent stay, fully serviced, spacious, excellent customer service, helpful staff, feels like home with spacious space. Bad points, free wifi is weak. If you want better wifi you have to pay extra. Special mention to Bhavesh at reception, he was extremely helpful. Even booked a cab quickly for us on our request. Swimming pools and gyms in other building, 5-6 minutes walk. No outside footwear allowed inside the pools or gym. Restaurant is small but good service. Buffet breakfast, small selection but with tasty variety every day. The housekeeping were good but were forgetting towels each time the room was done. We had to ring the reception and get it replenished. I suggest Lalco team to ask their maintenance to check these minute details before check in to avoid unnecessary inconvenience to their clients during the stay. The flat was very spacious with nice city views and well equipped but needed renovation as ac needed maintenance, bathroom sink won’t drain water properly. Batteries were not replenished in tv remote and ac, we had to get it all done on arrival.

had a truly wonderful experience during my stay at Lalco Residency, Poonam Nagar, Vikhroli, The hospitality extended by the entire team made me feel completely at home. A special word of appreciation for Ms. Sneha, the Front Desk Manager whose warmth, professionalism, and ever-smiling approach added a personal touch to my visit. She went out of her way to ensure every detail was taken care of with efficiency and grace. My sincere gratitude to Sneha and the entire staff for making my stay so comfortable and memorable. Stayed here for 2 nights with family. They have all 2.5 bhk flats offered to stay. Being close to Bombay exhibition center this is preferred accommodation. We paid around 12 k per night for the flat. The flat has 2 star facilities. Furnicher is ordinary and getting old. Rooms are tiny. Cleanliness is good however can be improved. Breakfast is worst. No variety, tasteless and they dont offer even masala tea for Breakfast. Tried just for one day. |No mineral water provided in room.|Iron and kettle need to be asked for|Considering price we paid I think it was not worth the facilities and service. Above all average propery. Good if you have family with kids. It is very far from other attractions in Mumbai like bandra, marine drive etc.

Stayed here for a few days and all the staff were very helpful, going above and beyond to accommodate us and make us feel comfortable. especially suraj who helped us with the sports activities on offer, bringing us all the equipment we needed with a smile. I've stayed along with my 18 more colleges during an event in Mumbai last week. Rooms were well maintained, service staff were also well behaved, helpful & well mannered, though we didn't get enough time to access the pool or the gym but it also looks well managed. We had a great staying at the residency. the only issue the we've faced that is with food delivery time & teste. Same items tested completely different in different days, also it takes hell lot of time to deliver food.....

We selected Lalco for our family trip after a very long time. It was a recommendation from my relative and it was the best decision we made. We stayed here for four nights in 2 bed apartment. The manager Joseph communicated in advance and made sure that everything was ready on our arrival. During our stay Joseph also checked with us several times to make sure we are comfortable. The entire team including reception, hotel staff and house cleaning is very courteous and make sure that our stay was comfortable. This will be our home when ever we come to Mumbai. I highly recommend this place for short or long stay. Thank you Joseph and Lalco team to mark or stay very comfortable.
