Lalco Residency

Stayed for 2 weeks with my husband and 2 young sons, the staff were friendly, welcoming ,and attended to all our needs on time.Apartment was cleaned each day and I loved the fact that we could prepare our own meals. The apartments are well located and especially I loved the proximity to the airport. The apartments are not new so one should not expect the pomp of a new apartment but have been well maintained the best way they could. Hillary, Abraham , JosèMaria and I are grateful to the hospitality we were shown during our stay.

We stayed 3 months at LR. Great location, wonderful apartments, super food, relaxing courtyard, and excellent gym and pool area. Just top notch!

Lovely staff and great ambience. Vikas and Shruti were very friendly, Helpful and approachable. Vikas is an added experienced feather to the crown of Lalco ⭐⭐⭐⭐.He should be treated to the next level.

The Hotel Apartment is very nice, friendly staff from reception to Room attendant, big gym with a big pool.|Room service is available. Hotel is located in a very strategical place, close to many things, likes shops, supermarkets, pharmacy etc.

The picture they use to advertise does not exist..completely photoshopped.. the pool is a good 10 minute walk away. On arrival I thought we were being shown to the smoking room but it turned out to be our room..absolutely stank of cigarettes. Considering we were 3 floors up with bars on the windows their was no fire safety guidance..smoke alarm present but not working. We were given 2 bottles of water but no mini bar as advertised. Furnishings were outdated and filthy..kitchen was falling apart...nothing in your advertisement said the amenities were shut on Mondays.. we happened to be staying Sunday and Monday. Tried flushing the toilet to get rid of the feaces when it worked but it turned out to be a filthy black stain. Unrivalled views were of the motorway or the slum like buildings opposite. 10mps internet was close but constantly going down whilst your trying to work. No iron or board as advertised. 45 minutes to get a cup of tea which was revolting. Shower was absolutely disgusting...the door was mouldy and broken came out into the rest of the rooms as it would not drain..used all our towels to mop it up as was dangerous..the other one only gave cold water.....could go on all day and if I was to show you the videos I took you would be as horrified as we were. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING LUXURIOUS ABOUT THE LALCO RESIDENCY.....COMPLETELY FALSE ADVERTISING....AVOID THIS PLACE !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I , Mrs Bhaswati Banerjee stayed at Lalco Residency 3 times with my son Prithish and my elder son. Both of us are extremely grateful to Mr. Suraj and Mr. Amjad khan for the services they provide to us. Each time they have helped us a lot in Room reservation also during our stay they help us a lot. The housekeeping staff and there supervisor is extremely polite and helpful. They always do the room service very beautifully and listen all our instruction during room cleaning. The security Bouncer Rion and his brother and Bhushan always helped us whenever there is a problem during our stay. Also, During October 2023 I was having my surgery in Nanavati Max Super Speciality Hospital, Mr. Suraj and Mr. Amjad Khan helped us a lot during that time by keeping the room neat and clean and keeping my surroundings noise free that I Don't get disturbed after my surgery. I very much happy with the service received from Mr.Suraj and Mr. Amjad Khan.

It was a one of my best luxury stays in Mumbai. They provided amazing room service and rooms are very neat and clean. I would be like to recommend this.
